本发明公开了一种密封效果好的全焊接固定球阀,包括:阀体,设置在阀体的左右两侧的左阀盖和右阀盖和设置在阀体上端的填料箱,所述的阀体与左阀盖、右阀盖和填料箱之间都是焊接连接,在所述阀体内部设置在球体和阀座圈,在阀体、左阀盖、右阀盖和阀座圈内各设置有流道,所述球体与阀杆的下端相连接,所述阀杆的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接,在所述阀座圈设置有预紧弹簧和与球体相互配合的三角密封圈,所述三角密封圈的三个角处为弧形面,在所述的球体上设置有泄压阀。优点是:上述全焊接固定球阀,结构合理,操作方便,密封性能好,介质无外漏,可以实现快速启闭。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种阀门,尤其涉及一种全焊接固定球阀。
背景技术
目前,在电力、水力、石化、冶金行业的管道上都会使用到固定球阀,用于管道内液体的切断,现有固定球阀的结构包括:阀体,设置在阀体的左右两侧的左阀盖和右阀盖和设置在阀体上端的填料箱,所述的阀体与左阀盖、右阀盖和填料箱之间为分体式结构,在所述阀体内部设置在球体和阀座圈,在阀体、左阀盖、右阀盖和阀座圈内各设置有流道,所述球体与阀杆的下端相连接,所述阀杆的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接。现有的固定球阀,结构不合理,密封效果不好,介质容易外漏,不能实现快速启闭。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封效果好的全焊接固定球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:全焊接固定球阀,包括:阀体,设置在阀体的左右两侧的左阀盖和右阀盖和设置在阀体上端的填料箱,所述的阀体与左阀盖、右阀盖和填料箱之间都是焊接连接,在所述阀体内部设置在球体和阀座圈,在阀体、左阀盖、右阀盖和阀座圈内各设置有流道,所述球体与阀杆的下端相连接,所述阀杆的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接,在所述阀座圈设置有预紧弹簧和与球体相互配合的三角密封圈,所述三角密封圈的三个角处为弧形面,在所述的球体上设置有泄压阀。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:所述的填料箱的下端设置有四开卡环。
本发明的优点是:上述全焊接固定球阀,结构合理,操作方便,密封性能好,介质无外漏,可以实现快速启闭。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,全焊接固定球阀,包括:阀体1,设置在阀体1的左右两侧的左阀盖2和右阀盖3和设置在阀体1上端的填料箱4,所述的阀体1与左阀盖2、右阀盖3和填料箱4之间都是焊接连接,在所述阀体1内部设置在球体5和阀座圈6,在阀体1、左阀盖2、右阀盖3和阀座圈6内各设置有流道,所述球体5与阀杆7的下端相连接,所述阀杆7的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接,在所述阀座圈6设置有预紧弹簧8和与球体5相互配合的三角密封圈9,所述三角密封圈9的三个角处为弧形面,在所述的球体5上设置有泄压阀10。
上述全焊接固定球阀,由阀杆驱动装置驱动阀杆7带动球体5绕轴线转动,当球体5流道与阀体1、左阀盖2和右阀盖3流道相垂直时,阀门关闭。当球体5流道与阀体1、左阀盖2和右阀盖3流道相相连时,阀门开启。
在本实施例中,所述的填料箱4的下端设置有四开卡环11,起到很好的固定和密封效果。
所述的阀体1与左阀盖2、右阀盖3和填料箱4之间都是焊接连接,可以有效防止介质外漏,结构合理。
所述三角密封圈9的三个角处为弧形面,材料采用AED,能耐200℃的温度,且密封面与球体5接触部位采用线接触面,密封效果好。
阀门开启时,预紧弹簧8预紧阀座圈6和球体5,使三角密封圈9与球体5表面紧贴,双向密封,球体5的中腔通过泄压阀10自动泄压。同样,阀门关闭时,二侧都有介质压力作用时,两侧阀座圈6分别推向球体5两侧,能实现双向密封。

1.全焊接固定球阀,包括:阀体(1),设置在阀体(1)的左右两侧的左阀盖(2)和右阀盖(3)和设置在阀体(1)上端的填料箱(4),其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)与左阀盖(2)、右阀盖(3)和填料箱(4)之间都是焊接连接,在所述阀体(1)内部设置在球体(5)和阀座圈(6),在阀体(1)、左阀盖(2)、右阀盖(3)和阀座圈(6)内各设置有流道,所述球体(5)与阀杆(7)的下端相连接,所述阀杆(7)的上端与阀杆驱动装置相连接,在所述阀座圈(6)设置有预紧弹簧(8)和与球体(5)相互配合的三角密封圈(9),所述三角密封圈(9)的三个角处为弧形面,在所述的球体(5)上设置有泄压阀(10)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的全焊接固定球阀,其特征在于:所述的填料箱(4)的下端设置有四开卡环(11)。
