背景技术
随着社会的发展,各行各业对铝合金的使用越来越多,其中应用最广的是一种防锈铝合金,这种合金的强度高,特别是具有抗疲劳强度,塑性和耐腐蚀性能也高。但是铝合金的耐高温强度较差,针对这个问题,本发明进行了改进。
 
发明内容
针对以上对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防锈铝合金,提高了铝合金的高温强度,增加了耐腐蚀性,改善了其机械加工性。
采用的技术方案是:一种防锈铝合金,本发明包括以下质量百分比的组分:铝40~60%,铁5~10%,硅1~5%,铜1~3%,锰1~3%,铌0.05~0.1%,
钛0.01~0.05%。
进一步,所述防锈铝合金还含有铬,铬的质量百分比为0.05~0.1%。
进一步,所述防锈铝合金还含有钒,钒的质量百分比为0.01~0.05%
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种防锈铝合金,提高了铝合金的高温强度,增加了耐腐蚀性,改善了其机械加工性。

铝                    40~60%
铁                    5~10%
硅                    1~5%
铜                    1~3%
锰                    1~3%
铌                    0.05~0.1%
钛                    0.01~0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈铝合金,其特征在于:所述防锈铝合金还含有铬,铬的质量百分比为0.05~0.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防锈铝合金,其特征在于:所述防锈铝合金还含有钒,钒的质量百分比为0.01~0.05%。
