本实用新型涉及一种中线型蝶阀。 
背景技术
中线型蝶阀的密封原理是通过阀门内的蝶板与阀门阀体上的橡胶阀座密封面相接触产生一个过盈量形成一定的密封比压,从而达到在一定的压力下阀门仍处于密封状态。在使用过程中,阀门除作开启及调节流量用之外,最重要的就是作为密封关闭,这时,关闭的阀门要求是零泄漏的,因此,阀门起主要关闭作用的阀座密封面就显得犹为重要。传统的阀门阀座密封面在上下轴端与蝶板上下轴端接触处为平面状,与蝶板外圆接触处亦为平面状,并且由于密封需要,有一段很宽的密封面带。这时,当蝶板还没有到关闭位置时,已开始产生过盈,大大地增加阀门的操作扭矩,并且由于密封面是平面状,密封所需要形成的密封比压,取决于生产阀座及加工蝶板的精度好坏,在密封过程中不能修正,经常出现精度问题,造成泄漏或在使用磨损划伤而泄漏。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述对阀门密封的严格要求,提供一种安全、可靠且使用寿命长的中线型蝶阀。 
本实用新型可以通过以下的技术方案来实现。中线型蝶阀包括阀体、橡胶阀座、蝶板、阀门密封面,所述阀门密封面与所述蝶板外圆之间的接触面为流线型带弧面凸环状。 
所述阀门密封面与所述蝶板上下轴孔之间的接触面为球形状。 
所述橡胶阀座设有镶嵌在阀体上下轴孔内的凸台,所述凸台内有密封圈槽。 
本实用新型是当蝶板关闭时,关闭过程蝶板外圆与阀座弧面轻柔接触,显爬坡状缓慢地进入关闭状态,从而减少对阀座的摩擦损伤,由于它是轻柔接触爬坡式关闭,阀门越到关闭位置越密封,因而更加安全、可靠且使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1~图6所示,中线型蝶阀包括阀体1、橡胶阀座2、蝶板3、阀门密封面4,所述阀门密封面4与所述蝶板外圆32接触面为流线型带弧面凸环状。 
所述阀门密封面4与蝶板上下轴孔31接触面为球形状。 
所述橡胶阀座2设有镶嵌在阀体上下轴孔内的凸台21,所述凸台内有密封圈槽22。 
在使用过程中,当阀门蝶板关闭时,沿着阀门橡胶阀座内孔顺时针旋转,在与橡胶阀座密封面轻柔接触爬坡式地关闭,达到完全密封,镶嵌入阀体轴孔内的橡胶凸台内的密封圈槽起密封作用,防止介质外漏。
