本发明属于茶叶加工技术领域,涉及一种浒苔茶,以浒苔为主要原料,配以辣木、沙参、荷叶、槐米和红茶等陆地植物辅料经加工制成可供饮用的成品茶;浒苔茶的成份包括主料浒苔和辅料陆地植物,各成份的重量百分比为:浒苔40~65%;辣木10~20%;沙参10~20%;荷叶3~10%;槐米2~10%;红茶0~10%;苹果花0~10%;柠檬果0~10%;其配方科学合理,无毒副作用,制备工艺成熟,原料天然绿色,环保性强,口感芬芳,适应人群范围广,饮用保健功能好,可替代现有的多种保健茶。

本发明属于茶叶加工技术领域,涉及一种浒苔茶,以浒苔为主要原料,配以辣木、沙参、荷叶、槐米和红茶等辅料经加工制成可供饮用的成品茶。
背景技术:
茶作为一种著名的保健饮品,在中国已有近四千多年的历史,其与可可、咖啡并称当今世界的三大无酒精饮料,而且茶为世界三大饮料之首;茶本身具有清热、解毒、补益脾胃等多种功效,根据现代科学的分离和鉴定,茶叶中含有机化学成分达四百五十多种,无机矿物元素达四十多种,基本成分茶多酚俗称茶单宁具有抗氧化、抗突然异变、抗肿瘤、降低血液中胆固醇和低低密度酯蛋白含量、抑制血压上升、抑制血小板凝集、抗菌、抗产物过敏、等功效;中医认为茶不但有对多科疾病的治疗效能,而且有良好的延年益寿、抗老强身的作用。世界范围内,各色各样的茶花样百出,有用植物花、叶、种子、根泡制的草本茶,如菊花茶等;有用各种药材泡制的凉茶等;有用水果及香草等其它植物叶泡出的茶,如水果茶;有用海裙带、海藻等海洋植物泡制的海洋植物茶。海洋植物是海洋中利用叶绿素进行光合作用以生产有机物的自养型生物,其门类甚多,从低等的无真细胞核藻类(即原核细胞的蓝藻门和原绿藻门),到具有真细胞核(即真核细胞)的红藻门、褐藻门和绿藻门,以及高等的种子植物等13个门,共1万多种;由于海洋植物具有许多陆地植物无法比拟的优点,特别是海洋植物作为天然的绿色原料,其化肥残留量和农药残留量几乎等于零,很多专业人士提出将海洋植物加工成可饮用茶,以充分利用海洋植物的天然绿色特点,实现其保健和休闲的双重功能。浒苔属于绿藻类,近年来广为人们所熟悉,大多数人们印象中的浒苔是由于海水富营养化而带来的一种有害生态现象,却不知浒苔具有良好的营养价值和药用价值,《本草纲目》对浒苔描述说:烧末吹鼻止衄血,汤浸捣敷手背肿痛;日本大阪的科学家1999年发表论文认为:给小白鼠使用浒苔提取物可以显著抑制皮肤癌恶化;浒苔的纤维质有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者大有好处;可见浒苔具有良好的使用价值,因此寻求设计一种浒苔茶,既解决了浒苔入侵海洋的危害,也研发出了一种具有保健、休闲、饮 用等多种功能的茶类饮品,具有良好的经济前景和实用价值。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计提供一种浒苔茶,选用浒苔为主要原料,配以辣木、沙参、槐米等其他辅料,并经科学加工制成具有降血压、抗病毒、润肺止咳等多重功效的茶类饮品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的浒苔茶成份包括浒苔和各种陆地植物,各成份的重量百分比为:
浒苔: 40~65%
辣木: 10~20%
沙参: 10~20%
荷叶: 3~10%
槐米: 2~10%
红茶: 0~10%
苹果花: 0~10%
柠檬果: 0~10%。
本发明所述的浒苔包括缘管浒苔、扁浒苔和条浒苔中的一种或两种以上;所述的陆地植物包括辣木、沙参、荷叶、槐米、红茶、苹果花和柠檬果,均为鲜品自然晾干,形成含水分重量百分比小于25%的辅料原料。
本发明与现有技术和产品相比,采用浒苔作为主要原料,配以陆地植物辅料,制备成具有清热、利尿、润肺、抗癌功效的茶饮品;其配方科学合理,无毒副作用,制备工艺成熟,原料天然绿色,环保性强,口感芬芳,适应人群范围广,饮用保健功能好,可替代现有的多种保健茶。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的浒苔茶的各成份包括:浒苔50克;辣木15克;沙参15克;荷叶10克;槐米10克。
本实施例涉及的浒苔茶制备的方法具体包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)对新鲜浒苔和各种陆地植物分别进行检验、挑选,筛选出符合质量要 求的浒苔和陆地植物,再将挑选出的各种陆地植物分别进行分拣、清洗后晾干,粉碎成10~30mm的小段,并放置在恒温30~60℃条件下烘干至含水分重量百分比为15~25%作为陆地植物原料备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中选出的浒苔在淡水中冲洗干净后,放在细纱网上进行抓洗并再过2-4次淡水,然后放置在质量百分比为0.8-1.2%的醋酸里浸泡2-4小时以去掉腥味,再将去腥后的浒苔切成10~30mm的小段,放置在恒温30~60℃条件下烘干至含水分重量百分比为15~25%作为浒苔原料;
(3)按配方中的重量比例分别称取步骤(1)中制得的各种陆地植物原料和步骤(2)中制得的浒苔原料进行充分搅拌,混合均匀后放置在恒温60~200度条件下0.5-3小时进行烘干提香,制成含水分重量百分比小于10%的茶叶;
(4)利用切碎机械或手工将步骤(3)中制得的茶叶切剪成粒径为0.1~10mm的颗粒状,然后按每小袋2~10克进行抽真空密封包装,并装盒存放。
本实施例制备的浒苔茶经温热水浸泡后对汁液检测和分析,其pH值大于7,具有碱性饮料的特点,其中浒苔富有的纤维质具有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者大有好处;辣木含有的铁、钙、钾等元素对营养不良者和贫血患者具有保健治疗功效;含有的沙参具有清热养阴、润肺止咳等功效,适宜各年龄段人群长期饮用。
实施例2:
本实施例涉及的浒苔茶的各成份包括:浒苔65克;红茶5克;荷叶6克;槐米4克;辣木10克;沙参8克;柠檬果2克。
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1,其制成的浒苔茶的各项指标均达到发明目的要求,饮用效果明显。

1.一种浒苔茶,其特征在于成份包括浒苔和陆地植物,各成份的重量百分比为:
浒苔: 40~65%
辣木: 10~20%
沙参: 10~20%
荷叶: 3~10%
槐米: 2~10%
红茶: 0~10%
苹果花: 0~10%
柠檬果: 0~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浒苔茶,其特征在于所述的浒苔包括缘管浒苔、扁浒苔和条浒苔中的一种或两种以上;所述的陆地植物包括辣木、沙参、荷叶、槐米、红茶、苹果花和柠檬果,均为鲜品自然晾干,形成含水分重量百分比小于25%的辅料原料。
