Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及磷酸钛硅铝及其制备方法。
背景技术
在一段时间内,硅酸铝(沸石)、磷酸铝(AlPOs)、和磷酸硅铝(SAPOs)在现有技术中已知为精炼厂和石油化学中的活性催化剂组分。此外,它们还用于废气纯化的固定和流动相中。
硅酸铝(沸石)在自然界中以多种不同的结构出现但是也可以合成制备。硅酸铝(沸石)具有较高的吸附能力且能够可逆地吸收水和其它低分子物质,水和其它低分子物质之后在加热时可以被重新释放而不损坏其结构。然而,不仅仅是硅酸铝(沸石)显示出结构多样性和高吸附能力,磷酸铝类也如此。国际沸石协会结构委员会(StructureCommission of the International Zeolite Association)根据IUPAC规定(国际理论和应用化学联合会),基于孔径对该类物质的结构进行分类。作为微孔化合物,它们具有0.3nm至0.8nm的孔径。晶体结构以及由此形成的孔和通道的尺寸受合成参数例如pH、压力和温度控制。孔隙率还受合成过程中模板的使用以及Al/P/(Si)比率影响。它们结晶成多于两百种不同的变异体、多于两打的不同结构,其具有不同的孔、通道和腔。
除硅酸铝和磷酸铝外,还有改性的硅酸铝和磷酸铝。具体而言,已知存在磷酸钛铝以及磷酸硅铝。因为相等数量的铝和磷原子,磷酸铝电荷为中性。从磷酸铝起始、作为钛对磷的同构交换的结果而形成磷酸钛铝,而作为额外硅交换的结果而形成磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO)。作为交换的结果,形成过多的负电荷,其可以通过向孔和通道体系中插入额外的阳离子而得到平衡。因此,磷-钛和磷-硅取代的水平确定平衡所需的阳离子的数量,从而确定具有正电的阳离子(例如,氢或金属离子)的化合物的最大负载。作为插入阳离子的结果,可以设定和改变磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO)的特性。
磷酸钛铝的框架结构由具有特征孔和通道的规则三维空间网络构建而来,其中孔和通道可以经由共有的氧原子以一维、二维或三维结构相互连接。
结晶结构由角连接的四面体单元(AlO4、PO4、TiO4、任选地SiO4)形成,各个由与氧四配位的钛、铝和磷以及硅构成。四面体被称为初级结构单元,初级结构单元的连接引起二级结构单元的形成。
这些结构包含各个结构类型特征的腔。根据其拓扑布局,磷酸钛铝划分为不同的结构。晶体框架包含通道和笼形式的开放腔,其通常由能够被替换的水分子和其它框架阳离子占据。对于各个铝原子,有一个磷原子,结果是电荷相互抵消。如果磷换成钛,钛原子由此形成过多的被阳离子平衡的负电荷。孔体系的内部表示催化活性表面。磷酸钛铝包含越多的钛,则其晶格中的负电荷越密集且其内表面极性越大。
孔径和结构受合成参数以及模板使用影响。因此,可以由pH、压力、温度、模板类型、晶种的存在或其性质、以及P/Al/Ti比率来确定磷酸钛铝的催化特性。
除钛外,磷原子还可以被硅替换。它们的替换生成额外的负电荷,其可以通过向沸石材料的孔中引入阳离子而进行补偿。
磷酸钛铝、磷酸硅铝和磷酸钛硅铝通常经由水热合成的方式从反应性凝胶或各个独自的Ti、Al、P和任选地Si源(其以化学计量比使用)起始而得到。磷酸钛铝硅(TAPSO)与磷酸硅铝(SAPO)类似地(DE102009034850.6)进行制备。后者可以通过加入结构导向的模板、结晶核或元素而以结晶形式得到(EP161488A1)。
磷酸钛铝在MTO(甲醇到烯烃的转化)过程中主要用作催化剂,其中在MTO过程中,从甲醇起始,可以得到乙烯和丙烯的混合物。
磷酸铝因其较好的吸湿性和高吸附力,还用于脱水反应中(EP2022565A1)。
尽管磷酸钛硅铝(EP161488A1)已经被认知了数年,它们还远没有用在催化领域中。
因为其微孔框架结构引起的吸附能力和吸附力,它们可以与磷酸钛铝一起主要用作吸附剂,因为它们能够在其较大的表面区域上吸附很多分子。
纯的非离子交换的沸石通常以其H形式存在,其中H+离子通过插入晶格中来平衡负电荷。由于所插入的质子,沸石得到布朗斯德酸的特性。除H+外,随后还可以将其它阳离子通过阳离子交换插入到晶格中。因此,它们可以换成例如金属阳离子,借此沸石获得例如不同的或改善的催化特性。
因为在纯的磷酸铝中不出现过多的负电荷,纯的磷酸铝不具有任何布朗斯德酸的特性,因而不具有酸特性。因为缺少插入的质子,也不可能在晶格中发生金属交换,因此没有可能用金属对它们进行改性并产生不同特性。
