Abstract

一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,包括阀体,阀体中部的斜槽中设有阀瓣,阀瓣的上端连接有阀杆,阀杆上段穿过阀盖上部密封函中的密封填料后与支架上的T型螺母配合,再与执行器组件连接;执行器带动阀瓣作上下运动。阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘与项部设有多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,从而提高了平均温传导率,同时加大了项部外围的冷温与周围环境对流散温面积和温差,散温效果极佳,确保阀杆与填料滑动配合处温度在0℃以上不发生结冰粘结,确保阀门启闭动作可靠,杜绝了结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,增加了阀盖及阀门整体强度,降低了成本,提高经济效益及系统安全可靠,有效地解决了原传统技术的缺点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种深冷闸阀,尤其涉及一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀。
背景技术
在现代液化天然气、液氧、液氢、液氦等的-150℃至-250多℃深冷工况系统工艺过程自动控制中,深冷闸阀起着十分重要的作用。在此过程控制中,要根据实时的数据信号,启闭介质的流通参数。控制动作的灵敏性、可靠性、阀杆与填料间密封性与寿命是至关重要的。因为深冷闸阀阀盖中的阀杆部分下段与阀瓣连接,上段与密封函中的密封填料柔性配合伸出,与支架上的螺母配合,再与执行器连接,阀盖中空间的深冷介质是与阀体相通的,阀盖的结构形式必须要有良好的散温效果,保证阀杆与填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上,以免凌固空气中的水分而发生结冰粘结,才能确保阀门启闭动作可靠效果。所以阀盖的散温性能好坏直接影响到系统的安全可靠和经济效益。然而在现有的技术中,深冷闸阀阀盖是采用单片大直径散温盘与加长阀盖项部,但单散温盘半径加大,越靠外围,深冷介质基面传递的冷温与环境对流的温差越小,也就是说,降低了平均温传导率,散温条件不够充分,效果差;就得靠加长阀盖项部,但加长项部外围壁的冷温与环境散温对流的面积小,散温条件也不够好,而且阀杆太长会造成垂直受力压杆失稳,密封泄漏,还会降低阀盖的强度,同时增加成本。散温条件不充分会造成阀杆与填料滑动配合处结冰粘结,启闭动作力矩大或不能动作,结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,深冷闸阀使用寿命短,更换频繁。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种散温效果好,使用寿命长的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,包括阀体,阀体中部的斜槽中设有阀瓣,阀瓣的上端连接有阀杆,阀杆上段穿过阀盖上部密封函中的密封填料,与支架上的T型螺母相配合,再与执行器连接;在阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘,单片大直径散温盘与顶部的多圈小直径散温盘组成一复合散温盘结构。
所述的执行器为一手轮,或是由电动为动力使阀杆丝杆回转运动,带动阀瓣作上下运动。
所述的T型螺母与手轮通过平键、圆螺母压紧固定。
所述的阀杆穿过阀盖及密封函中的密封填料、填料垫圈及填料压圈、填料压圈内外圆各设有O型密封圈,填料压圈由填料压盖固定。
阀体的斜槽上焊有硬质合金密封面层;阀瓣两面斜面上焊有硬质合金密封面层。
单片大直径散温盘与单圈小直径散温盘的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
本发明提供的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,取得了以下的技术效果:
1、本发明由于采用提高温传导率λ、增加阀盖与周围环境对流散温面积A、与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT三个参数的思路,来设计的阀盖外部有单片大直径散温盘与项部多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,达到了极好的散温效果,保证了阀杆与填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上,杜绝了凌固空气中的水分而发生结冰粘结,确保阀门启闭动作可靠,和系统的安全可靠及提高经济效益;
2、本发明由于散温条件充分,杜绝了结冰硬物划伤阀杆与填料,使之保持密封性能运作使用周期长,从而延长了深冷闸阀的使用寿命,降低了工况系统维护成本;
3、本发明由于散温条件充分,不必过大的加长阀盖项部及阀杆长度,避免了阀杆处于压杆失稳的受力状态而造成阀瓣与阀座密封副的泄漏。为阀门密封性能的持久性创造了条件。
4、本发明由于散温条件充分,不必过大的加长阀盖项部长度,增加了阀盖及阀门整体强度,同时降低了阀门的制造成本。

