本工业发明以对同一发明人的专利号为1,337,040(于2006年12月15日授权)的和随后的专利号为1,341,522(于2007年10月16日授权)的专利的发现进行进一步地改进为目的,这使工业型切碎机器的“切割组”获得改进的性能,从而对在先专利中要求保护的刀具的构造进行修改和完善,该刀具的构造仍然保持了特有的具有伸缩性的狭缝和与特定刀具保持件有不固定(floating)关系的装配。
背景技术
具体地参照在上述专利中使用的方案,我们能够确定保持所谓的“组合件(pack)”,所述组合件包括固定于定子的常规的多样化穿孔圆盘以及安装在旋转刀具保持件连同机器的转子上的刀具。此外,具有放射状环形构造的刀片(blade)保持件在概念上得到保留,刀具插在刀片保持件的辐条上,而该刀具本身的特征在于新型构造和插入(implant)布置。实际上,观察到在操作期间,由切碎的废料堵塞以此弹性为特征的狭缝以使其失效这个事实能够危及刀具的弹性。另外,用于已切碎的材料的通路空间导致不足以达到最优输送速度;最后,刀具的数量导致不适于所需的切削并且还涉及切割组的特定刚性,使得刀具失去对穿孔圆盘的附着。
发明内容
本发现首先具有消除上述缺陷的目的,其特征在于,具有切割组,该切割组包括具有通过一系列常规类型的辐条或者一系列具有新型布置的辐条加固的环形结构的刀片保持件;在此辐条上,以在从环形结构的厚度在前面和在后面突出的以用于执行双动的方式插入刀具。这种刀具的特征在于具有中心槽的矩形棱柱构造,以便容纳(receive)能够获得并维持所需弹性的硅橡胶插入件。

具体实施方式

Claims (2)

1.一种切碎单元的切割组,其包括具有带有不同形状的辐条的环形表面的刀具保持件(16),所述刀具保持件(16)连接至机器的传动轴(3),以及插入在相同辐条上的多个突出的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀具保持件(16)具有长刀具(12)和短刀具(12’),其中,所述长刀具(12)具有矩形棱柱形状,所述矩形棱柱形状具有带有切割功能的突出锋利刀刃(13),其具有用于硅橡胶插入件(14)的受保护的中心纵向狭缝(18),并且所述短刀具(12’)具有在不受保护的前狭缝(17)中的间隔件(17’),其中,在所述刀具保持件(16)中,所述长刀具(12)和所述短刀具(12’)交替设置,并且所述长刀具(12)在所述辐条内受到完全的保护,而所述短刀具(12’)具有暴露并限制于构造(19)内的一面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切碎单元的切割组,其特征在于,还具有双环形表面的刀具保持件,所述具有双环形表面的刀具保持件具有第一环形表面(20)和第二环形表面(21),所述第二环形表面(21)具有较短以便于基于所述切割组的穿孔圆盘(5)的附着改进地适配刀具保持件的刀具。
