本发明涉及一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,包括阀盖、阀体、阀芯,阀盖固装在阀体上,阀芯安装在阀体内的万向座上,在阀盖上安装一凸轮轴,在凸轮轴下端固装凸轮,在凸轮与阀盖之间的凸轮轴上固装一拨叉,阀芯上部与一摆转杆下部同轴套装实现阀芯的摆转,摆转杆上套装有一弹簧,摆转杆上端面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽实现摆转杆的摆动,摆转杆上端面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽实现摆转杆的转动。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理、制作成本较低、安全可靠、动作准确、便于控制、能耗小,密封性能好,是一种有效解决高压气体开闭的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构以及球阀。

技术领域
本发明属于球阀领域,尤其是一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构以及球阀。
背景技术
天燃气球阀流量计广泛应用于冶金﹑电力﹑化工﹑轻纺﹑食品﹑医药﹑餐饮及人民日常生活等国民经济各个领域,主要用于测量天燃气气体的流量。配备天燃气球阀流量计计量系统可以对天燃气体进行定量的管理,便于单位对自用的能源进行计量,天燃气球阀流量计中的球阀多采用电机、变速机构和螺杆结构,虽然能够控制天然气管道的开闭,但存在如下问题:1、开闭速度慢,一般多用于中﹑低压管道上;2、制造工艺复杂成本较高;3、能耗大;4、在高压管道中开闭困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,该球阀结构简单、设计科学合理、制作成本较低、安全可靠、动作准确、便于控制、能耗小。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种基于凸轮控制的球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,包括阀盖、阀体、阀芯,阀盖固装在阀体上,阀芯安装在阀体内的万向座上,其在阀盖上安装一凸轮轴,在凸轮轴下端固装凸轮,在凸轮与阀盖之间的凸轮轴上固装一拨叉,阀芯上部与一摆转杆下部同轴套装实现阀芯的摆转,摆转杆上套装有一弹簧,摆转杆上端面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽实现摆转杆的摆动,摆转杆上端面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽实现摆转杆的转动。
而且,所述在凸轮轴与阀盖之间安装有凸轮轴套,在凸轮轴套与凸轮轴之间安装有密封圈。
而且,所述的拨叉通过凸轮轴上的定位键与凸轮轴固装。
而且,所述的阀芯上部制出导向环柱,该导向环柱内的阀芯上制有限位孔,摆转杆下部套入导向环柱内,摆转杆下端制有限位拨片与限位孔配合。
而且,所述的摆转杆上端制有凸台,弹簧安装在凸台与阀芯之间的摆转杆上,凸台上面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽,凸台上面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽,凸台下面固装有摆转杆限位销,在与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖上固装有挡销。
而且,所述的挡销固装在阀盖下面一体向下制出的限位环柱内壁上。
而且,所述的与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖的限位环柱内壁上固装一安全开启限位销。
而且,所述的阀体上的通气出口安装有密封胶圈,该密封胶圈与阀芯进行配合。
一种基于凸轮控制的球阀,该球阀包含基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其阀盖上面固装一电机架,电机固装在电机架上,电机架下方的凸轮轴上端固装凸轮轴齿轮,该凸轮轴齿轮通过电机上固装的电机齿轮驱动。
而且,所述的阀盖上固装有电机保护罩。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本基于凸轮控制的球阀结构在阀盖上转动安装一凸轮轴,在凸轮轴下端固装凸轮,在凸轮与阀盖之间的凸轮轴上固装一拨叉,阀芯上部与一摆转杆下部同轴套装实现阀芯的摆转,摆转杆上套装有一弹簧,摆转杆上端面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽实现摆转杆的摆动,摆转杆上端面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽实现摆转杆的转动,该结构利用凸轮控制多自由度摆转杆,实现球阀的快速灵活动作,而且便于在高压天燃气管道上使用,工作可靠,解决了高压时的开闭困难。
2、本基于凸轮控制的球阀结构组成零件少,易加工,所有零件均采用传统加工方法加工,加工简单,精度容易保证,加工效率高,成本低。
3、本基于凸轮控制的球阀结构以及球阀的各零件之间的相对运动几乎是相对转动,只有少数零件之间的运动是微量摆动,各零件间的传动没有运动死点,且运动阻力主要来自各零件相对运动时产生的微小摩擦力,电机克服的阻力小,电机耗能少。