由于硅或钛对磷的部分替换,磷酸硅铝或磷酸钛硅铝类具有额外的负电荷。在沸石中,这些能够同样地被阳离子例如质子平衡。对于不同的技术应用,这些化合物也可以换成不同的金属阳离子。
磷酸钛硅铝主要在腔的几何方面不同,腔由TiO4/SiO4/AlO4/PO4四面体的刚性网络形成,其中磷酸铝的框架结构总是通过环的连接而形成。孔开口由8、10或12个环构成。它们根据孔径而被区分为小-、中-和大孔结构。特定的磷酸铝具有均一的结构,例如具有线性通道的VFI或AET结构,其中因为不同的拓扑布局,较大的腔可以将其自身连接到孔开口的后面。
对于技术应用,通常用其它组分对这些材料进行改性。因此,在废气催化中,通常用过渡金属和贵金属对沸石进行改性。在氧化催化中,通常使用贵金属,而铁、铜、钴等经常用于还原催化。
通常以粉末的形式使用沸石,其在之后成型为挤出物(extrudate),通常用于固定应用。通过使氧化和有机粘合剂混合,它们在之后成型为全挤出物(full extrudate)或蜂窝催化剂,或应用到陶瓷或金属蜂窝中以及成型体中作为涂层(washcoat)。
磷酸硅铝类具有很多种应用。具体而言,SAPO-34主要在催化领域很重要。作为小孔磷酸硅铝,SAPO-34以已知的根据IUPAC基于特定8元结构单元分类的CHA结构结晶,并且具有的孔开口。
长期以来,SAPO-34被用作氮氧化物(NOx)还原中的活性热稳定催化剂。对于还原,使用烃,例如丙烯,或还与氨相关。此外,作为催化剂的SAPO-34在含氧烃到烯烃的转化中的用途也在文献中有过描述。
尽管有较好的催化特性,通常不太可能使用SAPO-34。在水的存在下或在水相中,不能使用SAPO-34,因为其水热稳定性较低,在30℃~50℃的低热负载下多于70%的结构已无定形化,因此变得不稳定。具体而言,结构的无定形化在水相中制备催化剂的过程中就已开始。这是不利的,具体而言,因为出于成本的原因,通常在水相中进行制备。
因此,在现有技术中没有SAPO-34的替代品,除较好的催化特性和高吸附能力外,其还具有较高的水热稳定性(特别是按照工业催化的惯例在较长的时间内)。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供小孔材料,其具有良好的催化特性、较高的吸附能力和水热稳定性,特别是按照例如工业催化的惯例在较长时间内在水溶液和热水蒸气氛围中。
根据本发明,通过具有四面体配位钛的磷酸钛硅铝来实现该目的,其中四面体配位钛具有有于CO的空闲配位点。
令人惊讶地发现,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO),例如TAPSO-34,在水相中具有比不含有钛的SAPO-34更高的热稳定性。因此,TAPSO可以通过水热法得到并在水相和热水蒸气氛围中额外地具有较高结构稳定性。较高稳定性具有很大的优势,特别是对于下文限定的所谓的水热压力,特别是对于较长时间内水相中的水热压力,特别是在50℃至100℃的温度范围内,和在500℃至900℃温度范围内的气相中。
此处的“水热压力”是指,在水的存在下充满高温。其例子是化学化合物的水热合成、吸附或解吸附过程。其还指,吸附和解吸附的重复过程,此处经由热感应而吸附的水、或其它低分子化合物重复解吸附,从而水或其它低分子化合物可以再次吸附。有利地,TAPSO,特别是含有钛的TAPSO-34,即使在高于70℃的温度在水相中的水热处理过程中仍保持它们的结构,而SAPOS例如SAPO-34的结构在30℃已受影响,且在70℃完全失去其结构并完全以无定形存在。在水热条件下,TAPSO即使在80℃仍保持其结构。BET表面积的比较显示出,与纯的SAPO相比,磷酸钛硅铝即使在80℃水热处理后仍具有高于630m2/g的恒定BET表面积。
根据本发明,磷酸钛硅铝包含四面体配位的钛。这些根据本发明的含有钛的磷酸硅铝从而比不含钛的纯磷酸硅铝具有高得多的水热稳定性,并且即使在较高温度较长时间的水热处理之后仍然保持其特征结构。这是由插入的四面体配位的钛原子所引起的稳定化。因为四面体配位的钛原子,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝对于水热压力和即使高温下的水也具有极高的稳定性。从而,也可以执行重复的吸附和解吸附过程。因为其在重复的吸附和解吸附过程中对于水和高温具有较高的长期稳定性,当在水的存在下将磷酸钛硅铝用于催化工序时,还可以由此降低工序成本。
