本发明涉及一种电连接元件,所述电连接元件借助一种热材料锁合的连接材料触点接通一个位于平面载体上的能传导的结构,其中在其背向能传导的结构的那侧设置用于固定优选挠性的导体的装置。
背景技术
由DE 202 03 202 U1已知一种电接头,特别是压皱接头或挤压接头,用于至少一个待设置在行走工具特别是机动车辆的车窗玻璃上的电气装置,像例如具有的天线。所述电接头包括至少一个基本上平面的、要钎焊到车窗玻璃上的钎焊盘和至少一个通过熔焊或钎焊与钎焊盘处于连接的、以挤压连接固定电缆的挤压部件,特别是压皱件。

由DE 10 2006 047 764 A1已知一种无铅的软焊料,所述软焊料在温度>150℃时具有改善的性能。这种无铅的软焊料基于一种Sn-In-Ag-焊料合金,含有在88至98.5重量%之间的Sn、在1至10重量%之间的In、在0.5至3.5重量%之间的Ag、在0至1重量%之间的Cu和带有结晶改性剂的掺杂,特别是最高100ppm的钕。这种焊料应具有关于所使用的连接装置的卓越的相容性和高的耐用性。
此外已经建议有一些用于车窗玻璃的电连接元件以及用于制造这种类型的连接元件的环保的方法。车窗玻璃在这里具有至少一个用于车辆电连接元件,所述电连接元件具有能导电的结构,例如热导体或天线导体。能导电的结构经由焊接上的连接元件与车载电子装置触点接通。由于所使用的材料的不同的热膨胀系数,在制造和后来的运行中会产生不可忽略的机械应力,所述应力可能对车窗玻璃进行加载并且可能导致车窗玻璃破裂或触点破坏。
迄今使用的含铅的焊料具有高的可延展性,所述可延展性能够吸收或补偿在电连接元件和车窗玻璃之间的机械应力。然而,使用含铅的焊料在健康和环境方面存在问题并且将越来越多地被避免。
由于已知的无铅的焊料不具有或仅有限地具有上面提到的可延展性,所以适合的是,从一开始就将在制造及/或后来的运行中由于不同的膨胀系数产生的机械应力减小到最小程度。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务在于,提出了一种更进一步的电连接元件,所述连接元件用于借助一种热材料锁合的连接材料触点接通一个位于平面载体上的能传导的结构,其中通过选择连接元件的形状和材料,减小由于不同的膨胀系数不可避免的力或使产生力的影响最小化。
本发明任务的解决方案通过如下的电连接元件实现,其用于借助一种热材料锁合的连接材料触点接通一个位于平面载体上的能导电的构成物,该电连接元件包括:具有前侧和后侧的钎焊脚;设置在钎焊脚的后侧上的热材料锁合的连接材料;固定在钎焊脚前侧上的导体;其特征在于,钎焊脚包括至少两个连续的形成数字8的圆环,其中,每个圆环的空余面积的外轮廓是圆形的,并且数字8是对称的,其中,所述导体固定在钎焊脚的平坦且连续的区域中,在该区域中数字8的各圆环相互交错或接触,所述导体沿与穿过其中每个圆环的直径的轴线垂直的方向延伸伸出所述圆环和钎焊脚的平坦且连续的区域,其中,连接元件具有铁-镍合金或铁-铬合金或其混合物;并且热材料锁合的连接材料是无铅焊锡,其中下述内容阐述至少合乎目的的设计方案和进一步扩展。

