本发明涉及一种汽车,尤其是涉及一种在车室外配设有电池组的汽车。
背景技术
目前,已知具有具备多个电池模块的电池组的汽车(所谓的电动汽车及混合动力汽车)。而且,在汽车中,以混合动力汽车为例,已知该混合动力汽车一般是将电池组配设于后座的背侧、行李箱下等。
这种情况下,混合动力汽车存在因电池组的存在会使后座的后方的后备箱空间缩小的问题。另外,混合动力汽车存在因电池组的重量使得难以进行车辆前后方向上的平衡设定的问题。
于是,近年来,在混合动力汽车中,考虑将电池组配设在车辆前后方向上的中央,即、车辆的底板面板的下面侧。例如,在专利文献1中,公开有一种将电池设置于车辆的底板面板的下面侧的车身底板结构。
另外,作为该电池的冷却,也已提出通过由驱动用电源或辅机用电源供给电力来使风扇旋转,从而冷却电池的技术(专利文献2)。

在此,在将电池设置于车辆的底板面板的下面侧的车辆中,且在需要传动轴的FR驱动方式的车辆及4WD驱动方式的车辆的情况下,需要在车宽方向夹着传动轴配设多个电池。
在这样配设的情况下,且在车辆的驱动中,电池有可能直接受到来自车辆前部的发动机或散热器的热。另外,为了应对这种热损害,当将夹着传动轴配设的多个电池各自设定为绝热结构时,往往会大幅增加重量和成本。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述课题而设立的,目的在于提供一种能够防止对电池的热损害的汽车。
为了解决这种课题,本发明提供一种汽车,该汽车利用由从电池供给的电力驱动的驱动电动机的动力进行驱动,包括:传动轴,其在车辆上下方向上配置于底板面板的下方侧,并且,在车辆前后方向延设配置,并且可向后轮传递上述驱动电动机的动力;电池单元,其覆盖上述传动轴而配置在上述底板面板的下方侧,且具有上述电池,其中上述电池单元具有沿车辆前后方向形成的凹部,并且在由上述底板面板和上述电池单元的上述凹部限定的导风通道中容纳上述传动轴而构成。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,具备从设于本发明的汽车的前部的内燃机或散热器向上述导风通道侧延设配置的导风板。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,在本发明的汽车的上述传动轴处配设有第一风扇。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,在本发明的汽车的上述导风通道的入口或出口处配设有第二风扇。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,本发明的汽车的上述导风通道用绝热部件构成。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,本发明的汽车的上述凹部的与上述传动轴对向的对向面可以用绝热部件构成。
优选在上述解决手段的基础上,本发明的汽车的底板面板的位于上述传动轴的上部的部分可以用绝热部件覆盖。

具体实施方式
下面,对本发明实施方式的混合动力汽车,利用图1~图5进行说明。图1示意性地表示作为本发明一实施方式的混合动力汽车10,并且为该车身结构的平面图。
另外,图2示意性地表示作为本发明一实施方式的混合动力汽车10,并且为该车身结构的侧面图,图3是表示图1中的线I-I′的剖面图。
如图1~图3所例示,本实施方式的混合动力汽车10通过在该混合动力汽车10的前进方向上的前方侧具备发动机(内燃机)11而构成。在发动机11的前部,安装有散热器17和散热器风扇17a。散热器风扇17a是用于冷却散热器17的风扇,但在本实施方式中,散热器风扇17a被设定为不论散热器17的温度都使散热器风扇17a旋转的构成,也可以兼用作冷却发动机11或将发动机11的热向后部吹送的风扇。在该发动机11连接有未图示的离合器。而且,变速器12连接于离合器。
即,混合动力汽车10经由离合器将来自发动机11的驱动力传递至变速器12。该变速器12用无级变速机等构成。而且,在变速器12连接有未图示的前差动齿轮。另外,在本实施方式中,将图1~图3所例示的结构设定为变速器,但也可以是电动机等其它设备。
在该前差动齿轮连接有未图示的左右的前轮驱动轴。即,混合动力汽车10经由前差动齿轮向左右的前轮驱动轴传递发动机11的驱动力。
而且,在变速器12连接有传动轴13。该变速器12通过具备未图示的齿轮而构成。而且,变速器12的齿轮与前差动齿轮的齿圈啮合,因此,驱动力的一部分被传递至传动轴13。