N.N.Panchenko,E.Roduner,Langmuir21,10545-10554(2005)的四面体配位钛具有用于CO的空闲配位点,从而在吸附CO时形成五配位钛。作为向四面体配位钛添加CO的结果,可以使用IR光谱学来检测2199~2181cm-1处的Ti-CO伸缩振动带,其对于介孔和微孔硅酸钛是典型的并且也出现在其它含钛的硅衍生物中。IR带仅出现在微孔和介孔钛-硅材料中,其中钛原子插入框架中且并不作为分离的四面体存在。因此,这些特征IR带不能在纯TiO2或不含有钛的磷酸硅铝或确实包含钛而钛不插入框架中的磷酸硅铝中检测到。Ti-CO-IR带的变宽是由钛原子的在其附近具有至少一个其它钛或硅原子的CO配位环境所引起的。
IR光谱中2192±5cm-1处的特征振动带的检测还表示根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝具有高布朗斯德酸性。这是造成磷酸钛硅铝的催化特性的原因,因为特别是在酸催化的催化过程中的转化率可以通过高布朗斯德酸性而得到增加。这样的磷酸钛硅铝催化剂在其表面上具有发生反应或反应步骤的酸中心。这些酸中心的类型和数目对反应的特点例如活性、选择性或失活行为具有决定性作用。为了开发和优化使用酸非均质催化剂的化学工序,因此通常需要研究这些催化剂的布朗斯德酸性。如果磷酸钛硅铝以其H形式存在,则布朗斯德酸中心的数量由质子的数量确定。
布朗斯德酸性由磷酸钛硅铝框架中的游离负电荷的数量限定,其由(Si+Ti)/Al比率确定。因为没有价电子,Al原子比Si原子或Ti原子具有更高的电子亲和性,其引起质子对AlO4 -四面体的添加以及布朗斯德酸性的增加。
作为添加质子的结果,Al处的O-H键减弱,从而H2O在增加的温度下可分裂。作为较强的电子受体的不饱和的Al3+离子表示由此形成的较强路易斯酸中心。这些三配位(以及因此较强的路易斯酸)铝原子不再是周期性构造的晶体晶格的一部分,这是为什么该过程也称为脱铝作用的原因。在路易斯酸中心的数量增加时,布朗斯德酸中心的数量减少。作为强路易斯酸,这些中心也可以进入路易斯酸-碱反应,从而可以改变作为催化剂的磷酸钛硅铝的特性。
磷酸钛硅铝的酸性不仅由框架中铝原子的数量确定而且也基于带负电的AlO4/2 -四面体、中性SiO4/2四面体、中性TiO4/2四面体和带正电的PO4/2 +四面体。因为希望用于催化的具有布朗斯德酸性的磷酸钛硅铝,需要通过用硅或钛替换磷而形成的带负电的框架。因而相对于每一被替换的磷原子缺少一个正电荷,结果是,总的引起过多的负电荷。如果通过质子来均衡电荷,存在具有布朗斯德酸性的磷酸钛硅铝。因此,布朗斯德酸性越高,即可用于催化的酸中心越多,磷酸钛硅铝的催化活性越高。
然而,因为Ti,类似于Si,被插入作为电中性四面体的框架中,磷酸钛硅铝中的布朗斯德酸性由钛/硅对磷的替换而确定。因为由CO添加(吸附)形成五配位钛,布朗斯德酸性因此可以通过IR光谱学基于CO的吸附量而确定。因此,可以间接确定磷酸钛硅铝的酸强度。
因此,使框架结构稳定化,并且没有受水影响的可能性,因此引起对于水热压力的极高稳定性。
Ti-CO-IR带具有0.005~0.025的强度。在图1中示出在2192±5cm-1处的该特征IR带。用箭头标记的该Ti-CO-IR带被认为是肩(shoulder),因为邻近的2173±5cm-1处的对于吸附在硅上的CO的CO带的强度要大得多。根据本发明,已经示出水热稳定性的改善与IR光谱中0.005~0.025的特定强度相关。为使磷酸钛硅铝具有期望的水热稳定性,强度将至少为0.005,优选0.016±0.005。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在框架中包含0.06~5wt.-%比例的钛,在其它实施方式中为0.15~4wt.-%,进一步0.15~3.6wt.-%,或0.15~3wt.-%。已经显示出,具体地磷酸钛硅铝框架中0.06wt.-%的比例引起水热稳定性的增加。如果比例较小,则在水热处理之后,起到确定完整框架结构作用的磷酸钛硅铝的BET表面积的无定形化比钛比例在0.06~5wt.-%范围内的更加强烈。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝具有0.01:0.01:1~0.2:0.2:1的Ti/Si/(Al+P)比率。除通过在框架结构内用硅替换磷而得到的Si:P特定比率外,在框架结构中还具有钛的特定比例的磷酸钛硅铝特别适用。具有根据本发明的比率的磷酸钛硅铝的特征是具有较高水热压力抗性的长期水热稳定性,其中例如对于CO的吸附能力也保持较高。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝因为高吸附能力可以用作催化剂,或用于在干燥过程中对水的吸附,例如用于洗碗机、干燥器、热交换器或空气调节单元等中。吸附能力确定多少分子可以吸附到根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝的框架中。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝具有0.01~0.5与1的(Si+Ti)/(Al+P)摩尔比,优选为0.02~0.4与1,更优选为0.05~0.3与1,最优选0.07~0.2与1,从而对于水热压力的稳定性特别高。这可以从水热压力之后的远高于SAPO-34的BET表面积(表1)中看出。
