Abstract

一种启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、阀座、波纹管、凸轮、滚珠丝杠螺母、压簧、键,此球阀为固定球阀,凸轮与阀杆固连,滚珠丝杠螺母与阀杆间螺纹连接,压簧与键固连,压簧通过键与阀杆连接,凸轮的弧半径渐增。开启阀门时,逆时针转动,凸轮随阀杆转动顶开阀座,球体不转动,转动30°后,键带动球体一起转动,继续转动90°后,球阀完全打开。关闭阀门时,顺时针转动,键带动球体随阀杆一起转动,转动90°后,键退出球体深限位槽,继续转动,球体不会转动,转动30°后,阀座被压紧于球体,阀门完全关闭。本发明的有益效果是阀门在启闭过程中,始终处于完全无摩擦状态,使阀门的使用寿命加长,密封性能更加可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其是一种启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀。
背景技术
目前使用的的球阀,在阀门开启与关闭的过程中,阀座始终与球体相接触,操作时扭矩较大,阀座和球体磨擦严重,容易造成破坏,使阀门使用寿命较短。目前也有一种无摩擦启闭的双向密封球阀,其在刚开启及即将完全打开和刚开始关闭及即将完全关闭时并不能实现无摩擦的状态,所以,也会造成磨损的情况出现,使寿命下降。
发明内容
为了克服现有阀门在开启与关闭的过程中,阀座始终与球体相接触,操作时扭矩较大,阀座和球体磨擦严重,容易造成破坏,阀门使用寿命较短的不足,本发明提供一种启闭过程中密封面完全无摩擦球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是一种启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,包括右阀体(1)、左阀体(2)、阀盖(3)、阀杆(4)、球体(8)、右阀座(6)、左阀座(7)、右波纹管(9)、左波纹管(10)、上凸轮(11)、下凸轮(15)、滚珠丝杠螺母(12)、压簧(13)、键(14),此球阀为固定球阀,此阀杆(4)为异形杆,阀杆(4)上有限制位置的导向杆(4.1),上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)与阀杆(4)固连,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)与阀杆(4)间螺纹连接,压簧(13)与键(14)固连,压簧(13)通过键(14)嵌套在导向杆(4.1)上与阀杆(4)连接,把手(5)和阀杆(4)固连,所述上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)的弧半径渐增。
球体(8)上有深限位槽(8.1)和浅限位槽(8.3)及支杆(8.2),深限位槽(8.1)和浅限位槽(8.3)限制键(14)的位置,支杆(8.2)起到固定球体(8)的作用,阀盖(3)上有限位孔1(3.1)和限位孔2(3.2),限位孔1(3.1)和限位孔2(3.2)限制把手(5)的位置,右阀体(1)上有限位槽,限位槽限制球体(8)支杆(8.2)的位置,左阀体(2)上有限位板(2.1),限制滚珠丝杠螺母(12)转动。
右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)上有顶杆(6.1),当上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)转动时,上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)会通过顶杆(6.1)顶开右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)。
当阀杆(4)转动时,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)只能沿阀杆(4)上下运动,不能随其转动。
压簧(13)与键(14)固连,当滚珠丝杠螺母(12)沿阀杆(4)向下运动时,压簧(13)被向下压,键(14)在压簧(13)的作用下,沿导向杆(4.1)向外运动;当滚珠丝杠螺母(12)沿阀杆(4)向上运动时,压簧(13)被放松,键(14)在压簧(13)的作用下,沿导向杆(4.1)向内运动。
本发明的有益效果是:阀门在启闭过程中,始终处于完全无摩擦状态,使阀门使用寿命加长,密封可靠。

