[0002]燃煤锅炉就是燃料为燃煤的锅炉,是指经过燃煤在炉膛中燃烧释放热量,把热媒水或其它有机热载体(如导热油等)加热到一定温度(或压力)的热能动力设备,在燃烧的过程中,会产生大量高温烟气,如果直接将它排出,能量就被白白浪费掉了。传统的对锅炉仅仅是对高温烟气的回收利用是通过加热进锅炉的水,从而减少对燃料的消耗。

一种节能锅炉,包括锅炉本体、烟道、一级余热回收装置、二级余热回收装置、引风机和鼓风机,所述锅炉本体包括炉膛和盛水腔,所述盛水腔上设有进水口,所述烟道设在锅炉本体上部,通过所述引风机与一级余热回收装置连接,所述一级余热回收装置包括壳体、一级换热管、冷水进口、热水出口、烟气进口一和烟气出口一,所述烟气进口一设在壳体顶部,所述烟气出口二设在壳体底部,所述一级换热管穿插固定在壳体上,所述热水出口与所述盛水膛连接,所述二级余热回收装置是具有二级换热管、冷空气进口、热空气出口,烟气进口二和烟气出口二的筒体,所述筒体内两头固定有管连接板,所述管连接板上分布多个通孔,所述两个管连接板的通孔之间固定二级换热管,形成空气通道,所述冷空气进口与鼓风机连接,所述热空气进口设在筒体顶部,与炉膛连接,所述烟气进口二与所述烟气出口一连接,所述冷空气进口与所述鼓风机相连,设在筒体顶部。

1.一种节能锅炉,其特征在于,包括锅炉本体、烟道、一级余热回收装置、二级余热回收装置、引风机和鼓风机,所述锅炉本体包括炉膛和盛水腔,所述盛水腔上设有进水口,所述烟道设在锅炉本体上部,通过所述引风机与一级余热回收装置连接,所述一级余热回收装置包括壳体、一级换热管、冷水进口、热水出口、烟气进口 一和烟气出口一,所述烟气进口 一设在壳体顶部,所述烟气出口二设在壳体底部,所述一级换热管穿插固定在壳体上,所述热水出口与所述盛水膛连接,所述二级余热回收装置是具有二级换热管、冷空气进口、热空气出口,烟气进口二和烟气出口二的筒体,所述筒体内两头固定有管连接板,所述管连接板上分布多个通孔,所述两个管连接板的通孔之间固定二级换热管,形成空气通道,所述冷空气进口与鼓风机连接,所述热空气进口设在筒体顶部,与炉膛连接,所述烟气进口 二与所述烟气出口 一连接,所述冷空气进口与所述鼓风机相连,设在筒体顶部。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能锅炉,其特征在于,所述一级换热管和二级换热管为螺旋翅片换热管。
3.如权利要求1所述的节能锅炉,其特征在于,所述一级余热回收装置内固定有折流板,折流板固定在壳体内。
4.如权利要求1所述的节能锅炉,其特征在,所述烟气出口上还设有除尘脱硫装置。
5.如权利要求1所述的节能锅炉,其特征在,所述烟道与烟气进口 一之间设有过滤网。
6.如权利要求1所述的节能锅炉,其特征在,所述烟气出口二上设有温度警报器。
