本发明涉及一种新型构造、结构为特征的阀门;具有安装尺寸短,密闭效果更佳,更稳定,使用寿命长,扭矩和扭力更短、更小;制造简单,节约原材料;介质通过断面比大、阻力小;并能与其它阀门组合安装;亦能与现有各标准法兰连接构造的伸缩器、三通、直通等构件和管箍、直管等形式的管件形成一体化;亦能独立实现电动、气动、液动、手动等传动方式;是通过阀轴对阀板做扭力,阀板在阀体球型截面腔内进行90度转动实现启、闭,介质闭合是通过也阀阀板(4阀板密封环)与1阀体相吻合(不计公差)的球形截面体相互作用实现的,适用和应用范围更广全新形态结构、构造的优点。符合国家产业政策。

也阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型构造、结构为特征的阀门及介质阻流启、闭组合构造件;和具有该构造、结构特征阀门及组合构造件的命名:也阀。
背景技术
目前国内、国际上使用阀门种类繁多,大都以蝶阀、球阀、和闸阀为主要结构、构造的阀门。该种类阀门大都因体积庞大,质量较重;安装尺寸较长;密闭效果差;启、闭扭力、扭矩要求大;使用电动或气动方式启、闭所需动力较大;使用寿命短,又与现行各阀门井、室等设施规范标准在使用环境中出现矛盾,往往一个大口径的阀门装在一个小的阀门井、室(内)或先安装好阀门后再砌筑井、室,这与后期的安装、更换、拆装、养护、保养及使用等凸显矛盾。另若遇到管网系统中局部某个阀门需要更换或维修,需从干管控制阀或总阀进行关、启闭才能实现更换作业。不能够实现点断、点修复(或更换)作业,从而损耗大量的人力、物力和介质等资源流失,并因而造成管网干管其它系统的断流或瘫痪。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:提供一种介质通过断面比大、阻力小;安装尺寸短;密闭效果佳;使用寿命长;并能与其它阀门组合安装;亦能以欧标、国标及国际通用等不同规格及标准法兰、管道端法兰结合;亦能与现有各标准法兰连接构造的伸缩器、三通、直通等构件和管箍、直管等形式的管件形成一体化;亦能独立实现电动、气动、液动、手动等传动方式。其(是)使用范围更广的全新形态结构、构造件。
它由:1阀体;2轴套;3轴填料圈;4阀板密封环;5阀轴螺销(或销钉);6也阀中心板;7支撑球;8调校螺销;9阀轴密封环;10阀轴;11内螺销(或销钉);12柔性阀板填料槽;13柔性阀板填料圈等几部分构成的新型结构和构造为特征阀门及介质阻流启、闭构造件。
也阀结构及构造特征:
1.阀体:也阀阀体(内部形态特征),是以阀体径向中心点为球心,以大于阀体口径百分之八至百分之零点零二五(8%—0.025%)为直径形成的球形截面体空腔;[见附图1、2、3、5、6中1]。
2.轴套:为高强度环状套体,用于降低轴旋转产生的扭力(亦可以为轴承);[见附图1、2、5、6中2]。
3.轴填料圈:为阀体内轴套部位的柔性密封圈;[见附图1、2中3]。
4.阀板密封环:也阀阀板密封环(形态特征),它是一个外部与1阀体球形截面体空腔相吻合(不计公差在内)的环。[见附图1、2、3、4、6中4]。
5.阀轴螺销(或销钉):为阀板与阀轴连接固定的螺销构件;[见附图1、5、2、6中5]
6.也阀中心板:为独立圆形具有一定荷载承压(依据公称口径、介质、压力等设计)的板;[见附图1、2、3、6中6]。
7.支撑球:为也阀轴端支撑阀板重力的球;[见附图1、2、5、6中7]。
8.调校螺销:为对阀板置位调校的构造件;[见附图1、2、5、6中8]。
9.阀轴密封环:为阀轴密封介质的轴构件;[见附图1、2、5、6中9]。
10.阀轴:起到启、闭阀门的轴构件;[见附图1、2、5、6中10]。
11.内螺销或销钉(阀板密封环与也阀中心板连接、固定、定位之用);[见附图1、4、5、8中11]。
12.柔性阀板填料槽:设置于阀板密封环的U型槽;[见附图7、8中12]。
13.柔性阀板填料圈:是设计于阀板密封环上的填料圈;[见附图5、7、8中13]
14.也阀阀板:是由6也阀中心板4阀板密封环通过11内螺销(或销钉)连接形成的组合(结构)构造板。
本发明技术的实现:
按也阀设计技术要求通过机械加工制作完成以下部件:1阀体;2轴套;3轴填料圈;4阀板密封环(柔性密封时需对阀板密封环加工制作12密封环填料槽);5轴螺销或销钉;6也阀中心板;7支撑球;8调校螺销;9阀轴密封环;10阀轴;11内螺销或销钉(阀板密封环与中心板连接)等构、部件。
也阀构、部件组装:先在1阀体内安装2轴套3轴填料圈9阀轴密封环10阀轴7支撑球部件;接着装入4阀板密封环(使阀板密封环与1阀体成90度角,密封环微量受压变形装入阀体)并嵌入6阀板中心板及安装5阀轴螺销,然后在1阀体内旋转阀板(46)与阀体成90度角,使用11内螺销(或螺钉)对4阀板密封环6也阀中心板进行连接。最后装入8调校螺销对阀板进行置位调校;由此完成也阀整体制作和装配工作。
也阀启、闭运行:
该也阀是通过阀轴对阀板做扭力,阀板在阀体球型截面腔内进行90度转动实现启、闭,介质闭合是通过也阀阀板(4阀板密封环)1阀体相吻合(不计公差)的球形截面体相互作用实现的,阀板以硬性4阀板密封环止流介质为主,辅以阀板12密封环填料槽,内嵌13阀板填料圈来实现各种条件应用和使用环境。
本发明与现有技术相比:安装尺寸短,密闭效果更佳,更稳定,使用寿命长,扭矩和扭力更短、更小;制造简单,节约原材料;具有适用和应用范围更广的全新形态结构、构造等优点。

Claims (9)

1.也阀是一种阀门,更是一种新型构造、结构为特征的阀门,它由:1阀体;2轴套;3轴填料圈;4阀板密封环;5阀轴螺销(或销钉);6也阀中心板;7支撑球;8调校螺销;9阀轴密封环;10阀轴;11内螺销(或销钉);12柔性阀板填料槽;13柔性阀板填料圈等几部分构成,其特征是通过阀轴对阀板做扭力,阀板在阀体球型截面腔内进行90度转动实现启、闭,介质闭合是通过也阀阀板(4阀板密封环)1阀体相吻合(不计公差)的球形截面体相互作用实现的,阀板以硬性4阀板密封环止流介质为主,辅以阀板12密封环填料槽,内嵌13阀板填料圈来实现各种条件应用和使用环境。
2.根据权利要求书1中所述的也阀阀体内部形态特征为:以阀体径向中心点为球心,以大于阀体口径百分之八至百分之零点零二五(8%—0.025%)为直径形成的球形截面体空腔。
