一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷防火球阀,包括阀体,阀体中部设有球芯体,上端连接上阀杆,阀杆上段与阀盖上部密封函中的石墨填料配合伸出,与阀盖支架上的执行器组件连接;阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘与项部设有多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,从而提高了平均温传导率,同时加大了项部外围的冷温与周围环境对流散温面积和温差,散温效果极佳,确保阀杆与石墨填料滑动配合处温度在0℃以上不发生结冰粘结,确保阀门启闭动作可靠,杜绝了结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,增加了阀盖及阀门整体强度。多重防火及静电接地通路的结构形式,能杜绝各种因素造成的火灾隐患,能阻隔管线火灾的蔓延。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种深冷球阀,具体涉及一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀。
背景技术
在现代液化天然气、液氧、液氢、液氦等的-150℃至-250多℃深冷工况系统工艺过程自动控制中,深冷上装式防火球阀起着十分重要的作用。在此过程控制中,要根据实时的数据信号,调节与启闭介质的流通参数。控制动作的灵敏性、可靠性、阀杆与填料间密封性与寿命是至关重要的。因为深冷上装式防火球阀阀盖中的阀杆部分下段与球芯体连接,上段与密封函中的石墨填料柔性配合伸出,再与执行器连接,阀盖中空间的深冷介质是与阀体相通的,阀盖的结构形式必须要有良好的散温效果,保证阀杆与石墨填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上,以免凌固空气中的水分而发生结冰粘结,才能确保阀门的调节与启闭动作可靠效果。所以阀盖的散温性能好坏直接影响到系统的安全可靠和经济效益。然而在现有的技术中,深冷上装式防火球阀阀盖是采用单片大直径散温盘与加长阀盖项部,但单散温盘半径加大,越靠外围,深冷介质基面传递的冷温与环境对流的温差越小,也就是说,降低了平均温传导率,散温条件不够充分,效果差;就得靠加长阀盖项部,但加长项部外围壁的冷温与环境散温对流的面积小,散温条件也不够好,还会降低阀盖的强度,同时增加成本。散温条件不充分会造成阀杆与填料滑动配合处结冰粘结,启闭动作力矩大或不能动作,结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,深冷球阀使用寿命短,更换频繁。
球阀在全开及全闭时,阀体与阀芯体之间的空腔内的介质,因温度升高体积会膨胀,压力会升高。传统技术是采用阀座前后压力差来推开阀座密封圈实现泄放压力功能。然而,即使是出厂调好了密封力在工况过程中受居多因数会改变可能加大,这样阀体空腔内压力可能长期处于超高压状态。另外,在全闭时的上、下游泄放方向不能控制,会造成泄漏现象。还有防火密封圈的设置不够充分,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种复合散温盘阀盖上装式防火球阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,防火球阀包括阀体,阀体上部设有阀盖,阀体中部设有球芯体,球芯体的两侧设有阀座,球芯体的上端连接有上阀杆,下端连接下阀杆上阀杆上段与阀盖上的密封函中的石墨填料相配合,并穿过支架,与执行器连接;所述的阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘,单片大直径散温盘上还设有设有多圈小直径散温盘,单片大直径散温盘和多圈小直径散温盘构成一复合散温盘结构;阀座设有硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈,硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈与球芯体组成的硬软双重密封副;阀座与阀体间的端头段设由挡圈、第一石墨密封圈和单向活塞封组成的三重防火密封;中间段设有由弹簧座、单向气缸封和第二石墨密封圈组成的三重防火密封;上阀杆36上设有第一钢球22及第一圆柱压缩弹簧,形成球芯体、上阀杆与阀体之间的静电接地通路。
所述的执行器为手动、电动、或气动式执行器,带动上阀杆以使球芯体作90°回转运动。
所述的阀杆穿过阀盖及密封函中的石墨填料、填料垫套和填料压盖;填料压套内外圆各设有O型密封圈,并由双头螺栓、六角螺母、碟形弹簧组成弹性压紧机构。
阀座上设有弹簧座、第二圆柱压缩弹簧置于弹簧座内,第二圆柱压缩弹簧与弹簧垫相配合,弹簧垫外设有调节螺母,用于调节设置密封副间的弹性密封比压。
在上游的阀座上设有由锥套、第二钢球及第一圆柱压缩弹簧组成的单向阀。
单片大直径散温盘与单圈小直径散温盘的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
本发明提供的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀取得了以下的技术效果:
1、本发明由于采用提高温传导率λ、增加阀盖与周围环境对流散温面积A、与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT三个参数的思路,来设计的阀盖外部有单片大直径散温盘与项部多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,达到了极好的散温效果,保证了阀杆与填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上,杜绝了凌固空气中的水分而发生结冰粘结,确保阀门启闭动作可靠,和系统的安全可靠及提高经济效益;
2、本发明由于散温条件充分,杜绝了结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,使之保持密封性能运作使用周期长,从而延长了深冷闸阀的使用寿命,降低了工况系统维护成本;
3、本发明由于散温条件充分,不必过大的加长阀盖项部长度,增加了阀盖及阀门整体强度,同时降低了阀门的制造成本。
4.本发明由于采用多重防火及完善的静电接地通路的结构形式,能杜绝各种因素造成的火灾隐患,能阻隔管线火灾的蔓延。
5.本发明由于采用上游阀座设有单向阀泄压结构形式,阀体不再处于超高压状态,同时能控制泄放方向始终是上游,排除了全关闭时的泄漏现象。
6.本发明由于采用硬软双重密封副的结构形式,具有很好的防火密封性能。
7.本发明由于采用弹性密封比压调节结构形式,在温度变化的工况中,能保持合适的密封比压。
