上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于LNG液化天然气管线阀门,具体是一种上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀。
背景技术
LNG是一种洁净能源。天然气燃烧后产生的温室气体只有煤炭的1/2,石油的2/3,对环境造成的污染远远小于石油和煤炭。因此加快发展和合理利用天然气,可有效改善大气环境,促进减排目标的实现。全球气候变化将会提高天然气的需求,给天然气及LNG 行业的发展带来了机遇。
LNG运输管线在-160℃至-196℃深冷工况系统工艺过程自动控制中,LNG体积比同质量的天然气小624倍,所以可用通过运输管线将LNG运到没有天然气的地方使用。深冷阀门起着十分重要的作用。在此过程控制中,要根据实时的数据信号,启闭介质的流通参数,长期保持零泄漏、操作轻便、安装方便、在线维修与使用寿命是至关重要的。而球阀密封是靠阀座长期挤压在球面上,密封磨损快,并存在内腔死角,泄压排放很难控制。而蝶阀流阻系数大,橡胶密封不适合LNG工矿,而金属密封无法做到零泄漏。传统上装式半球阀,半球体加工难度高,更换半球体成本贵,阀座无法满足全通径要求,流通能力低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀,该双向阀结构简单无内腔死角、无需泄压排放、拆装方便,可在线维修成本低。全通径流通能力强、双流向零泄漏、密封可靠、降低了LNG管线系统维护成本。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆,阀体一边设有阀座,阀座与阀体旋转锁紧。所述阀座设有软密封,所述阀芯上安装密封圈,所述阀芯套入阀体的轴套中,软密封与密封圈是凸对凸线密封;加长阀盖装入阀体的轴套,所述阀杆穿过加长阀盖、填料部分后锁紧;阀杆连接执行机构,执行机构的扭矩通过阀杆传递给阀芯,驱动阀芯启闭旋转。
所述阀体为上装式结构, 所述阀座与阀体之间设有第一金属缠绕垫;所述阀芯上安装密封圈,密封圈通过第二金属缠绕垫密封;所述阀体上部设置上轴套,阀体底部设有下轴套,所述阀芯套入阀体的上、下轴套中,所述下轴套中设有第一调整垫,通过调节第一调整垫高度,使阀芯与软密封配合;加长阀盖装入上轴套;所述阀杆依次穿过第二调整垫、加长阀盖、填料垫、填料组、填料压盖后锁紧;所述加长阀盖与阀体之间设有第三金属缠绕垫。
所述加长阀盖连接滴水盘,所述加长阀盖连接支架,支架通过第二螺栓连接执行机构。
所述阀芯回转中心有轴向偏心y的几何设计、密封圈回转中心有径向偏心x的几何设计。
所述阀芯上、下支撑为一体式半圆结构。
所述软密封全封装在阀座的支撑环中,软密封材料采用PCTFE、 PTFE、或PEEK。
所述密封圈与阀芯为分开式,密封圈表面喷焊硬质合金。
所述阀座有凸块;所述阀杆底部和侧边设有弹簧顶出钢珠,用于将阀芯、阀杆、阀体联通。
所述阀体、阀芯采用CF8整体铸造成型;所述阀杆、上、下轴套采用Inconel 718合金;所述金属缠绕垫采用304钢片缠绕柔性石墨;所述的结构中未说明材料均采用耐低温不锈钢材料。
本发明一种上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀,技术效果如下:
1、楔形扭矩密封-零泄漏:阀门关闭时,执行机构的扭矩通过阀杆驱动阀芯与软密封产生凸轮楔紧的机械强制密封,从机械原理上确保不依赖弹簧或工艺压力而实现严密关断,减少了工艺,节省了制造时间及成本。软密封与密封圈是凸对凸线密封,确保了双向零泄漏。
2、无摩擦自清洁:阀门一打开,阀芯立即与阀座脱离接触,流体即360°冲刷密封面,阀门关闭时,阀芯逐渐靠近阀座,开始刮扫清除阀座上的杂质、沉淀物,直至阀门关闭。在开关过程中,阀芯与阀座不接触、无摩擦、自清洁,保证了阀门使用的长寿命。
3、无阻力:全通径结构,阀芯全开时,过流面积大,无流阻,介质流动性能强,流量压力损失为零。
4、维修方便:在线检修时阀门拆卸、安装方便,降低了工况系统维护成本。
5、备件成本低:密封圈与阀芯分开结构,更换密封圈比传统更换半球成本低。
6、无阀腔:无阀腔陷阱,无需泄压排放,从根本上消除了传统球阀因LNG残留及气化导致的危险。
7、无需短管:可直接焊接到工艺管线,无需焊接短管,极大地降低了成本。