因为磷原子被钛原子或硅原子替换,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝具有经阳离子补偿的负电荷。磷酸钛硅铝的催化特性通过金属阳离子的替换而限定或变化。存在于框架结构内部的金属阳离子提供催化特性的结构。
金属阳离子对H+或Na+的离子交换可以在液相以及在固相中执行。还已知气相交换过程,其对于工业工序太过费力。领域现有技术状态的缺点是,对于固体离子交换,限定量的金属离子可以插入磷酸钛硅铝的框架中,但是不发生金属离子的均匀分布。另一方面,对于在液体中(通常为水相)执行的离子交换,可以达到磷酸钛硅铝中的均匀金属离子分布。水性离子交换对于小孔沸石是不利的,因为金属离子的水合鞘对于金属离子而言太大而不能渗透小的孔开口,因此替换率非常低。除所提到的方法外,可以通过水性浸渍或初湿法使用一种或多种金属阳离子来执行掺杂或改性。这些掺杂或改性法在领域内已知。特别优选通过水性离子交换,使用一种或多种金属化合物来执行掺杂或改性,其中金属盐和金属复合物均用作金属离子源。
令人惊讶的是,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在高达900℃具有高水热稳定性。这对于在水的存在下以及较高温度下执行的催化工序中的应用特别有利。领域内已知的不含钛的磷酸硅铝在水相中仅具有非常低的稳定性,并且在低温下已无定形化。
该升高的水热稳定性特别有利,因为具体而言,水热稳定性在高和低温下很重要,因为在20℃~100℃的较低解吸附温度下已再次再生磷酸钛硅铝,优选在30℃~90℃的温度,更优选在40℃~80℃的温度。因为它们并不表现出任何类似磷酸硅铝的无定形化倾向,但是与沸石或磷酸铝相比在较低解吸附温度下具有高得多的结构稳定性,因此,可以进行数个循环的吸附和解吸附而无需替换吸附材料。此外,吸附剂再生所需的能耗减少。在长期水热压力测试中,已经显示出,与30℃的磷酸硅铝相比,处于90℃的本发明磷酸钛硅铝在较长时间内承受水的处理而没有无定形化,即具体是BET表面积或结构变形的减少。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝选自TAPSO-5、TAPSO-8、TAPSO-11、TAPSO-16、TAPSO-17、TAPSO-18、TAPSO-20、TAPSO-31、TAPSO-34、TAPSO-35、TAPSO-36、TAPSO-37、TAPSO-40、TAPSO-41、TAPSO-42、TAPSO-44、TAPSO-47、TAPSO-56。根据本发明,特别是使用具有CHA结构的微孔磷酸钛硅铝是合适的。特别优选的是TAPSO-5、TAPSO-11或TAPSO-34,特别是TAPSO-34,因为它们具有特别高的对于水的水热稳定性。特别合适的是TAPSO-5、TAPSO-11和TAPSO-34,也是因为由其微孔结构引起的在不同工序中作为催化剂的良好特性,从而因为其高吸附能力,它们也很适合作为吸附剂。而且,它们还具有较低的再生温度,因为它们已经在30℃~90℃的温度可逆地释放所吸附的水或所吸附的其它小分子。
可再生是指含水吸附剂在热作用下可逆地释放所吸附的水。从而,回收磷酸钛硅铝,并可以再次将其用于吸附或催化工序中。
根据本发明的金属交换的磷酸钛硅铝相对于磷酸钛硅铝总重具有1wt.-%~20wt.-%范围内的金属比例。通过金属交换而确定催化特性,从而磷酸钛硅铝,特别作为其长期水热稳定性的结果,变为适用于在高温水存在下的催化工序的材料。特别有利的是,可以在液相中(即在微孔和小孔磷酸钛硅铝的水相中)执行金属交换,而不损坏框架结构。从而引起与现有技术相比更高的交换率,因此更高比例的金属可以引入到磷酸钛硅铝的框架结构中。此外,通过水性金属交换,从金属盐溶液等起始,金属离子在磷酸钛硅铝的框架中的均匀分布成为可能,其中通常0.01~20wt.-%的金属比例是有利的。
