Abstract

背景技术
船装备有推力器组件,用于实施推进以及位置控制。此种推力器组件广泛用在频繁移动其位置的船中,像钻探船(drilling ship)。 
明确地说,钻探船经配置以具有自我位置控制功能并且依靠其自身的动力航行,其中所述自我位置控制能力可使船稳定地维持在海上的预定井位处。推力器组件是一类推进系统,用作用于实施主推进以及自我位置控制的基本设备。例如,三个推力器组件安装在钻探船的船首侧,并且三个推力器组件安装在其船尾侧。相应的推力器组件具有可360度旋转的螺旋桨。因此,推力器组件可提供推进以及位置控制,以使船被推进、被反向推进或旋转。 
推力器组件可包含具有螺旋桨的水下单元,以及安装在水下单元上的推力器筒(thruster canister)。用于驱动螺旋桨的驱动电动机、水力系统、润滑装置等安装在推力器筒中。 
推力器筒经安装以可在船体的垂直筒管内垂直移动。在对推力器组件进行修理或维护或在船经过浅水区(例如,沟渠)时,推力器筒在船体的垂直筒管内被提升。 
同时,在北极区中使用的北极钻探船(arctic drillship)经配置以使得各种装卸操作都在船体内进行以免在极地环境下进行户外作业。为此,需要一种上面可停放副食集装箱等的停放底板,所述停放底板处在其中安装有推力器组件的垂直筒管上方,即,在船体的主甲板下方。明确地说,需要对所述停放底板进行配置,以便可避免干扰到在垂直筒管内垂直移动的推力器筒,并且可方便在船体内进行的装卸操作。

为了达成上述目的,根据本发明的实施例,一种用于船的底板设备,安装在船体的垂直筒管内,其特征在于包含:底板框架,所述底板框架经安装以可在垂直筒管内垂直移动,其中所述底板框架与推力器筒联动,使得所述底板框架在至少一预定区段内随推力器筒一起垂直移动,其中所述推力器筒经安装以可在垂直筒管内垂直移动。 
所述船可以是北极钻探船,所述底板框架可安装在垂直筒管的上部空间中,所述上部空间邻近于船体的主甲板的底部,并且集装箱的停放可在底板框架上进行,借此集装箱中装有的货物的装卸是在船体内进行。 
所述底板设备可更包含至少一对引导框架,所述引导框架安装在垂直筒管的侧壁上以对所述底板框架进行引导。 
所述底板设备可更包含至少一对支撑框架,所述支撑框架设置在引导框架之下以支撑底板框架并限制底板框架的向下移动,并且所述支撑框架可安装在垂直筒管的侧壁上。 
所述底板框架的面积可小于推力器筒的顶部面积,借此不会妨碍到工作人员接近推力器筒。 
所述底板设备可更包含一个或多个引导柱,所述引导柱安装在推力器筒上并且可与底板框架的底部接触。 
所述底板设备可更包含安装在底板框架中的可打开的舱口。 
发明的效果
根据上述,本发明由于安置在推力器筒上方的底板设备经配置以随推力器筒在船体的垂直筒管内的垂直移动而垂直移动,所以易于将集装箱停放在垂直筒管内。因此,可方便了在例如北极区等严酷环境中在船体内进行装卸操作。