8、重量轻:重量比传统顶装球阀降低 30% ,顶法兰尺寸减少 20% 。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀,包括阀体1、阀座5、阀芯2、阀杆10。所述阀体1为上装式结构,阀体1一边设有阀座5,阀座5与阀体1旋转锁紧。
所述阀座5设有软密封7,所述阀座5与阀体1之间设有第一金属缠绕垫6。所述阀芯2上安装密封圈9,密封圈9通过第二金属缠绕垫8密封。所述阀体1上部设置上轴套11,阀体1底部设有下轴套4,所述阀芯2套入阀体1的上、下轴套中,所述下轴套4中设有第一调整垫3,通过调节第一调整垫3高度,使阀芯2与软密封7配合。加长阀盖14装入上轴套11。所述阀杆10依次穿过第二调整垫22、加长阀盖14、填料垫12、填料组16、填料压盖17后,通过第三螺栓21锁紧。所述加长阀盖14与阀体1之间设有第三金属缠绕垫13。所述加长阀盖14连接滴水盘23。所述加长阀盖14连接支架18,支架18通过第二螺栓19连接执行机构20。
所述阀芯2回转中心有轴向偏心y的几何设计、密封圈9回转中心有径向偏心x的几何设计。阀杆10在两个平面上的偏移产生阀芯2 “旋转”+ “平移”的双矢量凸轮运动。阀门关闭时,执行机构20的扭矩通过阀杆10驱动阀芯2,阀芯2上的密封圈9逐渐靠近软密封7,开始刮扫清除软密封上的杂质、沉淀物,直至阀门关闭,阀芯2上的密封圈9与软密封7产生凸轮楔紧的机械强制密封 。从机械原理上确保不依赖弹簧或工艺压力而实现严密关断;阀门打开,阀芯2立即与阀座5脱离接触,无摩擦,保证了阀门使用的长寿命。
本发明阀门为上装式全通径结构,阀芯2全开时,过流面积大,无流阻,介质流动性能强,流量压力损失为零,在线检修时阀门拆卸、安装方便,降低了LNG管线系统维护成本。
所述阀芯2上、下支撑为一体式半圆结构,完全支撑阀芯2吸收工艺载荷,确保阀芯2运行更稳定可靠,无阀腔陷阱,无需泄压排放,从根本上消除了传统球阀因LNG残留及气化导致的危险。
所述软密封7全封装在阀座5的支撑环中,软密封7材料采用PCTFE、 PTFE、或PEEK。
所述密封圈9与阀芯2为分开式,加工简单,在线更换成本低,在-196°时具有很好机械性能;密封圈9表面喷焊硬质合金,耐冲刷,使用寿命长。软密封7的圆弧面与密封圈9的圆弧面靠圆弧的最凸点楔形挤压形成线密封,密封比压小,从而实现双向零泄漏。上轴套11与填料垫12,保证了阀杆10垂直,减少了开启摩擦力,使开启关闭更稳定。所述阀座5设有凸块25,阀门在意外发生火灾时,软密封7烧毁,阀座凸块25起到应急的密封作用,能在一定程度上阻止介质大量外泄及火情蔓延,形成有效的防火结构,符合 ISO10497/API607火灾安全设计。所述阀杆10底部和侧边设有弹簧顶出钢珠26,将阀芯、阀杆、阀体联通,能在第一时间将聚集在阀芯的静电电荷导出,有效保障管道安全运行。
所述阀体1、阀芯2采用CF8整体铸造成型;所述阀杆10、上、下轴套采用Inconel718合金;所述金属缠绕垫采用304钢片缠绕柔性石墨;所述的结构中未说明材料均采用耐低温不锈钢材料。
所述低温试验凸台24,满足低温试验要求。
所述执行机构20通过阀杆10可对阀芯2作90°启闭旋转运动。执行机构20可根据工况需要,选配蜗轮型,气动型、电动型传动。
工作原理:
执行机构20通过阀杆10可对阀芯2作90°启闭旋转运动。阀门关闭时,阀芯2上的密封圈9逐渐靠近软密封7,开始刮扫清除软密封7上的杂质等,直至阀门关闭,阀芯2上的密封圈9与软密封7产生凸轮楔紧的机械强制密封。阀门打开,阀芯2立即与阀座5脱离接触,无摩擦,保证了阀门使用的长寿命。软密封7的圆弧面与密封圈9的圆弧面靠圆弧的最凸点楔形挤压形成线密封,从而实现双向零泄漏。
本发明双向阀结构简单无内腔死角、无需泄压排放、拆装方便、可在线维修、全通径流通能力强、双流向零泄漏、密封可靠、重量轻。降低了LNG管线系统维护成本,提高了试验寿命。

1.上装式全通径LNG软密封零泄漏双向阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(5)、阀芯(2)、阀杆(10),其特征在于:阀体(1)一边设有阀座(5),阀座(5)与阀体(1)旋转锁紧;所述阀座(5)设有软密封(7),所述阀芯(2)上安装密封圈(9),所述阀芯(2)套入阀体(1)的轴套中,软密封(7)与密封圈(9)是凸对凸线密封;加长阀盖(14)装入阀体(1)的轴套,所述阀杆(10)穿过加长阀盖(14)、填料部分后锁紧;阀杆(10)连接执行机构(20),执行机构(20)的扭矩通过阀杆(10)传递给阀芯(2),驱动阀芯(2)启闭旋转。