根据本发明,在本发明的开发中,磷酸钛硅铝因此包含至少一种其它金属,选自锂、钠、钾、镁、钙、锶、钡、钪、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、钴、硼、铷、钇、锆、铌、钼、钌、铑、钯、银、镉、铟、锡、镧、铪、钽、钨、铼、锇、铱、铂、金、和/或铋。
根据本发明,术语“金属交换”也指使用金属或半金属的掺杂。不管交换发生在框架中且金属离子整合到结构中,还是交换在之后执行且仅有阳离子X被其它金属阳离子M替换,含义都相同。
根据本发明,磷酸钛硅铝也可以存在为掺杂的,即其中金属插入框架中。已经证实,使用铁、锰、铜、钴、铬、锌和镍掺杂,特别有利。特别合适的是FeTAPSO、MnTAPSO、CuTAPSO、CrTAPSO、ZnTAPSO、CoTAPSO和NiTAPSO。
特别合适的是微孔MTAPSO(M=Mg、Mn、Cu、Cr、Zn、Co、Ni),例如,MTAPSO-5、MTAPSO-8、MTAPSO-11、MTAPSO-16、MTAPSO-17、MTAPSO-18、MTAPSO-20、MTAPSO-31、MTAPSO-34、MTAPSO-35、MTAPSO-36、MTAPSO-37、MTAPSO-40、MTAPSO-41、MTAPSO-42、MTAPSO-44、MTAPSO-47、MTAPSO-56。
特别优选使用MTAPSO-5、MTAPSO-11或MTAPSO-34,其中M如上限定。这是特别有利的,因为通过插入一种或多种其它金属,通常进一步增加磷酸钛硅铝的吸附特性和水热稳定性。
令人惊讶的是,用于本发明的热交换器模块中的本发明磷酸钛硅铝在高达900℃具有高水热稳定性。这是特别有利的,因为具体地,在高和低温下水热稳定性很重要,因为磷酸钛硅铝在20℃~100℃的低解吸附温度下已再次再生,优选30℃~90℃的温度,更优选40℃~80℃的温度。因为它们不显示出类似磷酸硅铝的无定形化倾向,但是在较低解吸附温度下具有比沸石或磷酸铝高得多的结构稳定性,因此可以进行非常多循环的吸附和解吸附而不需替换吸附材料。此外,吸附剂再生所需的能耗降低。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝的(初始)微晶尺寸在0.1μm至10μm之间。如果微晶尺寸为约0.5~3μm,则是特别有利的。由此,可以直接使用材料而无需进一步加工,例如研磨等。然而,研磨工序可以借助球磨机、行星式磨机、喷射磨机等而进行,不损坏材料。
磷酸钛硅铝可以用作挤出物、含有粘合剂或不含粘合剂的颗粒材料、球丸或致密物。
有利地,磷酸钛硅铝还可以以涂层存在于成型体上。如果材料已经以小微晶的形式存在,是有利的。成型体可以假设为任何几何形状,例如中空制品、片材、格栅或蜂窝。通常可以通过混悬液(涂层)来执行应用,并且可以使用本领域技术人员已知的任何其它方法来执行。此外,成型体也可以完全由磷酸钛硅铝构成,其可以通过压制,任选地伴随有粘合剂和/或赋形剂的添加,以及干燥而获得。
磷酸肽硅铝作为催化工序中的成型体的使用是特别有利的,因为材料可以以节省空间的方式进行整合,同时还使得可以容易地处理。
此外,如果磷酸钛铝作为大块颗粒材料或以小球、圆柱体、珠、细丝、线绳、小片、立方体或团块形式的成型体存在,是有利的,因为磷酸钛硅铝的吸附表面增加,其使得可以进行特别有效的催化、或水蒸气和水的吸附。
作为成型体的使用是有利的,因为磷酸钛硅铝可以由此以节省空间的方式用于不同的催化工序、吸附剂中或用作热交换器材料。
磷酸钛硅铝还可以用作固定床或大块材料供给(bulk materialfeed)。大块磷酸钛硅铝供给或引入固定床中的磷酸钛硅铝特别适用,因为处理更容易。
本发明的目的还通过用于制备本发明磷酸钛硅铝的方法而达成,包括以下步骤:
a)提供至少包含铝源、磷源、硅源、模板和进一步的钛源的水性合成凝胶混合物,
b)在180℃的温度搅拌数小时,
c)过滤并在100℃的温度干燥,
d)在550℃的温度煅烧,
e)获得包含钛的磷酸硅铝。
在水性介质中从合成凝胶混合物起始,执行根据本发明的用于制备磷酸钛硅铝的方法。方法也可以在高压釜的压力下执行。合成凝胶混合物包含铝源、磷源、硅源、模板和钛源。在本发明的一些实施方式中,将含有钛的硅源用作钛源。在水溶液中合并组分,其中得到合成凝胶混合物。合成凝胶混合物进行反应,伴随搅拌12~100小时,优选24~72小时,在150℃~350℃的温度,优选160℃~185℃,之后过滤,并在100℃的温度下干燥。将所得的磷酸钛硅铝在400℃~600℃的温度下煅烧,优选550℃,其中得到含有结晶钛的磷酸硅铝。
使用钛氧化合物或钛金属有机化合物例如TiO2、TiOSO4、Ti-四-异丙醇酯、酞酸四乙酯作为钛源。
氧化铝、铝酸钠、氢氧化铝、或铝盐优选起到铝源的作用。