该传动轴13在车辆上下方向上沿车辆前后方向延伸设置在底板面板14的下面侧。而且,在传动轴的车辆前后方向上的后方侧连接有未图示的后差动齿轮。在该后差动齿轮连接有未图示的左右的后轮驱动轴。即,驱动力的一部分从传动轴13经由后差动齿轮传递至左右的后轮驱动轴。
另外,在车辆上下方向上在底板面板14的下面侧,与传动轴13一起配设有用于将由发动机11产生的废气排出的排气管9。这样,如上所述,在车辆上下方向上在底板面板14的下面侧至少配设有传动轴13及排气管9。
在本实施方式中,除传动轴13及排气管9以外,混合动力汽车10通过在车辆上下方向上在底板面板14的下面侧还具备电池组15(电池单元)而构成。
该电池组15汇集电池模块16和未图示的BCU(电池控制单元)、配线电缆、接线盒及操作性插件,并且作为组件起作用。
即,电池组15以一体型构成。在此,如上所述,混合动力汽车10通过在底板面板14的下面沿车辆前后方向配备传动轴13而构成。
因此,现有混合动力汽车在FR驱动方式及4WD驱动方式的车辆的底板面板14的下面搭载电池组15的情况下通过在车宽方向夹着传动轴而分开构成。
与此相反,本实施方式的混合动力汽车10如上所述在FR驱动方式及4WD驱动方式那样的需要传动轴13的车辆上搭载有一体型的电池组15。
具体地说,该电池组15在车辆前后方向分为前方侧、中央及后方侧,且由壳体20构成,壳体20由前方侧区域21、中央区域22及后方侧区域23构成。进一步地,对于电池组的中央区域22,伴随该中央区域22,在右方侧及左方侧由右方侧区域24及左方侧区域25在车宽方向夹着中央区域22构成。
即,电池组15的壳体20分为由前方侧区域21、中央区域22、后方侧区域23、右方侧区域24及左方侧区域25构成的五个区域而构成。而且,电池组15在这些前方侧区域21、中央区域22、后方侧区域23、右方侧区域24及左方侧区域25的任何一个上可配设电池模块16、BCU(电池控制单元)、配线电缆、接线盒及操作性插件,且如上所述作为组件起作用。
在此,对于构成本实施方式的电池组15的电池模块16、BCU(电池控制单元)、配线电缆、接线盒及操作性插件,由于是已知的技术,因此省略详细的说明,且用简易的说明进行限定。
电池模块16配设于电池组15的各个右方侧区域24及左方侧区域25。该电池模块16起到向驱动电动机供给作为该驱动电动机的驱动源的电力的作用。
另外,在本实施方式中,如上所述,电池组15具备在车宽方向夹着传动轴13的左右各两个电池模块16而构成,但例如,也可以具备左右各一个大型的电池模块16。另外,也可以具备左右各三个小型的电池模块16。
BCU例如配设于电池组15的中央区域22。该BCU起到控制电池模块16的作用。即,为了把握电池模块16的状态,BCU测定该电池模块16的电压、电流及温度等。另外,BCU监视从电池模块16向驱动电动机的电力的输入。
配线电缆和BCU同样地配设于电池组15的中央区域22。该配线电缆起到连接各电池模块16的作用。而且,在配线电缆配设有接线盒。该接线盒起到将各配线电缆彼此进行结合、分支、中继的作用。
操作性插件配设于电池组15的前方侧区域21。该操作性插件起到切断从电池模块16产生的高电压的作用。因此,在装拆电池组15时,通过操作性插件切断高电压而安全地进行操作。
这样,本实施方式的电池组15在前方侧区域21、中央区域22、后方侧区域23、右方侧区域24及左方侧区域25各区域配设电池模块16、BCU(电池控制单元)、配线电缆、接线盒及操作性插件,且以一体型构成。
而且,以一体型构成的电池组15的壳体20覆盖传动轴13而配置在底板面板14的下方侧面。这样在对车身安装了壳体20的状态下,沿车辆前后方向形成凹部26。该凹部26以容纳传动轴13的方式构成。在此,电池组15利用凹部26避开传动轴13而配设于底板面板14的下面侧。
本实施方式的电池组15车辆上下方向上配设于最下方侧。即,电池组15不会设置在例如像后座的背面侧等那样的成为凹凸所形成的部位,因此,可以在车辆上下方向上将下面形成任意的形状。因此,对于电池组15,可以平滑地形成该电池组15的底面。
对于由底板面板14和电池组15形成的凹部26,形成有引导来自发动机11及散热器17的空气的导风板18。在凹部26以包含传动轴13及排气管9的方式限定出导风通道19。导风通道19由绝热部件构成。导风通道19以将空气引导至车身后部的方式形成。由此,能够利用导风板18及导风通道19,将携带来自发动机11及散热器17的热的空气引导至车身后部。因此,使受热影响的电池模块16等的构成可以防止来自发动机11及散热器17的热。
另外,如图4所示,也可以在传动轴13处安装有导风风扇27(第一风扇),通过吸引来引导携带发动机11的热的空气。此时,安装位置优选安装在车身前后方向的前侧、后侧等适宜的、增大效果的位置。进而,也可以安装多个,提高效果。