具体实施方式
参见附图所示,一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,包括阀体1,阀体1中部的斜槽中设有阀瓣2,阀瓣2的上端连接有阀杆3,阀杆3上段穿过阀盖7上部密封函中的密封填料8,与支架17上的T型螺母19相配合,再与执行器连接;在阀盖7外部设有单片大直径散温盘28,单片大直径散温盘28与顶部的多圈小直径散温盘27组成一复合散温盘结构;
所述的执行器为一手轮23,或是由电动为动力使阀杆丝杆回转运动,带动阀瓣作上下运动。
所述的T型螺母19与手轮23通过平键21、圆螺母22压紧固定。
所述的阀杆3穿过阀盖7及密封函中的密封填料8、填料垫圈26及填料压圈24、填料压圈24内外圆各设有O型密封圈25,填料压圈24由填料压盖13固定。
阀体1的斜槽上焊有硬质合金密封面层;阀瓣2两面斜面上焊有硬质合金密封面层。
单片大直径散温盘28与单圈小直径散温盘27的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
本发明的设计原理如下:根据流体与固体间对流散温量基本方程式为:散温量Q=温传导率λ×散温面积A×与周围环境温度差ΔT;
申请人从提高温传导率λ、增加阀盖与周围环境对流散温面积A、与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT三个参数的思路来设计阀盖的结构形式如下:
该深冷闸阀的阀盖外部设有单片大直径散温盘与项部设有多圈小直径散温盘组成的复合散温盘结构形式,除了单片大直径散温盘前段散温外,阀盖项部又增加了多圈小直径散温盘,合理的设置间距,便于加工的薄小散温盘厚度尺寸,以及合理的项部壁厚尺寸,从而提高了平均温传导率λ,同时加大了项部外围的冷温与周围环境对流散温面积A;由于小直径散温盘半径小,接近于深冷介质基面传递过来的冷温,处于最佳的冷温与周围环境对流散温温度差ΔT,至下而上的相邻散温盘之间温差有很明显的非线性梯度递减,散温效果极佳,确保阀杆与填料底部配合处温度在0℃以上不发生结冰粘结。同时也缩短了阀盖的长度,降低了成本。有效地解决了原传统技术的缺点。
本发明制作时,在阀体1中部的斜面槽密封阀座中开设阀瓣2,阀体1上面安装阀盖7,由螺栓4、螺母5紧固件固定,并将密封圈6压紧其间,阀瓣2上端连接阀杆3,阀杆穿过阀盖7及密封函中的密封填料8、填料垫圈26、填料压圈24,再与支架17上的T型螺母19配合,T型螺母与手轮23连接,由圆螺母22紧固件压紧固定,其间,设有平键21、轴承压盖20、轴承18。支架17与阀盖7由双头螺栓11、六角螺母12紧固固定。所述的填料压盖13包括一销轴9、开口销10、活节螺栓14、垫片15,通过六角螺母16与阀盖联接。

1.一种复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:阀体(1)中部的斜槽中设有阀瓣(2),阀瓣(2)的上端连接有阀杆(3),阀杆(3)上段穿过阀盖(7)上部密封函中的密封填料(8),与支架(17)上的T型螺母(19)相配合,再与执行器连接;在阀盖(7)外部设有单片大直径散温盘(28),单片大直径散温盘(28)与顶部的多圈小直径散温盘(27)组成一复合散温盘结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,其特征在于:所述的执行器为一手轮(23),或是由电动为动力使阀杆丝杆回转运动,带动阀瓣作上下运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,其特征在于:所述的T型螺母(19)与手轮(23)通过平键(21)、圆螺母(22)压紧固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆(3)穿过阀盖(7)及密封函中的密封填料(8)、填料垫圈(26)及填料压圈(24)、填料压圈(24)内外圆各设有O型密封圈(25),填料压圈(24)由填料压盖(13)固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)的斜槽上焊有硬质合金密封面层;阀瓣(2)两面斜面上焊有硬质合金密封面层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合散温盘阀盖深冷闸阀,其特征在于:单片大直径散温盘(28)与单圈小直径散温盘(27)的散温面积之比在10:1以上。
