本发明公开了一种密封效果好的超低温固定球阀,包括:阀体,设置在阀体内的球体,与球体上端相连接的阀杆,设置在阀体上端阀杆外侧的长颈盖,设置在阀体两侧的进口端阀盖和出口端阀盖,设置在进口端阀盖与球体之间的进口端阀座圈,设置在出口端阀盖与球体之间的出口端阀座圈,在所述长颈盖的上端设置有密封填料和压盖,在所述密封填料下端的长颈盖内设置有压环,在所述进口端阀盖与进口端阀座圈之间、出口端阀盖与出口端阀座圈之间以及所述压环下端的长颈盖内都设置有唇形密封件。

超低温固定球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种阀门,尤其涉及一种超低温固定球阀。
背景技术
目前,在电力、水力、石化、冶金行业的管道上都会使用到固定球阀,用于管道内液体的切断,现有固定球阀的结构包括:阀体,设置在阀体的左右两侧的左阀盖和右阀盖和设置在阀体上端的填料箱,所述的阀体与左阀盖、右阀盖和填料箱之间为分体式结构,在所述阀体内部设置在球体和阀座圈,在阀体、左阀盖、右阀盖和阀座圈内各设置有流道,所述球体与阀杆的下端相连接,所述阀杆的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接。现有的固定球阀,结构不合理,密封效果不好,介质容易外漏,不能耐低温,不能实现快速启闭。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封效果好的超低温固定球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:超低温固定球阀,包括:阀体,设置在阀体内的球体,与球体上端相连接的阀杆,设置在阀体上端阀杆外侧的长颈盖,设置在阀体两侧的进口端阀盖和出口端阀盖,设置在进口端阀盖与球体之间的进口端阀座圈,设置在出口端阀盖与球体之间的出口端阀座圈,在所述球体、进口端阀盖、出口端阀盖、进口端阀座圈和出口端阀座圈内都各自设置有流道,在所述长颈盖的上端设置有密封填料和压盖,在所述密封填料下端的长颈盖内设置有压环,在所述球体的下端设置有排污口,在所述阀体上设置有与排污口相互连通的排污通道和与排污通道下端相互配合的排污塞,在所述进口端阀盖与进口端阀座圈之间、出口端阀盖与出口端阀座圈之间以及所述压环下端的长颈盖内都设置有唇形密封件。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述的球体的上端设置有泄压孔,在所述阀杆的下端设置有与泄压孔相连通的泄压通道,在所述泄压通道上设置有泄压阀。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:所述阀杆的下端与球体的上端之间采用平面接触,在所述阀杆的下端与球体的上端之间设置有防静电弹簧。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述长颈盖的中部设置有滴水板。
本发明的优点是:上述超低温固定球阀,适合在超低温条件下使用,结构合理,操作方便,密封性能好,可以有效防止阀门中腔异常升压,介质无外漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,超低温固定球阀,包括:阀体1,设置在阀体1内的球体2,与球体2上端相连接的阀杆3,设置在阀体1上端阀杆3外侧的长颈盖4,设置在阀体1两侧的进口端阀盖5和出口端阀盖6,设置在进口端阀盖5与球体2之间的进口端阀座圈7,设置在出口端阀盖6与球体2之间的出口端阀座圈8,在所述球体2、进口端阀盖5、出口端阀盖6、进口端阀座圈7和出口端阀座圈8内都各自设置有流道9,在所述长颈盖4的上端设置有密封填料10和压盖11,在所述密封填料10下端的长颈盖4内设置有压环12,在所述球体2的下端设置有排污口13,在所述阀体1上设置有与排污口13相互连通的排污通道14和与排污通道14下端相互配合的排污塞15,在所述进口端阀盖5与进口端阀座圈7之间、出口端阀盖6与出口端阀座圈8之间以及所述压环12下端的长颈盖4内都设置有唇形密封件16。唇形密封件16可以采用聚三氟氯乙稀材料制造,能耐-196℃的超低温。
如图1所示,防止阀门中腔异常升压,在本实施例中,在所述的球体2的上端设置有泄压孔17,在所述阀杆3的下端设置有与泄压孔17相连通的泄压通道18,在所述泄压通道18上设置有泄压阀19。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,所述阀杆3的下端与球体2的上端之间采用平面接触,在所述阀杆3的下端与球体2的上端之间设置有防静电弹簧20。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,为了防止超低温工况下,密封填料10失效,在所述长颈盖4的中部设置有滴水板21,密封填料10设置在长颈盖4的上端,可以有效防止温度传递。
上述超低温固定球阀使用时,阀杆3与阀杆驱动装置相连接,阀杆驱动装置带动阀杆3和球体2旋转,实现阀门的90度开启和关闭。
上述超低温固定球阀,适合在超低温条件下使用,结构合理,操作方便,密封性能好,可以有效防止阀门中腔异常升压,介质无外漏。

Claims (4)

1.超低温固定球阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1),设置在阀体(1)内的球体(2),与球体(2)上端相连接的阀杆(3),设置在阀体(1)上端阀杆(3)外侧的长颈盖(4),设置在阀体(1)两侧的进口端阀盖(5)和出口端阀盖(6),设置在进口端阀盖(5)与球体(2)之间的进口端阀座圈(7),设置在出口端阀盖(6)与球体(2)之间的出口端阀座圈(8),在所述球体(2)、进口端阀盖(5)、出口端阀盖(6)、进口端阀座圈(7)和出口端阀座圈(8)内都各自设置有流道(9),在所述长颈盖(4)的上端设置有密封填料(10)和压盖(11),在所述密封填料(10)下端的长颈盖(4)内设置有压环(12),在所述球体(2)的下端设置有排污口(13),在所述阀体(1)上设置有与排污口(13)相互连通的排污通道(14)和与排污通道(14)下端相互配合的排污塞(15),在所述进口端阀盖(5)与进口端阀座圈(7)之间、出口端阀盖(6)与出口端阀座圈(8)之间以及所述压环(12)下端的长颈盖(4)内都设置有唇形密封件(16)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的超低温固定球阀,其特征在于:在所述的球体(2)的上端设置有泄压孔(17),在所述阀杆(3)的下端设置有与泄压孔(17)相连通的泄压通道(18),在所述泄压通道(18)上设置有泄压阀(19)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的超低温固定球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(3)的下端与球体(2)的上端之间采用平面接触,在所述阀杆(3)的下端与球体(2)的上端之间设置有防静电弹簧(20)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的超低温固定球阀,其特征在于:在所述长颈盖(4)的中部设置有滴水板(21)。
