一种双向密封球阀,包括阀体、阀杆、球体、阀座、压板、O形圈、键,球体通过阀杆安装于阀体内,球体与阀杆通过键连接,阀座通过压圈与球体接触,阀座与阀体间通过O形圈密封,阀杆上装有凸轮,凸轮通过销轴与阀杆连接,凸轮的弧半径渐增,在45度时最大,而后渐减,以45度对称圆滑过渡,凸轮均布4个阶梯孔,阶梯孔内装有台阶销,台阶销的端面与凸轮的弧面平齐,台阶销与阀杆间还装有弹簧,阀座上还装有顶杆,顶杆的端面与凸轮的弧面接触,压板上周向均匀开有多个孔,孔内装有弹簧,压板与阀座间有一间隙。本发明的有益效果是阀门在开启瞬间阀座与球体快速脱开,可迅速平衡介质压差,启闭过程无摩擦,使用寿命长,双向密封可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门装置,尤其是一种可以无摩擦启闭的双向密封球阀。
背景技术
现有使用在双向密封球阀,在启闭过程中阀座始终与球体接触,阀门操作扭矩大,密封面易磨损,使用寿命短;国内也有一种在启闭时无摩擦轨道球阀,动作时球体先偏离摆动再转动的原理,可实现无摩擦启闭,但产品结构复杂,在阀杆上铣有螺旋槽,加工工艺复杂,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有双向密封球阀,在启闭过程中阀座始终与球体接触,阀门操作扭矩大,密封面易磨损,使用寿命短及轨道球阀、产品结构复杂,制造成本高的不足,本发明提供一种双向密封球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种双向密封球阀,包括阀体、阀杆、球体、阀座、压板、O形圈、键,球体通过阀杆安装于阀体内,球体与阀杆通过键连接,阀座通过压圈与球体接触,形成密封副,阀座与阀体间通过O形圈密封,阀杆上还装有凸轮,凸轮通过销轴与阀杆连接,所述凸轮的弧半径渐增,在45度时最大,而后渐减,以45度对称圆滑过渡,凸轮均布4个阶梯孔,阶梯孔内装有台阶销,台阶销的端面与凸轮的弧面平齐,台阶销与阀杆间还装有弹簧,阀座上还装有顶杆,顶杆的端面与凸轮的弧面接触,压板上周向均匀开有多个孔,孔内装有弹簧,压板与阀座间有一间隙。
阀座上还可装有非金属密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是阀门在开启瞬间阀座与球体快速脱开,可迅速平衡介质压差,启闭过程中无摩擦力,使用寿命长,双向密封可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种双向密封球阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、球体9、阀座8、压板11、O形圈3、键6,球体9通过阀杆2安装于阀体1内,球体9与阀杆2通过键6连接,阀座8通过压圈11与球体9接触,形成密封副,阀座8与阀体1间通过O形圈3密封,阀杆2上还装有凸轮5,凸轮5通过销轴4与阀杆2连接,凸轮的弧半径渐增,在45度时最大,而后渐减,以45度对称圆滑过渡,凸轮5上均布4个阶梯孔12,阶梯孔12内装有台阶销13,台阶销13的端面与凸轮5的弧面平齐,台阶销13与阀杆2间还装有小弹簧15,阀座8上还装有顶杆14,顶杆14的端面与凸轮5的弧面接触,压圈11上周向均匀开有多个孔,孔内装有弹簧7,压圈11与阀座8间有一间隙,保证阀座8在介质压力的作用下有一定位移,压向球体9,保证密封。
阀座8上还可装有非金属密封圈10,可实现软密封。
工作原理:在关闭位置时,当无介质压力时,阀座8在弹簧7的作用下与球体9接触实现初始密封,工作状态下,介质压力作用下,阀座8压紧球体9,压力越大,密封越严密。当开启时,阀杆2带动凸轮5和球体9旋转,开阀瞬间,凸轮5推动顶杆14,阀座8后移,与球体9脱开,可迅速平衡介质压差,启闭过程中阀座与球体无摩擦,力矩小,使用寿命长。运动到45度位置即半开时,阀座8与球体9脱离距离最大,随后逐渐减少,到全开时又保证阀座8与球体9紧密接触。

1.一种双向密封球阀,包括阀体、阀杆、球体、阀座、压板、O形圈、键,球体通过阀杆安装于阀体内,球体与阀杆通过键连接,阀座通过压圈与球体接触,形成密封副,阀座与阀体间通过O形圈密封,其特征在于:所述的阀杆上还装有凸轮,凸轮通过销轴与阀杆连接,所述凸轮的弧半径渐增,在45度时最大,而后渐减,以45度对称圆滑过渡,凸轮均布4个阶梯孔,阶梯孔内装有台阶销,台阶销的端面与凸轮的弧面平齐,台阶销与阀杆间还装有弹簧,所述阀座上还装有顶杆,顶杆的端面与凸轮的弧面接触,所述压板上周向均匀开有多个孔,孔内装有弹簧,压板与阀座间有一间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向密封球阀,其特征在于:在所述的阀座上装有非金属密封圈。
