其中面饼的制备方法为将原料混合,充分搅拌,在180℃温度中熟化和初步糊化,挤压出的面条再放入螺杆式蒸煮挤压机进行二次蒸煮挤压,挤压力为3-6kg/cm2,挤压糊化温度为120℃,将挤出的面条切断成块,在50℃下烘干90分钟,使水份低于15%,即成非油炸方便面。
Claims (7)
1.一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,包括面饼、酱包和粉包,所述面饼的原料包括玉米粉、糯玉米粉和水,所述酱包的原料包括大豆酱和大豆油。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述玉米粉的粒度为80-100目,糯玉米粉的粒度为120~150目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述玉米粉、糯玉米粉和水的重量份配比为:(50~70)份:(30~40)份:(20~40)份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述面饼的原料还包括淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述面饼的原料还包括均衡营养粉,所述均衡营养粉选自黄瓜籽粉和/或核桃粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述粉包包括孜然粉、脱水蔬菜和肉松。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种营养均衡方便面,其特征在于,所述肉松选自鱼肉松、猪肉松和鸡肉松中的一种以上。