另外,如图5所示,也可以在导风通道19的入口附近安装有导风风扇28(第二风扇),通过吸引来引导携带发动机11的热的空气。另外,也可以在导风通道19的出口附近安装导风风扇28,提高效果。另外,也可以根据空间及想得到的效果,在入口附近和出口附近双方或者任何一方等适宜地安装。
另外,也可以用绝热部件构成凹部26的与传动轴13对向的对向面。进而,也可以用绝热部件覆盖位于传动轴13的上部的底板面板14。根据这样的构成,能够减少用于制造导风通道19的部件,在重量、成本方面具有优点。

这样,根据本实施方式的混合动力汽车10,在车辆的底板面板14的下面上搭载一体型的电池组15,并且将底板面板14和由电池组15形成的凹部26作为携带来自发动机11的热的空气的导风通道19,由此,能够将携带热的空气向车辆后部引导,能够防止会受热影响的电池模块16受到热损害。
另外,根据本实施方式的混合动力汽车10,从发动机11或散热器17到导风通道19,均由导风板18连接,所以可将携带来自发动机11或散热器17的热的空气向车辆后部排出。进而,通过在传动轴13安装导风风扇27,或在导风通道19的入口和/或出口附近安装导风风扇28,可以不使携带热的空气与电池模块16接触,而更加有效地向车辆后部排出。
在本实施方式中,混合动力汽车10在电池组15的后方侧区域23中,连接有用于向该电池组15内供给冷却风的冷却装置30。
该冷却装置30具备导出冷却风的冷却风扇31和向电池组15送入冷却风扇31的冷却风的冷却通路32而构成。构成该冷却装置30的冷却风扇31及冷却通路32,由于是已知的技术,省略其说明。
在此,如上所述,本实施方式的电池组15以一体型构成。即,本实施方式的混合动力汽车10,由于不会使从冷却风扇31送风到电池组15内的冷却风分散而进行送风,因此能够向电池组15内均匀地送风。
由此,本实施方式的混合动力汽车10能够抑制电池组15内的电池模块16的温度的偏差。
如上所述,本实施方式的混合动力汽车,是利用内燃机的动力和由电池例如二次电池供给的电力驱动的驱动电动机的动力进行驱动的混合动力汽车,具有:传动轴,其在车辆上下方向上配置于底板面板的下方侧面,并且在车辆前后方向延设配置,并且可向后轮传递上述内燃机的动力及上述驱动电动机的动力;电池单元,其覆盖上述传动轴而配置在上述底板面板的下方侧面,且具有上述电池,其中上述电池单元具有沿车辆前后方向形成的凹部,在由上述底板面板和上述电池单元的上述凹部限定的导风通道中容纳有上述传动轴而构成。因此,能够防止对电池组的热损害。
另外,在本实施方式中,用传动轴13将配置于车辆前部的发动机(内燃机)的动力向后轮传递,但也可以将利用自电池(二次电池)供给的电力进行驱动的驱动电动机配置于车辆前部,用传动轴13将驱动电动机的动力向后轮传递。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车,其利用由电池供给的电力驱动的驱动电动机的动力进行驱动,包括:
传动轴,其在车辆上下方向上配置于底板面板的下方侧,并且沿车辆前后方向延设配置,并且能够向后轮传递所述驱动电动机的动力;以及
电池单元,其覆盖所述传动轴而配置在所述底板面板的下方侧,且具有所述电池,其中
所述电池单元具有沿车辆前后方向形成的凹部,并且在由所述底板面板和所述电池单元的所述凹部限定的导风通道中容纳有所述传动轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车,其中,具备从设于车辆前部的内燃机或散热器向所述导风通道侧延设而配置的导风板。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车,其中,在所述传动轴处设有第一风扇。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车,其中,在所述导风通道的入口或出口设有第二风扇。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车,其中,所述导风通道用绝热部件构成。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车,其中,所述凹部的与所述传动轴对向的对向面用绝热部件构成。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车,其中,所述底板面板的位于所述传动轴的上部的部分用绝热部件覆盖。