平面载体优选是由安全玻璃构成的车窗玻璃,特别是用于机动车辆技术。能传导的结构是能导电的构成物,例如借助丝网印刷实现的加热导体装置,或者是用于运行位于车辆中的无线电接收器或其他的电子仪器例如导航仪的天线结构。
所述热材料锁合的连接材料是一种无铅的焊料,所述焊料位于电连接元件不具有芯线末端套管或用于固定挠性导体的类似装置的那侧。
根据本发明的连接元件设计为钎焊脚,所述钎焊脚具有一个至少近似数字8的形状或一个近似的圆形形状,还带有一个或多个中断。
再优选的是,钎焊脚由多个互相交错或相互接触的圆环或环段构成。
在一种实施形式中,钎焊脚由形成数字8的两个圆环构成。
用于固定优选挠性的导体的装置位于平面部分中,在所述平面部分,圆环互相交错或相互接触。这里有充分的接触材料面积可供使用。
所述热材料锁合的连接材料装设在连接元件的一侧上并且在那里占据一个小于圆环面积的面积。
优选的是,装设的连接材料不是一直伸展到外圆环棱边,而是仅伸展到预定的距离范围。还可以附加地存在一个材料自由的环。此环也可以具有至少一个中断。
再优选的是,连接材料作为焊锡-圆盘位于连接元件上。
所述连接元件由铁-镍合金或铁-铬合金或其混合物构成。
优选的是,所述连接元件由FeCr28、FeNi42、FeNi48或FeNi52构成。
所述连接材料至少作为组成部分具有如下合金:Bi57Sn42Ag1、Bi57Sn40Ag3、SnAg3.8Cu0.7、Sn55Bi44Ag1或Sn95.5Ag3Cu.0。
所建议的用于连接元件的材料具有一个非常接近汽车玻璃膨胀系数的膨胀系数,即大约9×l0-6/K。产生的应力通过各钎焊脚的特殊形状在玻璃中同心分布并且被玻璃材料吸收,而不存在破坏的危险。
在一个实施例中,钎焊脚具有一个在材料厚度为大约0.8mm时内径为8mm且外径为16mm的圆环。钎焊脚的上述8字形状也可以在不背离本发明的教导的情况下修改成双8。
已令人意外地表明,与钎焊脚的整面的实施方式相反,在上述圆环或近似圆环的设计方案中在玻璃材料中产生明显更小的、由膨胀系数决定的应力和力,结果导致长期稳定的和质量可靠的电连接或电触点接通。

具体实施方式
如在图中所示,电连接元件由金属合金材料构成,例如FeCr28,即铁-镍合金或铁-铬合金。
连接元件设计为钎焊脚,所述钎焊脚具有一个至少近似的圆环形状。
在用图形表示的图中,从具有相互交错的圆环的钎焊脚1出发,该钎焊脚呈数字八形状。一个芯线末端套管2位于钎焊脚1的上面上,所述芯线末端套管容纳一个电导体3,所述电导体具有绝缘层4。
钎焊脚1在下面具有一个焊锡-圆盘,所述焊锡-圆盘同样具有圆环形状。
但焊锡-圆盘不是一直伸展到钎焊脚-圆环的外棱边,而是与此具有一段距离,在图2清晰可见。
芯线末端套管2作为用于固定导体3的装置位于一个平面部分6内,在所述平面部分,圆环相互交错或相互接触。
芯线末端套管2在钎焊脚1上的固定例如通过熔焊或钎焊过程实现。
导体3在芯线末端套管2中的固定借助压皱步骤实现。
连接材料5从一种无铅的焊锡合金出发,例如:Bi57Sn42Ag1、Bi57Sn40Ag3、SnAg3.8Cu0.7、Sn55Bi44Ag1或Sn95.5Ag3Cu0.5。
此外在电连接元件的设计方案中决定性的是由相应的圆环包围的空余面积7的最小尺寸。

Claims (8)

1.电连接元件,用于借助一种热材料锁合的连接材料触点接通一个位于平面载体上的能导电的构成物,该电连接元件包括:具有前侧和后侧的钎焊脚;设置在钎焊脚的后侧上的热材料锁合的连接材料;固定在钎焊脚前侧上的导体;其特征在于,钎焊脚包括至少两个连续的形成数字8的圆环,其中,每个圆环的空余面积的外轮廓是圆形的,并且数字8是对称的,其中,所述导体固定在钎焊脚的平坦且连续的区域中,在该区域中数字8的各圆环相互交错或接触,其中,所述导体沿与穿过其中每个圆环的直径的轴线垂直的方向延伸伸出所述圆环和钎焊脚的平坦且连续的区域,其中,连接元件具有铁-镍合金或铁-铬合金或其混合物;并且热材料锁合的连接材料是无铅焊锡。