优选将二氧化硅、硅酸钠、硅溶胶、硅酸、胶体硅酸、沉淀的硅酸、硅掺杂的氧化钛、或自燃(pyrophoric)硅酸用于本发明的方法中作为硅源。
根据本发明,优选使用磷酸、金属磷酸盐、磷酸氢盐、或磷酸二氢盐作为磷源。
多种离子模板可以用于本发明的方法中,选自四甲基铵、四乙基铵、四丙基铵、四丁基氢氧化铵和四丁基溴化铵、二正丙胺、三正丙胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、哌啶、环己胺、2-甲基吡啶、N,N’-二甲基苄胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、胆碱、N,N’-二甲基哌嗪、1,4-二氮杂二环(2,2,2)辛烷、N-甲基二乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、N-甲基哌啶、3-甲基哌啶、N-甲基环己胺、3-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶、奎宁环、N,N’-二甲基-1,4-二氮杂二环(2,2,2)辛烷、二正丁胺、叔丁胺、乙二胺、吡咯烷、2-咪唑啉酮。在本发明的一些实施方式中,具体使用四乙基氢氧化铵。
在根据本发明方法的开发中,优选使用钛源,例如TiO2,其包含0.5~25wt.-%的二氧化硅。优选钛源包含5~20wt.-%的硅。通过钛在本发明磷酸钛硅铝中的比例来确定水热稳定性,因为长期水热稳定性也随着钛在结构中的比例而减少。
根据本发明的方法,得到Si/Ti比率为0.02~40的磷酸钛硅铝。
根据本发明的磷酸硅铝的Si/Ti比率优选在0~20的范围内,更优选在0.5~10的范围内,甚至更优选在0.5~8的范围内。Al/P比率优选在0.9~1.8的范围内,更优选1~1.6,且最优选在1.3~1.5的范围内。根据本发明方法得到的磷酸钛硅铝具有0.05~0.3的Si/Al比率。
根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝比领域内已知的磷酸钛硅铝具有高得多的酸强度,因为在其制备方法中没有使用Na2O。Na2O以其极高的碱强度而知名。如果将氧化钠用于合成,磷酸钛硅铝的酸强度降低,其因为酸-碱反应而引起酸中心(即催化中心)的减少,结果是,基于磷酸钛硅铝的酸强度的催化作用降低。因此,根据上述方法可得到的磷酸钛硅铝具有高得多的酸强度以及由此高得多的催化活性,特别是在酸催化工序中。

方法部分:
使用的方法和仪器在以下列出,但是不应理解为限制性的。
BET表面积的确定:
根据DIN66131(多点确定),以及根据DIN ISO9277(2003-05颁布的欧洲标准),按照通过根据BET法(根据Brunauer,S;Emett,P.;Teller,E.J.Am.Chem.Soc.1938,60,309)的气体吸附而进行的固体比表面积确定,从而确定BET表面积。
使用Micromeritics的Gemini,参考制造商的说明书,进行确定。
使用Bruker的D4Endeaver,参考制造商的说明书,进行X射线衍射。
为确定IR带,根据制造商的说明书使用具有Thermo Scientific的MCT检测器的Thermo Nicolet4700FTIR光谱仪。
对于合成,使用Juchheim GmbH的不锈钢高压釜(0.51体积)。
对于合成例,使用来自Aluminium Oxid Stade GmbH,Germany的水铅矿(氢氧化铝SH10)。
此外,使用来自CWK Chemiewerk Bad GmbH,Germany的具有1030.30%二氧化硅的硅溶胶
从Evonik,Germany得到掺杂有硅的二氧化钛TiO2545S。
对于比较例,使用来自Süd-Chemie AG的SAPO-34。
实施例1:
根据本发明的TAPSO-34制备
将100.15重量份的去离子水与88.6重量份的水铅矿(氢氧化铝SH10)混合。将132.03重量份的磷酸(85%)和240.9重量份的TEAOH(四乙基氢氧化铵)(水中,35%),以及之后的33.5重量份的硅溶胶和4.87重量份的硅掺杂的二氧化钛添加到所得的混合物中,结果是,得到具有以下组成的合成混合物:
Al2O3:P2O5:0.3SiO2:0.1TiO2:1TEAOH:35H2O