具体实施方式
下文将参考附图详细地描述本发明的示范性实施例。 
图1到图4绘示了根据本发明的实施例的用于船的底板设备。如图1中所 绘示,多个推力器组件30安装在船例如钻探船的船首和船尾。推力器组件30包含具有螺旋桨31的水下单元32,以及安装在水下单元32上的推力器筒33(thruster canister)。用于驱动螺旋桨31的驱动电动机、水力系统、润滑装置等安装在推力器筒33中。 
在船内部的船首和船尾侧,垂直地形成不透水的垂直筒管35,并且在垂直筒管35的底部形成开口。推力器组件30的水下单元32通过垂直筒管35的开口而向船的下部部分暴露,并且推力器筒33经安装以可在垂直筒管35内垂直移动。在对推力器组件30进行修理或维护或在船经过浅水区例如沟渠时,推力器筒33以及水下单元32在垂直筒管35内向上移动并被提升。推力器筒33的垂直移动可通过驱动机构例如齿条与小齿轮实施,所述驱动机构安装在推力器筒33与垂直筒管35之间。使推力器筒能够进行垂直移动的驱动机构可使用任何已知技术来实施,并且不对本发明构成限制。 
根据本发明的底板设备10安装在垂直筒管35的上部空间中,即,邻近于船体的主甲板37的底部的区。 
根据本发明的底板设备10包含底板框架11,所述底板框架安装在垂直筒管35的上部空间中,即,在推力器筒33上方。底板框架11经安装以可沿垂直筒管35垂直移动。 
货仓36例如库房(store)等邻近于垂直筒管35的上部空间。在暴露在极低温环境下的北极钻探船的情况中,优选的是,在船体内进行各种装卸操作,这样做的原因在于严酷的环境。因此,底板框架11经安装,以使得各种装卸操作是从垂直筒管35的上部空间朝向货仓36来进行。装有各种副食的集装箱19可停放在底板框架11上。当副食的装卸完成时,便从底板框架11移走集装箱19。因此,在船航行期间的大部分时间里,没有集装箱停在底板框架11上。因而,因为底板框架11上方的空间大部分时间都是空的,所以即便底板框架11随推力器筒33的向上移动而向上移动,也不会发生由集装箱造成的干扰。 
底板框架11经安装,以使得底板框架11的侧在沿垂直筒管35的侧壁进行引导时垂直地移动。明确地说,对底板框架11的侧进行引导的至少一对引导框架12对称地安装在垂直筒管35的侧壁上。 
支撑框架13安装在引导框架12之下。支撑框架13可具有至少一对支撑框架,所述支撑框架安装在垂直筒管35的侧壁上。如图1和图2中所绘示,在底板框架11位于最低位置时,支撑框架13可稳固地支撑底板框架11的下边缘侧。优选地,引导框架12经配置以使得它们在推力器筒33向上移动期间不受推力器筒33干扰。 
底板框架11经安装以避免干扰安置在推力器筒33上的结构。明确地说, 如图4中所绘示,底板框架11可经形成以具有比推力器筒33的顶面面积小的面积。此种构造使工作人员易于接近推力器筒33。就是说,因为底板框架11不完全挡住通往推力器筒33的通道,所以工作人员可容易地接近推力器筒33。虽然图4绘示出底板框架11大致为T形,但是根据本发明的底板框架11的形状不限于此。 
另外,一个以上可打开的舱口14安装在底板框架11中。舱口14可用作通道,工作人员通过所述通道而接近推力器筒33以便进行设备维护。为安全起见,可进一步在底板框架11上设置扶手以及栅栏板。 
如图1和图2中所绘示,当推力器组件30在垂直筒管35内向下移动时,即,推力器组件30的水下单元32突出到船体下方时,底板框架11与推力器筒33彼此间隔开预定的距离。 
当推力器组件30向上移动时,如图3中所绘示,推力器筒33接近于底板框架11的底面并且上推底板框架11,同时推力器筒33的顶面接触底板框架11的底面。因此,底板框架11向上移动。 
根据一个实施例,一个或多个引导柱34可安装在推力器筒33的顶面上。当推力器筒33向上移动且接近于底板框架11的底面时,引导柱34接触底板框架11的底面。因此,底板框架11易于向上移动,同时与推力器筒33的向上移动联动。 
引导柱34可替换成减震构件例如橡胶,所述减震构件安装在推力器筒33的顶面上。 
如果推力器筒33在图3的状态下向下移动,那么底板框架11向下移动,同时被推力器筒33的引导柱34稳稳地支撑住。 
底板框架11可经配置以在推力器筒33的垂直移动的整个区段或至少一预定区段中一起移动。如果底板框架11在预定区段中一起移动,那么如图2中所绘示,在推力器筒33向下移动时,底板框架11与推力器筒33彼此不接触。然而,如图3中所绘示,在推力器筒33向上移动的一路上,推力器筒33都接触底板框架11。因此,推力器筒33与底板框架11一起移动,同时上推底板框架11。此时,当推力器筒33向下移动时,底板框架的向下移动可能受支撑框架13所限制。 

Claims (7)

1.一种用于船的底板设备,其特征在于,所述底板设备安装在船体的垂直筒管内,所述底板设备包括:
底板框架,所述底板框架经安装以能够在所述垂直筒管内垂直移动,
其中所述底板框架与推力器筒联动,使得所述底板框架在至少一预定区段内随所述推力器筒垂直移动,其中所述推力器筒经安装以能够在所述垂直筒管内垂直移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于,
所述船是北极钻探船,
所述底板框架安装在所述垂直筒管的上部空间中,所述上部空间邻近于船体的主甲板的底部,并且
集装箱的停放是在所述底板框架上进行,借此所述集装箱中装有的货物的装卸是在所述船体内进行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于更包括至少一对引导框架,所述引导框架安装在所述垂直筒管的侧壁上以对所述底板框架进行引导。
4.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于更包括至少一对支撑框架,所述支撑框架设置在所述引导框架之下以支撑所述底板框架并限制所述底板框架的向下移动,其中所述支撑框架安装在所述垂直筒管的侧壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于所述底板框架的面积小于所述推力器筒的顶部面积,借此不会妨碍到工作人员接近所述推力器筒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于更包括一个或多个引导柱,所述引导柱安装在所述推力器筒上并且能够与所述底板框架的底部接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的底板设备,其特征在于更包括安装在所述底板框架中的能够开关的舱口。
