Abstract

一种上装式微扭矩球阀,还包括一先导阀,先导阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,其顶杆与阀杆上的凹槽抵接,阀杆转动可推动先导阀打开;阀体上设置介质通道,介质通道连通阀座与先导阀,先导阀上开有泄压孔,泄压孔与阀体中腔连通;阀座通过压板固定安装于阀体上,其轴向端面与阀体之间设有供介质流通的空腔,阀座另一轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧。本发明的有益效果是:在阀杆转动带动阀门开启的过程中,先导阀打开,实现中腔泄压,阀座与球体脱离,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及微扭矩球阀。
背景技术
球阀由于具有体积小、结构简单、维修方便等特点且阀座密封面与球体密封面常在接触状态,不易被介质冲蚀,使用寿命长,在各行业中得到广泛应用。
目前现有固定式球阀在启闭过程中密封副始终接触,摩擦力导致启闭转矩加大,并使密封副产生磨损,进而影响其密封性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有球阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种启闭扭矩小、密封可靠的上装式微扭矩球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种上装式微扭矩球阀,包括阀体,阀体内腔中设置球体,阀体内还设置有与球体联动并从阀体上方伸出的阀杆,阀杆通过阀盖进行支撑和限位,球体在阀体的轴向两侧设置有阀座,阀座与球体形成密封副,还包括一先导阀,先导阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,其顶杆与阀杆上的凹槽抵接,阀杆转动可推动先导阀打开;阀体上设置介质通道,介质通道连通阀座与先导阀,先导阀上开有泄压孔,泄压孔与阀体中腔连通;
阀座通过压板固定安装于阀体上,其轴向端面与阀体之间设有供介质流通的空腔,阀座另一轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧。
进一步的,阀杆底部设置为凸轮结构,与球体上的轴孔相配合,阀杆在球体的轴孔内自由转动的角度为α,阀杆自由转动α角后带动球体转动。
更进一步的,阀座设置为分体式,即阀座由内圈阀座与外圈阀座组成,内圈阀座的密封面为非金属面,内圈阀座与外圈阀座轴向通过阶梯面卡接,且阶梯面之间设置弹簧,保证内圈阀座在阀门启闭过程中始终与球体接触,外圈阀座的密封面为金属面,外圈阀座的轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、在阀杆转动带动球体开启的过程中,先导阀打开,介质从介质通道进入先导阀并从泄压孔中进入中腔,实现空腔与阀体中腔的压力平衡,阀座在弹簧力的作用下与球体脱离,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能;同理,在阀门关闭过程中,起始阶段阀座与球体无接触,仅在先导阀关闭后阀座才会在介质力的作用下克服弹簧力,使得阀座与球体贴合,实现密封。
2、进一步的将阀杆底部设置为凸轮结构,与球体上的轴孔相配合,在阀杆刚开始转动时,阀杆自转,当转过α角度后再带动球体一起转动,在阀杆自转α角的过程中,阀杆同时推动先导阀的顶杆使得先导阀打开,实现中腔泄压,使得阀座与球体脱离,从而实现阀门开启过程的无摩擦运动;同理,在阀门关闭的过程中,阀座与球体无接触,直至阀门关到位后阀杆自转,同时先导阀关闭,介质力推动阀座与球体贴合,实现密封。