下面结合附图及实施例进一步详述本发明,但本发明不仅限于所述实施例。
如图1所示,一种启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,包括右阀体(1)、左阀体(2)、阀盖(3)、阀杆(4)、球体(8)、右阀座(6)、左阀座(7)、右波纹管(9)、左波纹管(10)、上凸轮(11)、下凸轮(15)、滚珠丝杠螺母(12)、压簧(13)、键(14),此球阀为固定球阀,其特征在于:此阀杆(4)为异形杆,阀杆(4)上有限制位置的导向杆(4.1),上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)与阀杆(4)固连,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)与阀杆(4)间螺纹连接,压簧(13)与键(14)固连,压簧(13)通过键(14)嵌套在导向杆(4.1)上与阀杆(4)连接,把手(5)和阀杆(4)固连,所述上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)的弧半径渐增。
如图4所示,阀杆(4)上有导向杆(4.1)。
如图5所示,右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)上有顶杆(6.1)。
如图6所示,球体(8)上有深限位槽(8.1)和浅限位槽(8.3)及支杆(8.2)。
如图7所示,所述压簧(13)与键(14)固连在一起。
如图2、图3所示,阀盖(3)上有限位孔1(3.1)和限位孔2(3.2)。
如图3所示,左阀体(2)上有限制滚珠丝杠螺母(12)旋转的限位板(2.1)。
本发明的具体使用如下,本实施例以球阀的开启关闭为例。
如图2所示,此时阀门处于完全关闭状态,上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)没有顶在右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)的顶杆(6.1)上,右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)被压紧于球体(8)上,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)没有压在压簧(13)上,键(14)处于球体(8)的浅限位槽(8.3)中。
开启过程:在开启阀门时,使把手(5)从阀盖(3)限位孔(3.2)里脱开,控制阀杆(4)逆时针转动,此时,上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)随着阀杆(4)一起转动,上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)通过顶顶杆(6.1)顶开右阀座(6)和左阀座(7),此时球体(8)不转动,转动过程中,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)向下运动,当转动30°后,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)压在压簧(13)上,压簧(13)上的键(14)靠在球体(8)上,继续转动,阀杆(4)会带动球体(8)一起转动,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)继续向下压压簧(13),键(14)在压簧(13)的作用下沿导向杆(4.1)伸入球体(8)的深限位槽(8.1)中,旋转90°后,球阀完全打开,把手(5)插入阀盖(3)的限位孔1(3.1)里面,把手(5)共逆时针旋转了120°,实现阀门的顺利开启。
关闭过程:在关闭阀门时,使把手(5)从阀盖(3)的限位孔1(3.1)里脱开,控制阀杆(4)顺势针旋转,此时压簧(13)上的键(14)处于球体(8)上的深限位槽(8.1)中,所以球体(8)会随阀杆(4)一起转动,转动过程中,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)向上运动,压簧(13)被放松,键(14)缓慢的从球体(8)上的深限位槽(8.1)中退出,当转动90°后,键(14)完全从球体(8)上的深限位槽(8.1)中退出,继续转动阀杆(4),球体(8)不会随阀杆(4)转动,继续顺时针旋转30°后,右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)被右波纹管(9)和左波纹管(10)压紧于球体(8),实现密封,阀门完全关闭,把手(5)插入阀盖(3)的限位孔2(3.2)里面,把手(5)共顺时针旋转了120°,实现阀门的顺利关闭。使整个装置回到图2所示的完全关闭状态。
本实施例中说明的启闭过程完全无摩擦球阀只是本专利适用阀门的一种,本发明专利所限定的范围参见权利要求书,在不违背本发明专利的情况下,本发明专利可以做任何形式的修改。

1.一种启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,包括右阀体(1)、左阀体(2)、阀盖(3)、阀杆(4)、球体(8)、右阀座(6)、左阀座(7)、右波纹管(9)、左波纹管(10)、上凸轮(11)、下凸轮(15)、滚珠丝杠螺母(12)、压簧(13)、键(14),此球阀为固定球阀,其特征在于:此阀杆(4)为异形杆,上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)与阀杆(4)固连,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)与阀杆(4)间螺纹连接,压簧(13)与键(14)固连,压簧(13)通过键(14)嵌套在导向杆(4.1)上与阀杆(4)连接,把手(5)和阀杆(4)固连,所述上凸轮(11)和下凸轮(15)的弧半径渐增。
2.根据权利要求1所述的启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,其特征在于:右阀座(6)和左阀座(7)上有顶杆(6.1),球体(8)上有深限位槽(8.1)、浅限位槽(8.3)和支杆(8.2),阀盖(3)上有限位孔1(3.1)和限位孔2(3.2),右阀体(1)上有限制球体(8)支杆(8.2)的限位槽,左阀体(2)上有限位板(2.1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,其特征在于:当阀杆(4)转动时,滚珠丝杠螺母(12)只能沿阀杆(4)上下运动,不能随其转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的启闭过程密封面完全无摩擦球阀,其特征在于:压簧(13)与键(14)固连,当滚珠丝杠螺母(12)沿阀杆(4)向下运动时,压簧(13)被向下压,键(14)在压簧(13)的作用下,沿导向杆(4.1)向外运动;当滚珠丝杠螺母(12)沿阀杆(4)向上运动时,压簧(13)被放松,键(14)在压簧(13)的作用下,沿导向杆(4.1)向内运动。
