Abstract
本发明涉及用于输送车的一种输送滚轮,该滚轮与一个支架连接并且所述支架刚性地或可转向地安装到输送车的车架上。支架(4)和/或紧固元件(5)的多个部分配备了一种电绝缘的涂层和/或护罩。

本申请是2006年11月29日提交的名称为:“用于输送车的输送滚轮”的中国专利申请200680044669.4(PCT/DE2006/002115)的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于输送车的一种输送滚轮。
背景技术
在已知的输送滚轮中,由于滚轮在车道上滚动的结果,取决于车道和滚轮的材料,可能产生滚轮的静电充电。
这不利地导致了滚轮的静电荷被传送到输送车上。
滚轮在车道上行驶的距离越长,输送车的电荷就越高。
这样的一个缺点是接触输送车的导电部分的人反过来会受到一个令人不适的电击。
从DE3626954C1所披露的先有技术中已知在用于脚轮的材料中加入一种导电的成分。该解决方案的一个缺点是滚轮必须使用特殊材料连同生产成本的增加,并且现有的输送滚轮只能通过整个脚轮的复杂替换来进行改装,这也是不利的。
DE3913720C2披露了一种装置,该装置安装在输送车的导电部分上并且通过一个滑动接触与脚轮进行电地连接。该解决方案的一个缺点是触点和脚轮之间易于进入污物。该解决方案也不适用于输送滚轮的改装,因为需要极大的努力在输送车上为滑动触点提供支撑。
发明内容
技术目的
本发明的目的是提供一个输送滚轮,其中静电充电被防止或被消弱到不发生令人不适的电击的程度,该装置对污物不敏感并且就生产以及现有的输送滚轮的改装而言易于进行,需要很小的努力。
技术解决方案
在已知的输送滚轮中,通过脚轮整个是导电的或脚轮表面进行滑动接触的一种导电的材料来防止脚轮充电。
在包括安装在轴上的一个塑料脚轮,而该轴进而通过一个叉连接到输送车上的一种输送滚轮中,已经发现作为对于该目的的一个成功的方案的一部分,安排在滚轮和叉之间的区域中的一个绝缘体大部分地或全部地防止了输送车的充电。
有益效果
所描述的措施有利地防止了静电荷从车轮传送到购物推车上。
这有利地导致了接触输送车的导电部分的人现在不会反过来受到令人不适的电击。

具体实施方式
叉4是通过一个转向轴5可转向地装在购物推车的车架6上。
同样有可能将该滚轮作为一个非转向的滚轮,其中该叉是刚性地与购物推车的车架连接。
为了清楚的缘故,该购物推车没有全部示出。所示出的部分6代表了该购物推车。
叉4的内部覆盖有一个绝缘体7。
该绝缘体7也衬在突出到叉4中的转向轴5的部分。
在多数情况下,当只有延伸到叉4中的转向轴5的那些部分被绝缘体覆盖时,那也就足够了。
在其他情况下,当与轴3平行延伸并且面对滚轮1的叉4的区域8中配备了一个绝缘涂层或覆盖物时,那也就足够了。
该绝缘体防止静电荷从滚轮传送到其他部分。
作为所示实例的一种替代方案,也有可能用一种绝缘体来覆盖、包覆或涂布整个叉4。
一种有利的覆盖方式是使叉4配有一个橡胶遮盖物。例如,可以在一个浸渍浴中施用此类橡胶遮盖物,并且就结果剩余的较大材料厚度而言是一个有利的方法。
施用该绝缘体7或上述涂布、包覆或覆盖有利地防止了在滚轮1上产生的静电荷被传递到购物推车上。
工业实用性
本发明在输送车应用领域的任何类型的滚轮中都可工业应用。
Claims (5)
1.用于输送车的一种输送滚轮,该滚轮通过一个轴与一个保持叉连接,并且该保持叉通过多个附着元件固定地或可转向地安装到该输送车的车架上,其中该保持叉(4)和/或这些附着元件(5)的多个部分配备了一个电绝缘的涂层和/或覆盖物,其特征在于:
至少在该保持叉(4)与该轴(3)平行延伸并且面对该滚轮(1)的区域(8)配备了一个电绝缘的涂层和/或覆盖物(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送滚轮,其特征在于至少在该保持叉(4)面对该滚轮(1)的那些区域中配备了一个电绝缘的涂层和/或覆盖物(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的输送滚轮,其特征在于该保持叉(4)所有的部分配备了一个电绝缘的涂层和/或覆盖物(7)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的输送滚轮,其特征在于该绝缘涂层是一个可以后安装的附加的部分。
5.根据权利要求1到4之一所述的输送滚轮,其特征在于该绝缘覆盖物可以通过涂布、包覆或使用一种浸渍浴而施加到该保持叉(4)上。
