本发明涉及一种防摩擦球阀,其特征在于:在半球体外圆处设有阀瓣,该阀瓣通过螺纹安装在半球体外圆处,阀瓣成管式结构,该阀瓣的一端设有能与阀座密封面形成密封并成球形表面的阀瓣密封面,该阀瓣的另一端上部设有调节舌,在该调节舌的端部设有调节卡槽,上转头设有调节嘴,调节舌伸入调节嘴内,上转头内部设有与上阀杆下端外圆相配合的内壁,在该内壁处设有启闭卡槽,启闭卡槽置于调节嘴的一侧,在上阀杆的下部设有卡装置,旋转上阀杆时,可使该卡装置在调节卡槽和启闭卡槽间切换,阀体内腔底设有弧度为90°并成扇弧形的限位槽,下转头下端设有销轴,该销轴伸入限位槽内,具有阀座密封面与阀瓣密封面不会产生摩擦、使用寿命长、安全性高的优点。

一种防摩擦球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,尤其是涉及一种防摩擦球阀。
背景技术
现有球阀,主要包括阀体、阀座、球体和上阀杆,球体置于阀体内腔,球体内设有能与阀体内腔相通的流道,阀座由非金属塑料材料制成,可与球体外表面形成密封,球体由阀杆带动并绕球阀轴线作90度旋转运动,与阀座配合用于流体的开启与关闭,其缺点在于:在球体开启与关闭的过程中,阀座密封面与球体密封面产生摩擦,阀座密封面容易损坏,从而导致阀门泄漏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种阀座密封面与球体密封面不会产生摩擦、使用寿命长、安全性高的一种防摩擦球阀。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现:
该一种防摩擦球阀,包括:阀体、阀座、半球体、填料、压盖、连接支架、上阀杆、下阀杆和下端盖,阀体中部上端设有连接法兰和填料槽,填料由压盖固定安装于填料槽处,连接支架通过标准紧固件安装在该连接法兰处,半球体置于阀体内腔,半球体上部固定设有上转头,半球体下部固定设有下转头,上阀杆上端设有与外部驱动装置连接的键槽,上阀杆下端穿过填料槽伸入阀体内腔与上转头连接,阀座由非金属塑料材料制成,阀座的轴线与该球阀的水平轴线相一致,阀座设有阀座密封面,下端盖通过标准螺栓固定安装在阀体下端,下阀杆设置在阀体下部,下阀杆与上阀杆具有相同的轴线,下阀杆上端与下转头相连接,下阀杆下端面与下端盖上端面相连接,其特征在于:在半球体外圆处设有阀瓣,该阀瓣通过螺纹安装在半球体外圆处,阀瓣成管式结构,该阀瓣的一端设有能与阀座密封面形成密封并成球形表面的阀瓣密封面,该阀瓣的另一端上部设有调节舌,在该调节舌的端部设有调节卡槽,上转头设有调节嘴,调节舌伸入调节嘴内,上转头内部设有与上阀杆下端外圆相配合的内壁,在该内壁处设有启闭卡槽,启闭卡槽置于调节嘴的一侧,在上阀杆的下部设有卡装置,旋转上阀杆时,可使该卡装置在调节卡槽和启闭卡槽间切换,阀体内腔底设有弧度为90°并成扇弧形的限位槽,下转头下端设有销轴,该销轴伸入限位槽内。
更进一步的,所述调节卡槽和启闭卡槽的槽侧面为凸起的圆弧形表面。
更进一步的,所述上阀杆下部设有横向的孔,所述卡装置设置在该孔内,卡装置包括卡头和压缩弹簧,卡头在压缩弹簧的推力作用下,可分别插入调节卡槽和启闭卡槽。
更进一步的,所述阀座材料为聚四氟乙烯。
更进一步的,所述压缩弹簧的材料为不锈钢。
本发明的优点在于:在球阀开启或关闭的过程中,阀座密封面与阀瓣密封面不会产生摩擦,具有减少磨损、延长使用寿命的优点;调节卡槽和启闭卡槽的槽边为凸起的圆弧形表面,减小卡装置与调节卡槽和启闭卡槽的槽边摩擦阻力,具有开启、关闭时阀杆力矩小的优点。

