Abstract
本发明公开了也阀,包括阀体、阀板和阀轴,阀体内腔为球形腔,阀板侧表面与球形腔相一致,并通过与其固定连接的阀轴可旋转地连接到阀体上,阀体内腔由薄壁嵌套嵌入到阀体内形成;本发明针对球形腔的阀体内腔,将阀体内腔设置为分离式结构,本也阀仅仅涉及阀体、阀轴、阀板和薄壁嵌套主要构件,让也阀结构更加简化,制作更加简单,成本大大降低,该结构也避免薄壁嵌套使用紧固螺钉带来的附加应力,确保密封面密封效果更好,阀板一体式结构,刚性和强度大大提高,结构大大简化,本发明还具有装卸更方便的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,涉及也阀。
背景技术
目前国内、国际上使用阀门种类繁多,大都以蝶阀、球阀、和闸阀为主要结构、构造的阀门。该种类阀门大都因体积庞大,质量较重;安装尺寸较长;密闭效果差;启、闭扭力、扭矩要求大;使用电动或气动方式启、闭所需动力较大;使用寿命短,又与现行各阀门井、室等设施规范标准在使用环境中出现矛盾,往往一个大口径的阀门装在一个小的阀门井、室(内)或先安装好阀门后再砌筑井、室,这与后期的安装、更换、拆装、养护、保养及使用等凸显矛盾。另若遇到管网系统中局部某个阀门需要更换或维修,需从干管控制阀或总阀进行关、启闭才能实现更换作业。不能够实现点断、点修复(或更换)作业,从而损耗大量的人力、物力和介质等资源流失,并因而造成管网干管其它系统的断流或瘫痪,而中国专利申请(申请号为201610012625.9)公开了一种也阀,该也阀包括阀体、阀轴以及阀板,阀板阀轴连接到阀体上,阀板表面设置有嵌套,嵌套表面设置有与阀体内腔相一致的球形面,该结构需要将嵌套紧固到阀板上,需要采用大量螺钉紧固,结构复杂,成本高,制作不简单。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种也阀,结构更加简化、成本大大降低、制作简单,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案为:也阀,包括阀体、阀板和阀轴,阀体内腔为球形腔,阀板径向外侧表面与球形腔相一致,并通过与其固定连接的阀轴可旋转地连接到阀体上,阀体内腔由薄壁嵌套嵌入到阀体内形成。
优选的,上述薄壁嵌套通过过盈配合固定连接到阀体的内孔中。
优选的,上述内孔背水一侧设置有限位台阶。
优选的,上述阀板的进水侧端面和背水侧端面均设置有凹陷的锥形部。
优选的,上述阀体内腔直径大于阀体口径的0.025%-8%。
优选的,上述阀轴上设置有轴填料圈,轴填料圈为弹性密封圈,位于薄壁嵌套处的阀体的轴孔内。
优选的,上述也阀还包括调校支撑销,调校支撑销设置在阀轴相对一侧,其内端为支撑阀板的球头,外端通过螺纹可轴向移动地连接到阀体上。
优选的,上述阀轴与阀体连接处设置有间隙,并在阀轴上设置有弹性的阀轴密封环。
优选的,上述间隙为0.15-0.5mm,阀板外侧面与阀体内腔的间隙为0.005-0.1mm。
组装时,将薄壁嵌套套接到阀板上,并转动90度后复位,将薄壁嵌套嵌入到阀体内孔中并保证薄壁嵌套上阀轴孔正对阀体上阀轴孔,旋转阀板,将阀板上阀轴孔正对阀体上的阀轴孔,将阀轴插入到阀板上阀轴孔内,采用销钉限位,并将调校支撑销旋入到阀体内,调校支撑销上端抵靠到阀板上的球形槽为止,完成也阀的安装。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的效果如下:
(1)本发明针对球形腔的阀体内腔,将阀体内腔设置为分离式结构,本也阀仅仅涉及阀体、阀轴、阀板和薄壁嵌套主要构件,让也阀结构更加简化,制作更加简单,成本大大降低,该结构也避免薄壁嵌套在阀板上使用紧固螺钉带来的附加应力,确保密封面密封效果更好,阀板一体式结构,刚性和强度大大提高,结构大大简化,本发明还具有装卸更方便的特点;
(2)在阀板背水侧和进水侧均设置凹陷的锥形面部,能够增加过流断面比,降低开启阻力,降低阀板承载,使用寿命更高;
(3)通过阀轴与阀体存在间隙以及阀板与阀体内腔间的间隙大小配合,从而将阀板上的承载介质的作用力作用到阀体上,实现阀轴几乎不受剪切力,只受阀门打开时的扭转力,从而可以简化阀轴的轴径,阀体结构大大减小,长度变得越薄,重量大大减轻,使用寿命也大大加长,阀板可以大大减薄,介质通过断面比大、阻力小,安装尺寸短,球形腔的硬性密封,密封效果更好,有效解决了现有技术中存在的阀轴受力过大造成的结构笨重、使用寿命短、安装尺寸长、介质通过断面比小、阻力大的问题;
(4)调校支撑销起到支撑旋转作用,球头与球形槽形成点接触,定向性更好,摩擦更小;
(5)采用过盈配合固定薄壁嵌套,连接可靠,采用压接方式,安装方便,且其外径大于管道内孔,能够起到防脱作用,提高使用安全性;