8.本发明由于采用盖密封函上部设有填料压盖用紧固件中有碟形弹簧弹性压紧其中的石墨填料,使之与阀杆柔性滑动配合又不因温度变化产生松弛而发生泄漏。

具体实施方式
本发明的结构如图1所示:参见附图所示,一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:防火球阀包括阀体1,阀体1上部设有阀盖33,阀体中部设有球芯体21,球芯体21的两侧设有阀座16,球芯体21的上端连接有上阀杆36,下端连接下阀杆10,上阀杆36上段与阀盖33上的密封函中的石墨填料11相配合,并穿过支架32,与执行器31连接;所述的阀盖33外部设有单片大直径散温盘34,单片大直径散温盘34上还设有设有多圈小直径散温盘35,单片大直径散温盘34和多圈小直径散温盘35构成一复合散温盘结构;阀座16设有硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈17,硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈17与球芯体21组成的硬软双重密封副;阀座16与阀体1间的端头段设由挡圈3、第一石墨密封圈4和PCFE单向活塞封5组成的三重防火密封;中间段设有由弹簧座18、PCFE单向气缸封6和第二石墨密封圈7组成的三重防火密封;上阀杆36上设有第一钢球22及第一圆柱压缩弹簧25,形成球芯体21、上阀杆36与阀体1之间的静电接地通路。
下端盖14通过内六角螺钉8与阀盖1连接,在内六角螺钉8上缠绕有金属缠绕垫片9。
单片大直径散温盘34与单圈小直径散温盘35的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
所述的执行器31为手动、电动、或气动式执行器,带动上阀杆36以使球芯体21回转运动。
所述的阀杆穿过阀盖33及密封函中的石墨填料11、填料垫套13和填料压盖27;填料压套内外圆各设有O型密封圈12,并由双头螺栓30、六角螺母29、碟形弹簧28组成弹性压紧机构。
阀座16上设有弹簧座18、第二圆柱压缩弹簧19置于弹簧座18内,第二圆柱压缩弹簧19与弹簧垫20相配合,弹簧垫20外设有调节螺母15,用于调节设置密封副间的弹性密封比压。
在上游的阀座16上设有由锥套26、第二钢球24及第一圆柱压缩弹簧25组成的单向阀。
本发明的设计原理如下:根据流体与固体间对流散温量基本方程式为:散温量Q=温传导率λ×散温面积A×与周围环境温度差ΔT。
申请人从提高温传导率λ、增加阀盖与周围环境对流散温面积A、与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT三个参数的思路来设计阀盖的结构形式如下:
该深冷上装式防火球阀的阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘与项部设有多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,除了单片大直径散温盘前段散温外,阀盖项部又增加了多圈小直径散温盘,合理的设置间距,便于加工的薄小散温盘厚度尺寸,以及合理的项部壁厚尺寸,从而提高了平均温传导率λ,同时加大了项部外围的冷温与周围环境对流散温面积A;由于小直径散温盘半径小,接近于深冷介质基面传递过来的冷温,处于最佳的冷温与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT,至下而上的相邻散温盘之间温差有很明显的非线性梯度递减,散温效果极佳,确保阀杆与填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上不发生结冰粘结。同时也缩短了阀盖的长度,降低了成本。
另外,阀体空腔压力泄放的结构形式如下:在上游的阀座上设有由锥套、钢球、圆柱压缩弹簧组成的单向阀,合理的选用圆柱压缩弹簧的预压力,就可以有效的控制阀体空腔泄放压力值,同时确保只能向上游方向泄放。
本发明还增加了多重防火密封与完善的静电接地通路结构形式,保证了静电的及时顺畅放出,能杜绝各种因素造成的火灾隐患。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:防火球阀包括阀体(1),阀体(1)上部设有阀盖(33),阀体中部设有球芯体(21),球芯体(21)的两侧设有阀座(16),球芯体(21)的上端连接有上阀杆(36),下端连接下阀杆(10),上阀杆(36)上段与阀盖(33)上的密封函中的石墨填料(11)相配合,并穿过支架(32),与执行器(31)连接;所述的阀盖(33)外部设有单片大直径散温盘(34),单片大直径散温盘(34)上还设有多圈小直径散温盘(35),单片大直径散温盘(34)和多圈小直径散温盘(35)构成一复合散温盘结构;阀座(16)设有硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈(17),硬密封面和耐低温阀座密封圈(17)与球芯体(21)组成的硬软双重密封副;阀座(16)与阀体(2)间的端头段设由挡圈(3)、轴用钢丝挡挡簧(2)、第一石墨密封圈(4)和单向活塞封(5)组成的三重防火密封;中间段设有由弹簧座(18)、单向气缸封(6)和第二石墨密封圈(7)组成的三重防火密封;上阀杆(36)上设有第一钢球(22)及第一圆柱压缩弹簧(23),形成球芯体(21)、上阀杆(36)与阀体(1)之间的静电接地通路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:所述的执行器(31)为手动、电动、或气动式执行器,带动上阀杆(36)以使球芯体(21)回转运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆穿过阀盖(33)及密封函中的石墨填料(11)、填料垫套(13)和填料压盖(27);填料压套内外圆各设有O型密封圈(12),并由双头螺栓(30)、六角螺母(29)、碟形弹簧(28)组成弹性压紧机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:阀座(16)上设有弹簧座(18)、第二圆柱压缩弹簧(19)置于弹簧座(18)内,第二圆柱压缩弹簧(19)与弹簧垫(20)相配合,弹簧垫(20)外设有调节螺母(15),用于调节设置密封副间的弹性密封比压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:在上游的阀座(16)上设有由锥套(26)、第二钢球(24)及第一圆柱压缩弹簧(25)组成的单向阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷上装式防火球阀,其特征在于:单片大直径散温盘(34)与单圈小直径散温盘(35)的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
