本发明公开了一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，其特征在于：包括有固定在头部链轮后端机壳上且位于循环输送链之间的支架，所述支架上端沿循环输送链方向设有朝向链轮的脱链板，所述脱链板的上端面紧挨着链条的下表面，所述支架中部设有两弹簧支座，所述弹簧支座之间通过弹簧销和扭转弹簧安装有刮料舌，所述刮料舌的前端伸入头部链轮轮槽中，后端可绕弹簧销转动一定角度，所述刮料舌的前端与其下方的支架之间设有用于调节链轮轮槽与刮料舌之间间隙的调整链，所述支架下端安装有垂直于循环输送链方向的清料板，所述清料板的下端面紧挨着链条上表面。本发明结构设计合理，使其在输送粘性物料时不卡链，避免上述故障发生。

一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置
技术领域
本发明涉及运输机械设备领域，尤其涉及一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置。
背景技术
FU链式输送机在化工建材煤炭粮食等行业中广泛用于水平输送粉状、小颗粒状物料，在实际应用中对于某些特殊性物料，如炭黑、氧化钛、脱硫石膏等具有一定粘性，易结块物料，普通FU链式输送机在输送此类物料时，会出现输送链条滚子上粘结一些物料，当链条和链轮啮合时，这些物料会被压紧。随着FU链式输送机工作时间的延长，这些物料越积越多，最终发生卡链，从而造成断链和其它部件损坏等严重故障，使其无法正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，使其在输送粘性物料时不卡链，避免上述故障发生。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，其特征在于：包括有固定在头部链轮后端机壳上且位于循环输送链之间的支架，所述支架上端沿循环输送链方向设有朝向链轮的脱链板，所述脱链板的上端面紧挨着链条的下表面，所述支架中部设有两弹簧支座，所述弹簧支座之间通过弹簧销和扭转弹簧安装有刮料舌，所述刮料舌的前端伸入头部链轮轮槽中，后端可绕弹簧销转动一定角度，所述刮料舌的前端与其下方的支架之间设有用于调节链轮轮槽与刮料舌之间间隙的调整链，所述支架下端安装有垂直于循环输送链方向的清料板，所述清料板的下端面紧挨着链条上表面。
所述的支架由两根角钢、一块10mm厚的钢板以及两件弹簧支座构成，所述弹簧支座对应焊接在钢板的前端面上，所述角钢焊接在钢板后端面，用于钢板与机壳之间的安装固定。
所述的清料板用10mm厚橡胶板制成。
所述的调整链的端部分别通过螺栓分别固定在刮料舌和支架上。
所述的两弹簧支座上分别设有相互安装孔，所述刮料舌的后端部设有两个定位孔，所述定位孔与安装孔对应后有弹簧销穿过连接固定，所述两定位孔之间的弹簧销上套装有扭转弹簧。
其原理是：在输送机头部机壳下方位置，紧挨着链条上表面安装清料板，其作用是有效清除粘附在头部链轮表面上的粘性物料，清料板用10mm厚橡胶板制成。在输送机头部机壳中间位置安装一件伸入头部链轮轮槽的刮料舌，其作用是清除少量粘附在头部链轮轮槽上的粘性物料。在输送机头部机壳上方位置，紧挨着链条下表面安装脱链板，其作用是将链条从头部链轮上顺利脱开。所述的支架由两根角钢，一块10mm厚钢板和两件弹簧支座构成，结构设计简单合理，同时支架焊在头部机壳侧板的适当位置，所述调整链通过螺栓分别固定在刮料舌和支架的钢板上，其用来调节头部链轮轮槽与刮料舌之间的间隙。清料板用螺栓固定在支架的钢板上，用于清理刮板链条上粘结的物料。脱链板焊接在支架上，用于将刮板链条和头部链轮脱开。
本发明的优点是：
1.彻底解决FU链式输送机卡链故障。
2.适用性强，可广泛用于其它输送设备。
3.易损件更换方便、结构简单、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参见附图，一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，包括有固定在头部链轮2后端机壳1上且位于循环输送链之间的支架9，支架9上端沿循环输送链方向设有朝向链轮的脱链板4，脱链板4的上端面紧挨着链条3的下表面，支架9中部设有两弹簧支座14，弹簧支座14之间通过弹簧销6和扭转弹簧7安装有刮料舌5，刮料舌5的前端伸入头部链轮2轮槽中，后端可绕弹簧销6转动一定角度，刮料舌5的前端与其下方的支架9之间设有用于调节链轮轮槽与刮料舌5之间间隙的调整链8，支架9下端安装有垂直于循环输送链方向的清料板10，清料板10的下端面紧挨着链条3上表面，用于清除链条上表面的粘沾到的物料11。
支架9由两根角钢12、一块10mm厚的钢板13以及两件弹簧支座14构成，弹簧支座14对应焊接在钢板13的前端面上，角钢12焊接在钢板13后端面，用于钢板13与机壳1之间的安装固定。清料板10用10mm厚橡胶板制成。调整链8的端部分别通过螺栓分别固定在刮料舌5和支架9上。两弹簧支座上分别设有相互安装孔，刮料舌5的后端部设有两个定位孔，定位孔与安装孔对应后有弹簧销6穿过连接固定，两定位孔之间的弹簧销6上套装有扭转弹簧7。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述，显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制。只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行各种非实质性改进，或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，其特征在于：包括有固定在头部链轮后端机壳上且位于循环输送链之间的支架，所述支架上端沿循环输送链方向设有朝向链轮的脱链板，所述脱链板的上端面紧挨着链条的下表面，所述支架中部设有两弹簧支座，所述弹簧支座之间通过弹簧销和扭转弹簧安装有刮料舌，所述刮料舌的前端伸入头部链轮轮槽中，后端可绕弹簧销转动一定角度，所述刮料舌的前端与其下方的支架之间设有用于调节链轮轮槽与刮料舌之间间隙的调整链，所述支架下端安装有垂直于循环输送链方向的清料板，所述清料板的下端面紧挨着链条上表面；所述的调整链的端部分别通过螺栓分别固定在刮料舌和支架上；所述的两弹簧支座上分别设有相互安装孔，所述刮料舌的后端部设有两个定位孔，所述定位孔与安装孔对应后有弹簧销穿过连接固定，所述两定位孔之间的弹簧销上套装有扭转弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，其特征在于：所述的支架由两根角钢、一块10mm厚的钢板以及两件弹簧支座构成，所述弹簧支座对应焊接在钢板的前端面上，所述角钢焊接在钢板后端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的FU链式输送机头部防止卡链的保护装置，其特征在于：所述的清料板用10mm厚橡胶板制成。