3、再进一步的将阀座设置为分体式,即内圈阀座与外圈阀座的形式,内圈阀座的密封面为非金属,且内圈阀座在阀门启闭过程中始终与球体接触,有效的阻止介质中细微颗粒进入到外圈阀座的金属密封面中,防止金属密封面发生磨损,同时也有利于流道腔体内进行积压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种上装式微扭矩球阀,包括阀体11,阀体11内腔中设置球体13,阀体11内还设置有与球体13联动并从阀体11上方伸出的阀杆2,阀杆2通过阀盖1进行支撑和限位,球体13在阀体11的轴向两侧设置有阀座10,阀座10与球体13形成密封副,还包括一先导阀3,先导阀3贯穿阀体11与阀盖1,其顶杆4与阀杆2上的凹槽6抵接,阀杆2转动可推动顶杆4将先导阀3打开;阀体11上设置介质通道7,介质通道7连通阀座10与先导阀3,先导阀3上开有泄压孔5,泄压孔5与阀体中腔12连通;
阀座10通过压板8固定安装于阀体11上,其轴向端面与阀体11之间设有供介质流通的空腔9,阀座10另一轴向端面与压板8之间设置弹簧;
在阀杆2转动带动球体13开启的过程中,先导阀3打开,介质由空腔9进入介质通道7,流经先导阀3并从泄压孔5中进入阀体中腔12,实现空腔9与阀体中腔12的压力平衡,使得阀座10与球体13脱离,从而实现阀门开启过程的无摩擦运动,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能;同理,在阀门关闭过程中,起始阶段阀座10与球体13无接触,仅在顶杆4进入凹槽6后,先导阀3关闭,阀座10会在介质力的作用下克服弹簧力,使得阀座10与球体13贴合,实现密封。
进一步的,阀杆2底部设置为凸轮结构,与球体13上的轴孔相配合,阀杆在球体的轴孔内自由转动的角度为α,α的角度在5°-15°中选取,并且这一角度可保证先导阀打开时球体不转动。在阀杆2刚开始转动时,阀杆2先进行自转,当转过α角度后再带动球体13一起转动,在阀杆2自转α角的过程中,阀杆2同时推动先导阀3的顶杆4使得先导阀3打开,介质由空腔9进入介质通道7,流经先导阀3并从泄压孔5中进入阀体中腔12,实现空腔9与阀体中腔12的压力平衡,使得阀座10与球体13脱离,从而实现阀门开启过程的无摩擦运动;同理,在阀门关闭的过程中,阀座10与球体13无接触,直至阀门关到位后阀杆2继续自转,顶杆4进入凹槽6,使得先导阀3关闭,阀座10与阀体11之间空腔9开始蓄压,介质力推动阀座10,阀座10克服弹簧力与球体贴合,实现密封。
更进一步的,阀座10设置为分体式,即阀座由内圈阀座102与外圈阀座101组成,内圈阀座102的密封面为非金属面,内圈阀座102与外圈阀座101轴向通过阶梯面卡接,且阶梯面之间设置弹簧,保证内圈阀座102在阀门启闭过程中始终与球体13接触,外圈阀座101的密封面为金属面,外圈阀座101的轴向端面与压板8之间设置弹簧。

1.一种上装式微扭矩球阀,包括阀体,阀体内腔中设置球体,所述阀体内还设置有与球体联动并从阀体上方伸出的阀杆,阀杆通过阀盖进行支撑和限位,所述的球体在阀体的轴向两侧设置有阀座,阀座与球体形成密封副,其特征在于:
还包括一先导阀,所述先导阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,其顶杆与阀杆上的凹槽抵接,阀杆转动可推动先导阀打开;所述阀体上设置介质通道,所述介质通道连通阀座与先导阀,所述先导阀上开有泄压孔,所述泄压孔与阀体中腔连通;
所述阀座通过压板固定安装于阀体上,其轴向端面与阀体之间设有供介质流通的空腔,所述阀座另一轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧;
阀杆底部设置为凸轮结构,与球体上的矩形孔相配合,阀杆在球体的矩形孔内自由转动的角度为α,阀杆自由转动α角后带动球体转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的上装式微扭矩球阀,其特征在于:阀座设置为分体式,即阀座由内圈阀座与外圈阀座组成,内圈阀座的密封面为非金属面,内圈阀座与外圈阀座轴向通过阶梯面卡接,且阶梯面之间设置弹簧,保证内圈阀座在阀门启闭过程中始终与球体接触,所述外圈阀座的密封面为金属面,外圈阀座的轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧。