(6)该也阀结构阀体减薄,通过两侧管道的法兰盘对接在阀体两侧,安装处结构更加紧凑。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步介绍。
实施例:如图1-图9所示,也阀,包括阀体1、阀板2和阀轴3,阀体1内腔为球形腔,阀板2径向外侧表面与球形腔相一致,并通过与其固定连接的阀轴3可旋转地连接到阀体1上,阀体1内腔由薄壁嵌套4嵌入到阀体1内形成,薄壁嵌套4采用耐磨材料,提高使用寿命。
优选的,上述薄壁嵌套4通过过盈配合固定连接到阀体1的内孔5中,且薄壁嵌套4外径大于也阀连接管道的内孔直径,薄壁嵌套4还可通过胀紧方式固定连接到阀体1的内孔5中。
优选的,上述内孔5背水一侧设置有限位台阶6,采用限位台阶,能够起到限位安全作用,限位台阶上设置多个周向均匀布置的拆卸通孔或螺纹孔,通过拆卸通孔或螺纹孔,方便薄壁嵌套的拆卸,也能够实现薄壁嵌套的球形腔精度调整。
优选的,上述薄壁嵌套4最薄厚度根据薄壁嵌套内腔直径大小确定。
优选的,上述阀板2的进水侧端面和背水侧端面均设置有凹陷的锥形部7。
优选的,上述阀体1内腔直径大于阀体1口径的0.025%-8%。
优选的,上述阀轴3上设置有轴填料圈8,轴填料圈8为弹性密封圈,位于薄壁嵌套处的阀体1的轴孔内。
优选的,上述也阀还包括调校支撑销9,调校支撑销9设置在阀轴3相对一侧,其内端为支撑阀板的球头,外端通过螺纹可轴向移动地连接到阀体1上,球头支撑处的支撑阀板为球形槽,球形槽的直径大于球头直径,调校支撑销起到支撑旋转作用,球头与球形槽形成点接触,定向性更好,摩擦更小,调校支撑销9上连接有轴填料圈,轴填料圈为弹性密封圈。
优选的,上述阀轴3与阀体1连接处设置有间隙10,并在阀轴3上设置有弹性的阀轴密封环11。
优选的,上述间隙10为0.15-0.5mm,阀板2外侧面与阀体1内腔的间隙为0.005-0.1mm。
阀体1周向设置有安装法兰12,安装法兰布置多个通孔13,阀体两侧安装管道14时,将两侧管道14端部的法兰盘15均对接到安装法兰12两侧,通过螺栓固定连接,连接处还设置有止水垫。
也阀启、闭运行:该也阀是通过阀轴对阀板做扭力,阀板在阀体球形腔内进行90度转动实现启、闭,介质闭合是通过也阀阀板与阀体1相一致的球形面相互作用实现的,阀板以薄壁嵌套硬性密封止流介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.也阀,包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)和阀轴(3),阀体(1)内腔为球形腔,阀板(2)径向外侧表面与球形腔相一致,并通过与其固定连接的阀轴(3)可旋转地连接到阀体(1)上,其特征在于:阀体(1)内腔由薄壁嵌套(4)嵌入到阀体(1)内形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:薄壁嵌套(4)通过过盈配合固定连接到阀体(1)的内孔(5)中,且薄壁嵌套(4)外径大于也阀连接管道的内孔直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:内孔(5)背水一侧设置有限位台阶(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:阀板(2)的进水侧端面和背水侧端面均设置有凹陷的锥形部(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)内腔直径大于阀体(1)口径的0.025%-8%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:阀轴(3)上设置有轴填料圈(8),轴填料圈(8)为弹性密封圈,位于薄壁嵌套(4)处阀体(1)的轴孔内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:还包括调校支撑销(9),调校支撑销(9)设置在阀轴(3)相对一侧,其内端为支撑阀板的球头,外端通过螺纹可轴向移动地连接到阀体(1)上,球头支撑处的支撑阀板为球形槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的也阀,其特征在于:阀轴(3)与阀体(1)连接处设置有间隙(10),并在阀轴(3)上设置有弹性的阀轴密封环(11)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的也阀,其特征在于:间隙(10)为0.15-0.5mm,阀板(2)外侧面与阀体(1)内腔的间隙为0.005-0.1mm。
