本发明公开了一种手动调节截止阀,包括阀体、螺杆、密封罩、磁轮及旋轮;螺杆的一端腔体内嵌入阀芯,螺杆另一端与磁轮连接,磁轮的轮体四周围嵌有磁钢。阀体上方安装密封罩,密封罩将螺杆、磁轮密封在内。密封罩外轴上安装旋轮,旋轮下部内侧嵌有磁钢,调节旋轮时,磁藕力使得密封罩内磁轮同时旋转,帶动螺杆旋转调节阀门开启。本发明取消螺杆的填料密封,将动密封改变成密封罩静密封,密封可靠,使用寿命长,可实现零泄漏。取消压紧的填料,螺杆旋转轻松,开启省力。密封罩外侧面及旋轮下缘分别刻有轴向和周向刻度,刻度示值指示旋轮移动位置,可直观显示阀门开启大小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动调节截止阀,特别是手动截止阀的调节、密封及开启大小状态显示。
背景技术
在石油、化工、食品、医药、核电等行业多用小型不锈钢手动截止阀,已有的手动截止阀的螺杆与阀盖之间通过螺纹连接,螺杆借螺纹在阀盖中旋转而上下移动,实现截止阀的开启和关闭。为了防止介质从间隙中流出,在阀盖中放置填料室,在填料室中填满富有弹性的软性填料,使螺杆在阀盖中旋转而不泄漏,这种截止阀的螺杆与阀盖之间密封结构是动密封结构,在经常开启和关闭的场合中使用,可靠性差,难以保证零泄漏。且为了防止泄漏,填料必须压得很紧,这样螺杆旋转很费力。后来出现了封闭式截止阀,将阀杆分成2节,在阀杆中间增加了弹性橡胶密封隔膜,隔膜的周边用阀盖紧压在阀体上,可防止阀内的介质泄漏。橡胶隔膜虽然弹性好,密封性能好,但这对高温高压的场合不能使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术的不足,提出一种密封可靠、调节力矩小、开启大小显示直观的手动调节截止阀,特别适用于高温、高压、耐腐,要求能直观显示开启大小,且要求零泄漏的场合。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种手动调节截止阀,包括阀体、阀芯、螺杆、密封罩、磁轮及旋轮;阀体内设置有阀座,阀座上设置阀芯;螺杆的一端腔体内嵌入阀芯,螺杆另一端穿出阀体后与磁轮连接,螺杆外螺纹与阀体内螺纹配合连接;所述阀座与阀芯底部为锥面密封配合;通过螺杆旋转,帶动阀蕊上下,实现阀门的开启、关闭及流量调节。
所述磁轮的轮体的四周围分别嵌有磁钢。
所述阀体上方安装密封罩,密封罩通过法兰与阀体连接,实现静密封,密封罩将螺杆、磁轮密封在内。
所述密封罩顶部轴上安装旋轮,旋轮上部设置轴套,轴套由螺母固定在密封罩顶部轴上,轴套外螺纹与旋轮内螺纹配合连接,旋轮下部内侧表面四周围分别嵌有磁钢,调节旋轮时,磁藕力使得密封罩内磁轮同时旋转,帶动螺杆旋转调节阀门开启。
所述密封罩外侧面及旋轮下缘分别刻有轴向和周向刻度,刻度示值指示手轮移动位置,可直观显示阀门开启大小。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
1.本发明将螺杆的填料密封改变成密封罩密封,由动密封结构改变成静密封结构,密封可靠,使用寿命长,可实现零泄漏。
2.阀门取消密封填料,可全部采用金属材料,不易老化,耐辐照,使用寿命长。
3.阀门取消压紧的密封填料,螺杆旋转轻松,开启很省力。
4.密封罩外侧面及旋轮下缘分别刻有轴向和周向刻度,刻度示值指示旋轮移动位置,可直观显示阀门开启大小,这对有流量调节要求的场合使用更方便和实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进一步描述。
本发明手动调节截止阀的阀体内有阀座,阀体1上的螺孔中穿有与螺孔内螺纹相配合的螺杆3,螺杆的一端腔体内嵌入阀芯2,螺杆另一端穿出阀体后与磁轮5连接,且螺杆与阀体内螺纹配合连接,磁轮体周围嵌有磁钢6。阀体上方安装密封罩8,密封罩通过压垫4与阀体连接,密封罩将螺杆、磁轮密封在内,实现静密封。
密封罩顶部轴上安装旋轮9。旋轮上部内置轴套,轴套与密封罩顶部轴通过螺母10固定,轴套外螺纹与旋轮内螺纹配合连接,旋轮下部内表面周围嵌有磁钢7,调节旋轮旋转时,磁藕合作用力使得磁轮同时旋转,帶动阀杆旋转调节阀门开启。旋轮下缘刻有周向刻度11,密封罩外侧面刻有轴向刻度12,刻度示值指示手轮移动位置,可直观显示开启大小。
本发明实现二重密封,第一重密封:阀芯和阀座采用了传统的锥面密封结构,可靠性高;当需要连通时,调节旋轮旋转,磁藕合作用使得磁轮同时旋转,帶动螺杆上提使阀芯向上位移,阀座锥孔逐渐打开,实现连通;当关闭时,反向旋转,阀芯向下运动,流量逐渐减少直至关闭;第二重密封:此为核心的密封罩隔离密封,因是静密封而安全可靠,能确保无泄漏,非常适应于高温、高压、防腐蚀、防辐射和要求零泄漏场合。

Claims (5)

1.一种手动调节截止阀,包括阀体、阀芯、螺杆、密封罩、磁轮及旋轮;其特征在于:阀体内设置有阀座,阀座上方设置阀芯;螺杆的一端腔体内嵌入阀芯,螺杆另一端穿出阀体后与磁轮连接,螺杆外螺纹与阀体内螺纹配合连接;所述阀座与阀芯底部为锥面密封配合;通过螺杆旋转,帶动阀蕊上下,实现阀门的开启、关闭及流量调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手动调节截止阀,其特征在于:螺杆一端连接磁轮,所述磁轮的轮体四周围分别嵌有磁钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手动调节截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀体上方安装密封罩,所述密封罩与阀体通过法兰连接,实现静密封,密封罩将螺杆、磁轮密封在内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手动调节截止阀,其特征在于:所述旋轮上部设置轴套,轴套套入密封罩顶部轴上,并由螺母固定,轴套外螺纹与旋轮内螺纹配合连接,旋轮下部内侧表面四周围分别嵌有磁钢,调节旋轮时,磁藕力使得密封罩内磁轮同时旋转,帶动螺杆旋转调节阀门开启。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手动调节截止阀,其特征在于:所述密封罩外侧面及旋轮下缘分别刻有轴向和周向刻度,刻度示值指示旋轮移动位置,可直观显示阀门开启大小。
