本实用新型涉及一种调节控制阀,尤其涉及一种双阀座零泄漏调节阀。
背景技术
在供热管网及电厂热循环管网内都要控制管网内介质的流量,以达到节能和有效热循环的目的。这样就要在管网上安装调节阀,来达到上述目的。而现在所使用的双阀座调节阀,其阀瓣是整体的带锥曲线形或套筒阀芯,靠阀杆的上下移动来调节管网内介质的流量,由于是双阀座,在阀杆轴向有两个密封面配合,要制造到较高的配合精度,加工难度就比较大,易造成管网内介质的流量密封性能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有双阀座调节阀,加工难度大、密封性能差,提供一种密封性能好的双阀座零泄漏调节阀。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种双阀座零泄漏调节阀,包括下阀盖、上阀盖、阀体、上阀座、下阀座、上阀瓣、弹簧座、碟形弹簧、下阀瓣、导向套、销轴、阀杆、阀杆压盖、填料、填料压盖及联接件,所述阀体内腔带有两个阀座孔顺序装有上阀座及下阀座并焊接连接,所述上阀瓣下端设有导向轴,弹簧座、碟形弹簧、下阀瓣、导向套依次穿过所述导向轴,所述导向套旋入导向轴下端螺纹,并用销轴紧固防止松脱,所述阀杆下端装入上阀座上端孔后用阀杆压盖相联接,再将阀杆所联接的整体装入阀体,上端装入密封垫和上阀盖,下端装入密封垫和下阀盖。
在采用上述技术方案的同时,本实用新型还可采用或结合采用以下技术方案:
所述弹簧座和碟形弹簧上下接触处为圆弧状。
所述上阀瓣中间与弹簧座接触处为圆弧状。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型所提供的双阀座零泄漏调节阀,其上阀瓣与下阀瓣依靠碟形弹簧可以在阀杆轴下有一定的位移量,因而在上下密封面处加工比较容易,有利于提高阀门的密封性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施实施作进一步说明。
参照附图图1、图2,一种双阀座零泄漏调节阀,包括下阀盖1、上阀盖9、阀体15、上阀座13、下阀座14、上阀瓣7、弹簧座6、碟形弹簧5、下阀瓣4、导向套3、销轴2、阀杆12、阀杆压盖8、填料11、填料压盖10及联接件,所述阀体15内腔带有两个阀座孔顺序装有上阀座13及下阀座14并焊接连接,所述上阀瓣7下端设有导向轴,弹簧座6、碟形弹簧5、下阀瓣4、导向套3依次穿过所述导向轴,所述导向套3旋入导向轴下端螺纹,并用销轴2紧固防止松脱,所述阀杆12下端装入上阀座7上端孔后用阀杆压盖8相联接,再将阀杆12所联接的整体装入阀体15,上端装入密封垫和上阀盖9,下端装入密封垫和下阀盖1。
弹簧座和碟形弹簧上下接触处为圆弧状17,便于碟形弹簧在弹性变形下接触面紧密贴合。
上阀瓣中间与弹簧座接触处为圆弧状16,也是便于弹簧座在弹性变形下与上阀瓣接触面紧密贴合。
当阀门关闭时,阀杆12向下运动,推动上阀瓣7、弹簧座6、碟形弹簧5、下阀瓣4、导向套3一起向下,下阀瓣4先与下阀座14锥面密封,阀杆12再克服碟形弹簧5压缩力,使得上阀瓣7先与上阀座13锥面密封。这样就不会因为介质温度变化引起材料的微量变形,使上下两密封面不能同时密封。
本实用新型所提供的双阀座零泄漏调节阀,其上阀瓣与下阀瓣依靠碟形弹簧可以在阀杆轴下有一定的位移量,因而在上下密封面处加工比较容易,有利于提高阀门的密封性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种双阀座零泄漏调节阀,包括下阀盖、上阀盖、阀体、上阀座、下阀座、上阀瓣、弹簧座、碟形弹簧、下阀瓣、导向套、销轴、阀杆、阀杆压盖、填料、填料压盖及联接件,所述阀体内腔带有两个阀座孔顺序装有上阀座及下阀座并焊接连接,所述上阀瓣下端设有导向轴,弹簧座、碟形弹簧、下阀瓣、导向套依次穿过所述导向轴,所述导向套旋入导向轴下端螺纹,并用销轴紧固防止松脱,所述阀杆下端装入上阀座上端孔后用阀杆压盖相联接,再将阀杆所联接的整体装入阀体,上端装入密封垫和上阀盖,下端装入密封垫和下阀盖。
2.更具权利要求1所述的双阀座零泄漏调节阀,其特征在于:所述弹簧座和碟形弹簧上下接触处为圆弧状。