将具有以上组成的合成凝胶混合物转移到不锈钢高压釜中。搅拌高压釜并将其加热至180℃,其中该温度保持68个小时。在冷却之后,滤出所得产物,用去离子水洗涤并在100℃烘箱中干燥。所得产物的X射线衍射显示出,产物是本发明的纯TAPSO-34。元素分析显示出1.5%Ti、2.8%Si、18.4%Al和17.5%P的组成,其相应于Ti0.023Si0.073Al0.494P0.410的化学计量。根据产物的REM分析(光栅电子显微镜),其晶体尺寸在0.5μm~2μm的范围内。之后将所得产物在550℃煅烧1h。根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在IR光谱中在2192±5cm-1处具有CO-Ti振动带。
实施例2:
长期水热压力测试
将(如在实施例1中使用相应匹配组成的合成凝胶而获得的)具有3.4wt.-%Ti的本发明磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)、具有0.5wt.-%Ti的非本发明磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)和不含有钛的磷酸硅铝(SAPO-34)用水处理,以确定较长时间内在不同温度下的长期水热稳定性。
具有CHA结构的小孔分子筛具有高吸附能力,但是取决于结构中钛的比例,具有不同的水热稳定性。因此,除根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)外,还选择具有低钛比例的非本发明磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)和不含钛的磷酸硅铝(SAPO-34),并根据相同的方法在长期水热压力测试中对其进行检测。
进行长期水热压力测试,以显示出,相比于非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝和不含钛的磷酸硅铝的结构,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝的结构在30℃、50℃、70℃和90℃经受水和在水中的处理72小时。这是借助BET表面积而确定的,从而获得关于结构变形的无定形化程度的信息。
测试过程:
对于长期水热压力测试,将相同量的本发明TAPSO-34、非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34分别在30℃、50℃、70℃和90℃下在水中进行处理,各个72h。之后滤出材料,在120℃干燥,并确定BET表面积。非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34即使不经处理也显示出比本发明的可比较TAPSO-34更低的BET表面积。而取决于温度,本发明的TAPSO-34仅显示出水对BET表面积的少量损坏,且即使在90℃下处理72h之后,仍包含多于50%的原始BET表面积,非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34的BET表面积在30℃下经水处理72h后已经降低至原始BET表面积的80%或77%。与此相比,根据本发明的TAPSO-34,即使在30℃下经水处理72h之后,仍然具有高于99%的原始BET表面积。在50℃下经水处理72h后,非本发明的TAPSO-34和SAPO-34的结构几乎完全破坏,在70℃下72h后,几乎不留任何结晶结构,且在90℃下处理之后,非本发明的TAPSO-34以及不含钛的SAPO-34均完全无定形化,且典型的结晶结构完全破坏。
从而,长期水热压力测试显示出,非本发明的TAPSO和不含钛的SAPO,在50℃72小时处理之后,已经失去其结构,并在70℃变为无定形。相反,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO)显示出对长期水热压力的极大抗性。即使在70℃经水和在水中的长期压力测试之后,根据本发明的TAPSO仍保持其结构,并仅在90℃的处理后显示出50%的无定形化(参见表1)。
因此,长期水热压力测试清晰地显示出,仅根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(其中0.06~5wt.-%的特定比例的钛插入框架中)在水热环境中还表现出这种高度稳定性。这些根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝还在IR中2192±5cm-1处表现出相应稍变宽的带。如果缺少该带,如非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝或不含钛的磷酸硅铝,结构因水热压力已经在低温下无定形化。