具体实施方式
根据图1、2可知,该一种防摩擦球阀,包括:阀体1、阀座2、半球体3、填料9、压盖10、连接支架11、上阀杆7、下阀杆4和下端盖16,阀体1中部上端设有连接法兰和填料槽,填料9由压盖10固定安装于填料槽处,连接支架11通过标准紧固件安装在该连接法兰处,半球体3置于阀体1内腔,半球体3上部固定设有上转头12,半球体3下部固定设有下转头13,上阀杆7上端设有与外部驱动装置连接的键槽,上阀杆7下端穿过填料槽伸入阀体1内腔与上转头12连接,阀座2由非金属塑料材料制成,阀座2的轴线与该球阀的水平轴线相一致,阀座2设有阀座密封面,下端盖13通过标准螺栓固定安装在阀体1下端,下阀杆4设置在阀体1下部,下阀杆4与上阀杆7具有相同的轴线,下阀杆4上端与下转头13相连接,下阀杆4下端面与下端盖16上端面相连接,在半球体3外圆处设有阀瓣6,该阀瓣6通过螺纹安装在半球体3外圆处,阀瓣6成管式结构,该阀瓣6的一端设有能与阀座密封面形成密封并成球形表面的阀瓣密封面,该阀瓣6的另一端上部设有调节舌18,在该调节舌18的端部设有调节卡槽20,上转头12设有调节嘴19,调节舌18伸入调节嘴19内,上转头12内部设有与上阀杆7下端外圆相配合的内壁,在该内壁处设有启闭卡槽17,启闭卡槽17置于调节嘴19的一侧,在上阀杆7的下部设有卡装置5,旋转上阀杆7时,可使该卡装置5在调节卡槽20、启闭卡槽17间切换,阀体1内腔底设有弧度为90°并成扇弧形的限位槽15,下转头13下端设有销轴14,该销轴14伸入限位槽15内。
所述所述调节卡槽20和启闭卡槽17的槽侧面为凸起的圆弧形表面。
所述上阀杆7下部设有横向的孔,所述卡装置5设置在该孔内,卡装置5包括卡头和压缩弹簧,卡头在压缩弹簧的推力作用下,可分别插入调节卡槽20和启闭卡槽17。
该阀从关闭状态开启,此时,卡装置处于调节卡槽位置,旋转上阀杆,带动卡装置以上阀轴线为轴旋转、同时卡装置带动调节舌和阀瓣以阀瓣水平轴线旋转,阀瓣密封面脱离阀座密封面,当调节舌到达调节嘴的侧边时,调节舌和阀瓣停止旋转,而卡装置继续跟着上阀杆旋转,当卡装置到达启闭卡槽时,卡装置带动半球体绕着上阀杆轴线旋转,此时销轴沿着限位槽转动,当销轴到达限位槽的一端时,半球体停止转动,从而卡装置和上阀杆停止旋转,球阀开启。
与上述相反的方向转动上阀杆,即可关闭该球阀。
在该球阀开启或关闭的过程中,阀座密封面与阀瓣密封面不会产生摩擦,具有减少磨损、延长使用寿命的优点。

1.一种防摩擦球阀,包括:阀体、阀座、半球体、填料、压盖、连接支架、上阀杆、下阀杆和下端盖,阀体中部上端设有连接法兰和填料槽,填料由压盖固定安装于填料槽处,连接支架通过标准紧固件安装在该连接法兰处,半球体置于阀体内腔,半球体上部固定设有上转头,半球体下部固定设有下转头,上阀杆上端设有与外部驱动装置连接的键槽,上阀杆下端穿过填料槽伸入阀体内腔与上转头连接,阀座由非金属塑料材料制成,阀座的轴线与该球阀的水平轴线相一致,阀座设有阀座密封面,下端盖通过标准螺栓固定安装在阀体下端,下阀杆设置在阀体下部,下阀杆与上阀杆具有相同的轴线,下阀杆上端与下转头相连接,下阀杆下端面与下端盖上端面相连接,其特征在于:在半球体外圆处设有阀瓣,该阀瓣通过螺纹安装在半球体外圆处,阀瓣成管式结构,该阀瓣的一端设有能与阀座密封面形成密封并成球形表面的阀瓣密封面,该阀瓣的另一端上部设有调节舌,在该调节舌的端部设有调节卡槽,上转头设有调节嘴,调节舌伸入调节嘴内,上转头内部设有与上阀杆下端外圆相配合的内壁,在该内壁处设有启闭卡槽,启闭卡槽置于调节嘴的一侧,在上阀杆的下部设有卡装置,旋转上阀杆时,可使该卡装置在调节卡槽和启闭卡槽间切换,阀体内腔底设有弧度为90°并成扇弧形的限位槽,下转头下端设有销轴,该销轴伸入限位槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦球阀,其特征在于:所述调节卡槽和启闭卡槽的槽侧面为凸起的圆弧形表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦球阀,其特征在于:所述上阀杆下部设有横向的孔,所述卡装置设置在该孔内,卡装置包括卡头和压缩弹簧,卡头在压缩弹簧的推力作用下,可分别插入调节卡槽和启闭卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦球阀,其特征在于:所述阀座材料为聚四氟乙烯。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防摩擦球阀,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧的材料为不锈钢。
