本发明涉及特殊金属领域,特别涉及一种钴基合金。
 
背景技术
高温环境下使用的超合金已知钴基合金等是显示伴随着温度上升,强度也变强的逆温度依赖性。还有,耐热性、耐腐蚀性、耐氧化性、耐蠕变性等高温特性也优异。为此,镍基合金用于在高温环境下要求高强度的各种用途。然而,钴基合金存在被切削性、热加工性差的问题,在高温等环境的冲击下,它的使用性能不能不能令人满意。在某些工业领域中,钴基合金可以保护金属表面使其避免腐蚀氧化,但是在长期运行的条件下是,腐蚀现象也比较严重。
 
发明内容
针对以上对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种钴基合金。
采用的技术方案是:一种钴基合金,包括以下质量百分比的组分:钴30~50%,钨10~15%,铝1~3%,锌5~10%,钛0.01~0.05%,镍1~5%。
进一步,所述钴基合金还含有碳,碳的质量百分比为0.05~0.1%。
进一步,所述钴基合金还含有铁锰合金,铁锰合金的质量百分比为0.01~0.05%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种钴基合金,提高了钴基合金的热加工性,使其使用性能提高,而且防腐蚀性能踢提高。

1.一种钴基合金,其特征在与:包括以下质量百分比的组分:
钴                    30~50%
钨                    10~15%
铝                    1~3%
锌                    5~10%
钛                    0.01~0.05%
镍                    1~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钴基合金,其特征在于:所述钴基合金还含有碳,碳的质量百分比为0.05~0.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钴基合金,其特征在于:所述钴基合金还含有铁锰合金,铁锰合金的质量百分比为0.01~0.05%。
