技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀领域,特别涉及一种轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,同时也可用于低压管道介质的开关控制。蝶阀是指关闭件蝶板为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。蝶阀适用于发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。传统用于卫生级或对介质要求非常高的工况使用蝶阀一般为蝶板全衬氟蝶阀,该种蝶阀能够有效的保证介质的无污染,但是由于介质压力和使用时间的长短,由于蝶板全部位衬氟,致使蝶板与阀体密封面积增大,开启的力矩也就增大,影响阀门在使用过程中的可操作性。同时,随着介质温度等的影响,会加大密封面与衬氟的摩擦,尤其是挨着阀杆位置的受力面积较大部位衬氟的摩擦,一段时间后,阀杆位置的蝶板衬氟就会变薄,蝶板和阀体密封面就会产生间隙影响密封效果,更会造成阀杆中部泄漏。影响蝶阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀。
本发明提供的一种轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀包括轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀本体,轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀本体由上阀体、下阀体、蝶板、蝶板定位轴、线型密封圈、阀杆、填料、滚动轴承、手柄或电、气动驱动装置、蝶形弹片、固定螺母组成。
本发明所述的蝶板上下两端一共设置六个钉销轴定位孔,每三个钉销轴定位孔分别呈等边直角三角形分部排列。阀杆下端部位和蝶板定位轴上端部分分别设置与蝶板厚度一致的凹槽,凹槽与蝶板吻合,在凹槽两侧设置与蝶板上钉销轴定位孔完全吻合的钉销轴定位孔,同时,蝶板一周厚度的中间位置设置密封圈定位凹槽。
本发明所述的所述的线型密封圈设计在蝶板上密封圈定位凹槽内,厚度为蝶板厚度的三分之一。线型密封圈(切面为圆柱管状设置,圆柱管壁即密封圈外层圈为四氟乙烯材料,密封圈内层圈为硅橡胶材料。线型密封圈定位在蝶板上密封圈定位凹槽内,然后将阀杆和定位轴通过凹槽衔接蝶板上下两端,使阀杆和定位轴上的钉销轴定位孔和蝶板上的钉销轴定位孔完全吻合,并用六根钉销将其锁死。
本发明所述的上阀体中心位上设置有放置阀杆的中部,中部为高平台设置,上阀体中部底部位置设置填料限位凸台。阀杆下部比上部设计粗,在阀杆底部与闸板衔接凹槽和将其固定的钉销轴孔上端与上阀体中部填料限位凸台位置高度形成填料定位凸台。同时,在上阀体中部顶端与手柄基部接触位置,沿阀杆放置的中部位置设置轴承定位凹槽。将填料套进阀杆填料定位凸台位置定位,然后将其倒装入上阀体中部,填料在上阀体中部填料限位凸台进行限位。将滚动轴承装入上阀体中部顶端的轴承定位凹槽内。然后,依次将手柄、蝶形弹片装入阀杆,用固定螺母将其拧紧。若采用电、气动头等执行器时,则无需放置滚动轴承,在轴承定位凹槽内放置蝶形弹片,然后装上电、气动头等执行器,将其用螺钉固定在高平台上。
本发明所述的下阀体中心位置上设置蝶板定位轴固定凹位。将装配好的上阀体和下阀体相合四个面均有流向通孔,通孔上下设置与管道法兰连接的螺钉固定定位孔,阀体内腔形成四条交叉式的棱柱面,棱柱面上下交叉的中心点分别为阀杆中轴点和蝶板定位轴中轴点,棱柱面为阀体内腔密封面。固定在蝶板一周的线型密封圈与棱柱面即阀体内腔密封面,密封面在蝶阀开闭时,与固定在蝶板一周的线型密封圈相吻合,完成密封功能。
本发明提出的轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀完全可替代传统用于卫生级及对介质有特殊要求的工况蝶阀。
本发明的有益效果:由于本发明有效的将可拆卸式蝶板组合、线型密封圈、中部倒装补偿密封结构及手柄基部省力轴承结构进行设计整合,为此,将大大提高了蝶阀的的中部密封效果,开闭时更加省力,比传统蝶阀省力在50%-70%。采用该类型设计,也节约了原材料,减少了浪费,在蝶阀使用过程中,方便了维修拆卸以及更换密封圈等零部件,为广大顾客降低了使用成本,节省了开支。

如图1-7所示,本发明所提供的轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀包括:轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀本体1,轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀本体1是由,上阀体2、下阀体3、蝶板4、蝶板定位轴5、线型密封圈6、阀杆7、填料8、滚动轴承9、手柄或电、气动驱动装置10、蝶形弹片11、固定螺母12组成。

本发明所述:线型密封圈6设计在蝶板4上密封圈定位凹槽16内,厚度为蝶板4厚度的三分之一。线型密封圈6切面为圆柱管状设置,圆柱管壁即密封圈外层圈为四氟乙烯材料,密封圈内层圈为硅橡胶材料。线型密封圈6定位在蝶板4上密封圈定位凹槽16内,然后将阀杆7和定位轴5通过凹槽14衔接蝶板4上下两端,使阀杆7和定位轴5上的钉销轴定位孔14和蝶板4上的钉销轴定位孔13完全吻合,并用六根钉销17将其锁死。

本发明提出的轻力矩高平台式四通线型密封蝶阀完全可替代传统用于卫生级及对介质有特殊要求的工况蝶阀。
