技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于高温熔盐管线阀门,具体是一种上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀。
背景技术
熔盐是由硝酸钾(KNO3)、亚硝酸钠(NaNO2)及硝酸钠(NaNO3)的混合物。熔盐储能技术,是利用白天的光照把蓄热介质熔盐加热后存储起来,到夜晚释放,通过换热产生蒸汽推动汽轮机发电。相较于光伏发电由光直接转化为电能的存储缺陷,光热发电的储能技术能避免夜间、阴雨天不能发电的麻烦,可实现持续发电、调峰发电。
热载体炉将粉状的熔盐加热到熔点142℃以上,使其在熔融流动状态下循环使用。最高工作温度可达580℃的高温。熔盐管线运行中需保持必要的流动性,还需要耐高温、耐腐蚀的截断阀进行控制。而闸阀的密封面在启闭的频繁往复运动中,混流介质结垢沉淀于阀体下部空腔。普通o形球阀存在内腔死角会产生熔盐残留及结晶,造成阀门扭矩过大卡塞;而蝶阀流阻系数大,熔盐流动性能差;传统半球阀在高温熔盐管线中由于材质热膨胀性,造成阀门卡死;传统上装式半球阀,半球体加工难度高,更换半球体成本贵,阀座无法满足全通径要求,流通能力低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,该双向阀结构简单无内腔死角、拆装方便、可在线维修成本低、全通径流通能力强、弹性阀座线密封,高温双流向密封可靠,降低了熔盐管线系统维护成本。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,包括阀体、弹性阀座、阀芯、阀杆,阀体一边设有弹性阀座, 弹性阀座与阀体通过阀座压板旋转锁紧。所述阀芯上安装密封圈,所述阀芯套入阀体的轴套中,弹性阀座与密封圈是凸对凸线密封。阀盖装入阀体的轴套,所述阀杆穿过阀盖、填料部分后锁紧。阀杆连接执行机构,执行机构的扭矩通过阀杆传递给阀芯,驱动阀芯启闭旋转。

本发明一种上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,技术效果如下:
1、楔形扭矩密封:阀门关闭时,执行机构的扭矩通过阀杆驱动阀芯与弹性阀座产生凸轮楔紧的机械强制密封,从机械原理上确保不依赖弹簧或工艺压力而实现严密关断,节省了制造时间及成本。
2、无摩擦自清洁:阀门一打开,阀芯立即与阀座脱离接触,流体即360°冲刷密封面,阀门关闭时,阀芯逐渐靠近阀座,开始刮扫清除阀座上的杂质、沉淀物、结晶,直至阀门关闭。在开关过程中,阀芯与阀座不接触、无摩擦、自清洁,保证了阀门使用的长寿命。
3、无阻力:全通径结构,阀芯全开时,过流面积大,无流阻,熔盐流动性能强,流量压力损失为零。
4、维修方便:在线检修时阀门拆卸、安装方便,且不易出现法兰漏盐状况,降低了工况系统维护成本。
5、备件成本低:密封圈与阀芯分开结构,更换密封圈比传统更换半球成本低。
6、无阀腔:无阀腔陷阱,无需泄压排放,从根本上消除了传统球阀因熔盐残留及结晶导致的危险。
7、高温双向密封:弹性阀座与密封圈是凸对凸线密封,避免了阀门在高温工况下材料热膨胀导致阀门卡死的风险,由弹性阀座的耐松弛性能,实现高温双向泄漏率突破;Inconel材料具有高强度、良好的韧性以及在高温环境具有耐腐蚀性,耐冲刷,使用寿命长。
8、无需短管:可直接焊接到工艺管线,无需焊接短管,极大地降低了成本。
9、重量轻:重量比传统顶装球阀降低 30% ,顶法兰尺寸减少 20% 。

5.根据权利要求1所述上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,其特征在于:所述弹性阀座(7)与密封圈(9)是凸对凸线密封,由弹性阀座(7)的耐松弛性能及阀体(1)α角度介质密封比压补偿,α角度范围20~30°;弹性阀座(7)采用Inconel X-750镍基高温合金。
6.根据权利要求1所述上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈(9)与阀芯(2)为分开式,密封圈(9)采用Inconel 718合金。
7.根据权利要求1所述上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)、阀芯(2)采用CF8整体铸造成型;阀杆(10)、轴套采用Inconel 718合金;所述金属缠绕垫采用304钢片缠绕柔性石墨。
8.一种阀门无摩擦自清洁方法,其特征在于:阀门一打开,阀芯(2)立即与阀座脱离接触,流体即360°冲刷密封面;阀门关闭时,阀芯(2)逐渐靠近阀座,阀芯(2)上的密封圈(9)逐渐靠近弹性阀座(7),开始刮扫清除阀座上的杂质、沉淀物,直至阀门关闭,在开关过程中,阀芯(2)与阀座不接触、无摩擦、自清洁。
9.一种阀门启闭方法,其特征在于:执行机构(20)通过阀杆(10)对阀芯(2)作90°启闭旋转运动,阀门关闭时,阀芯(2)上的密封圈(9)逐渐靠近弹性阀座(7),开始刮扫清除弹性阀座(7)上的杂质等,直至阀门关闭,阀芯(2)上的密封圈(9)与弹性阀座(7)产生凸轮楔紧的机械强制密封;阀门打开,阀芯(2)立即与阀座脱离接触,无摩擦,保证了阀门使用的长寿命;弹性阀座(7)与密封圈(9)是凸对凸线密封,由弹性阀座(7)的耐松弛性能及阀体α角度介质密封比压补偿,实现高温双流向功能。
10.如权利要求1~9所述任意一种上装式全通径弹性硬密封高温耐腐蚀熔盐双向阀,其特征在于:用于高温工况下材料的双流向密封。
