背景技术
目前在各行业的中线式蝶阀，一般采用中线衬胶结构，阀轴伸入蝶板内，蝶板与衬在阀体内的阀座密封圈形成密封副，阀门在启闭动作时摩擦力矩大，轴向的过盈量不能自动调整，更换阀座密封圈时必须将阀门解体。
发明内容
为了克服现有中线衬胶蝶阀启闭动作时摩擦力矩大，轴向的过盈量不能自动调整，更换阀座密封圈时必须要将阀门解体的不足，本实用新型提供一种中线式蝶阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种中线式蝶阀，包括阀体、蝶板、密封圈、上阀轴、下阀轴、连接件、填料函，填料函安装在阀体上部，连接件安装在阀体下部，上阀轴与下阀轴与蝶板结合部为扁平面，其与蝶板通过连接销联接，上阀轴和下阀轴上均有台阶，在填料函与上阀轴的台阶上还装有弹簧，在下阀轴的台阶与连接件之间装有弹簧，密封圈为O形环，安装在蝶板外周的槽内。
上阀轴与下阀轴的旋转中心线与密封圈的密封线在同一平面内，上阀轴与下阀轴与阀体接触处装有O形圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是产品结构简单，具有轴向过盈量自动调整功能，启闭力矩小，使用寿命长，密封圈在线更换方便。

具体实施方式
一种中线式蝶阀，包括阀体2、蝶板7、密封圈10、上阀轴4、下阀轴8、连接件9、填料函1，填料函1安装在阀体2上部，连接件9安装在阀体1的下部，上阀轴4与下阀轴8与蝶板7的结合部为扁平面，其与蝶板7通过连接销6联接，上阀轴4和下阀轴8上均有台阶，在填料函1与上阀轴4的台阶上还装有弹簧3，在下阀轴8的台阶与连接件9之间装有弹簧3，具有轴向过盈量自动调整功能，密封圈10为O形环，安装在蝶板7外周的槽内，摩擦力矩小，并可以方便地进行在线更换。
上阀轴4与下阀轴8的旋转中心线与密封圈10的密封线在同一平面内，上阀轴4与下阀轴8与阀体2接触处装有O形圈5。

1.一种中线式蝶阀，包括阀体、蝶板、密封圈、上阀轴、下阀轴、连接件、填料函，填料函安装在阀体上部，连接件安装在阀体下部，其特征在于：所述的上阀轴与下阀轴与蝶板结合部为扁平面，其与蝶板通过连接销联接，所述的上阀轴和下阀轴上均有台阶，在填料函与上阀轴的台阶上还装有弹簧，在下阀轴的台阶与连接件之间装有弹簧，所述的密封圈为O形环，安装在蝶板外周的槽内。