4、本发明结构简单、设计科学合理、制作成本较低、安全可靠、动作准确、便于控制、能耗小,密封性能好,是一种有效解决高压气体开闭的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构以及球阀。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,包括阀盖23、阀体1、阀芯17,阀盖固装在阀体上,阀芯安装在阀体内的万向座14上,阀体上的通气出口安装有密封胶圈12,该密封胶圈与阀芯进行配合,其在阀盖上转动安装一凸轮轴20,凸轮轴与阀盖之间安装有凸轮轴套5,在凸轮轴套与凸轮轴之间安装有密封圈13,在凸轮轴下端固装凸轮10,在凸轮与阀盖之间的凸轮轴上固装一拨叉9,本实施例中拨叉通过凸轮轴上的定位键8与凸轮轴固装,阀芯上部与一摆转杆18下部同轴套装实现阀芯的摆转,本实施例中阀芯上部制出导向环柱16,该导向环柱内的阀芯上制有限位孔,摆转杆下部套入导向环柱内,摆转杆下端制有限位拨片15插入限位孔内并与限位孔配合,摆转杆上套装有一弹簧19,摆转杆上端面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽22实现摆转杆的摆动,摆转杆上端面圆周上制有与拨叉的凸部27配合的边凹槽28实现摆转杆的转动,本实施例中摆转杆上端制有凸台21,弹簧安装在凸台与阀芯之间的摆转杆上,凸台上面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽,凸台上面圆周上制有与拨叉上配合的边凹槽,凸台下面固装有摆转杆限位销24,在与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖上固装有挡销26,该挡销固装在阀盖下面一体向下制出的限位环柱11内壁上,与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖的限位环柱内壁上固装一安全开启限位销25。
一种基于凸轮控制的球阀,该球阀包含基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其阀盖上面固装一电机架4,电机2固装在电机架上,电机架下方的凸轮轴上端固装凸轮轴齿轮6,该凸轮轴齿轮通过电机上固装的电机齿轮驱动3,阀盖上固装有电机保护罩7。
本发明的工作原理:
本球阀打开过程:电机逆时针转动90度驱动电机齿轮,电机齿轮与凸轮轴齿轮配合带动凸轮轴转动,拨叉随着凸轮轴一起转动,凸轮使摆转杆回到垂直位置并通过摆转杆带动阀芯脱离密封胶圈,同时摆转杆在弹簧弹力作用下相对阀芯向上进行微小移动,该微小移动的距离要保证摆转杆下部限位拨片始终保持在阀芯的限位孔内,且摆转杆上部圆周上的边凹槽与拨叉上的凸部开始进行紧密配合,这时电机继续逆时针转动90度,拨叉随着凸轮轴转动,带动摆转杆以及阀芯转动,实现打开阀门。
本球阀关闭过程:电机顺时针转动90度驱动电机齿轮,电机齿轮与凸轮轴齿轮配合带动凸轮轴转动,这时摆转杆上部圆周上的边凹槽与拨叉凸部还在紧密配合中,拨叉随着凸轮轴一起转动并带动摆转杆以及阀芯转动,动作完成后,阀芯对准阀体上的密封胶圈,摆转杆上部凸台下面的摆转杆限位销与阀盖上的挡销接触,这时摆转杆无法在进行转动,电机继续顺时针转动90度,拨叉继续转动克服摆转杆上部圆周上边凹槽的阻力,拨叉凸部脱离边凹槽,挤压摆转杆,弹簧受摆转杆挤压收缩,摆转杆相对阀芯向下进行微小移动,该微小移动的距离要保证摆转杆下部限位拨片始终保持在阀芯的限位孔内,同时凸轮使摆转杆偏心,摆转杆带动阀芯偏心与阀体上的密封胶圈紧密接触,实现密封,即实现关闭阀门。

1.一种基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,包括阀盖、阀体、阀芯,阀盖固装在阀体上,阀芯安装在阀体内的万向座上,其特征在于:在阀盖上安装一凸轮轴,在凸轮轴下端固装凸轮,在凸轮与阀盖之间的凸轮轴上固装一拨叉,阀芯上部与一摆转杆下部同轴套装实现阀芯的摆转,摆转杆上套装有一弹簧,摆转杆上端面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽实现摆转杆的摆动,摆转杆上端面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽实现摆转杆的转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述在凸轮轴与阀盖之间安装有凸轮轴套,在凸轮轴套与凸轮轴之间安装有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的拨叉通过凸轮轴上的定位键与凸轮轴固装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的阀芯上部制出导向环柱,该导向环柱内的阀芯上制有限位孔,摆转杆下部套入导向环柱内,摆转杆下端制有限位拨片与限位孔配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的摆转杆上端制有凸台,弹簧安装在凸台与阀芯之间的摆转杆上,凸台上面制有与凸轮配合的中心凹槽,凸台上面圆周上制有与拨叉配合的边凹槽,凸台下面固装有摆转杆限位销,在与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖上固装有挡销。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的挡销固装在阀盖下面一体向下制出的限位环柱内壁上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的与摆转杆限位销对应的阀盖的限位环柱内壁上固装一安全开启限位销。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的阀体上的通气出口安装有密封胶圈,该密封胶圈与阀芯进行配合。
9.一种基于凸轮控制的球阀,该球阀包含权利要求1-8中任意一项权利要求所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述的阀盖上面固装一电机架,电机固装在电机架上,电机架下方的凸轮轴上端固装凸轮轴齿轮,该凸轮轴齿轮通过电机上固装的电机齿轮驱动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的基于凸轮控制的球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀盖上固装有电机保护罩。
