本发明公开了一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:摘取西葫芦,去皮切片,清水冲洗干净,沥干至表面无水;漂烫焖润;捞出西葫芦片离心脱水放入烘箱干燥,得半干西葫芦片;焖煮液过滤去渣,超滤浓缩得浓缩液;将浓缩液拌入红酒、适量食盐搅拌均匀,喷涂到半干西葫芦片表面,微波干燥得脱水西葫芦片成品。本发明西葫芦在漂烫焖润的过程吸收中药保健成分,且干燥过程中再次吸收药液及红酒成分,其中一把伞有清热降火、安神的功效,柿子叶有抗菌消炎、促进代谢、降压降脂的作用,红酒能美容养颜,食用时水浸回复果肉状,具有保健作用。

本发明属于食品加工技术,具体是一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法。
背景技术
    西葫芦含有较多的维生素C、葡萄糖等营养物质,尤其是钙的含量极高,但是富含水分,使得运输保存均不方便,通过处理脱去水分,减少了运输成本及反季节食用难的问题,适应市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、摘取新鲜成熟的西葫芦,去皮切8mm厚的薄片,清水冲洗干净,沥干至表面无水;
(2)、将西葫芦片投入85℃水漂烫焖润50分钟,每75份重量份(克)水中入下列重量份的中药保健成分:南瓜花2、百合3、绞股蓝1、一把伞1、柿子叶1、薄荷叶1、白花蛇舌草2,煮沸文火煮制2小时;
(3)、捞出西葫芦片离心脱水放入烘箱在85℃干燥2小时,得半干西葫芦片;焖煮液过滤去渣,超滤浓缩得浓缩液;
(4)将浓缩液拌入2倍红酒、适量食盐搅拌均匀,喷涂到半干西葫芦片表面,微波干燥得含水量8%的脱水西葫芦片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明西葫芦在漂烫焖润的过程吸收中药保健成分,且干燥过程中再次吸收药液及红酒成分,其中一把伞有清热降火、安神的功效,柿子叶有抗菌消炎、促进代谢、降压降脂的作用,红酒能美容养颜,食用时水浸回复果肉状,具有保健作用。
具体实施方式
一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、摘取新鲜成熟的西葫芦,去皮切6mm厚的薄片,清水冲洗干净,沥干至表面无水;
(2)、将西葫芦片投入80℃水漂烫焖润50分钟,每75份重量份水中入下列重量份(克)的中药保健成分:南瓜花2、百合3、绞股蓝2、一把伞1、柿子叶1、薄荷叶2、白花蛇舌草2,煮沸后文火煮制1小时;
(3)、捞出西葫芦片离心脱水放入烘箱在70℃干燥3小时,得半干西葫芦片;焖煮液过滤去渣,超滤浓缩得浓缩液;
(4)将浓缩液拌入3倍红酒、适量食盐搅拌均匀,喷涂到半干西葫芦片表面,微波干燥得含水量8%的脱水西葫芦片。

1.一种脱水西葫芦片的制备方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)、摘取新鲜成熟的西葫芦,去皮切6-8mm厚的薄片,清水冲洗干净,沥干至表面无水;
(2)、将西葫芦片投入75-90℃水漂烫焖润20-60分钟,每75份重量份水中入下列重量份的中药保健成分:南瓜花1-2、百合2-3、绞股蓝1-3、一把伞1-2、柿子叶1-2、薄荷叶1-2、白花蛇舌草1-2煮沸文火煮制1-2小时;
(3)、捞出西葫芦片离心脱水放入烘箱在65-85℃干燥2-3小时,得半干西葫芦片;焖煮液过滤去渣,超滤浓缩得浓缩液;
(4)将浓缩液拌入2-3倍红酒、适量食盐搅拌均匀,喷涂到半干西葫芦片表面,微波干燥得含水量4-9%的脱水西葫芦片。