实施例3:
IR光谱学
为确定晶格中的钛位置,使用IR光谱学检测根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝。因为通过将钛原子插入磷酸钛硅铝的框架中而增加或限定水热稳定性,因此可以通过确定框架结构中插入的钛来确定磷酸钛硅铝的增加的水热稳定性。
通过CO在四面体配位钛的空闲结合位点处的吸附,以及五面体配位钛的形成,经由间接确定的方式来确定钛原子。在根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)的CO吸附之后,在IR光谱中2192±5cm-1处可检测到特征CO-Ti振动带。
为确定可比较物质的稳定性的增加,在CO吸附之后同样通过IR光谱学的方式检测不含钛的SAPO-34以及由不含钛SAPO-34与3.4wt.-%TiO2(锐钛矿)构成的混合物。因为不含钛的SAPO-34和本发明的TAPSO-34具有相同的结构,其被选为比较物质。作为另一比较物质,用相同方法检测不含钛SAPO-34与TiO2的混合物,以显示出,没有来自未插入框架结构中的钛原子的稳定性增加,其可以通过2192±5cm-1处的特征IR带的缺失来显示。
测试过程:
将根据本发明的TAPSO-34、不含钛的SAPO-34、以及由不含钛SAPO-34与3.4wt.-%TiO2构成的混合物的粉状样品,压制成自支承片剂(self-supporting tablet),直径为13mm,重量为10~20mg,且压力为约0~3公吨。使用具有MCT检测器的Thermo Nicolet4700光谱仪来记录所吸附一氧化碳的FTIR测量。装置具有与低温室(窗口材料ZnSe)连接的特别设计的高真空体系。记录IR光谱,或执行CO负载的确定,以分辨率为4cm-1的传输模式,在400~4000cm-1的范围内,128次扫描。将样品在450℃的温度在高真空(最大1×10-5mbar)中活化2h。然后在液氮的帮助下将室冷却至-196℃。之后,吸附一氧化碳直至建立10mbar的压力。之后将室再次逐渐抽空,直至CO带不再可见或已经建立恒定状态。在每个光谱之前,使恒定量的氦进入室,以保证恒定样品温度。
通过CO带(在2192cm-1)面积的整合,确定吸附到钛上的CO量。为此,使TAPSO-34的光谱标准化(normalized)为参考样品SAPO-34的比表面积。(根据本发明和非本发明的)TAPSO-34、SAPO-34以及SAPO-34与TiO2的混合物的IR光谱在图1中给出。
已经显示出,仅根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在IR光谱中2192±5cm-1处具有CO-IR带,其可以归因于具有用于CO的空闲配位点的四面体配位钛。在2192±5cm-1处的特征IR带源自CO-Ti伸缩振动,其为插入框架中的四面体钛的特征,因此不能在不含钛的SAPO-34或混合有TiO2的不含钛SAPO-34中找到。振动带的变宽源自钛的第一或第二配位层。
表2.对根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)、非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)、不含钛的SAPO-34和混合有TiO2的不含钛SAPO-34的CO带的相对强度和相对面积的确定。
与根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝不同,非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在框架中仅具有非常小比例的钛。
使用相同方法检测比较物质。已显示出,在不含钛的SAPO-34以及混合有SAPO-34的TiO2中,没有在2192cm-1处观察到CO带,因而不存在Ti4+中心。
实施例4:
水在根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)上的吸附
因为较高的吸附能力,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝被用作催化剂或用来在干燥过程中吸附水分。
为确定吸附能力,使用以下方法检测根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)、非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)和不含钛的磷酸硅铝(SAPO-34)。
测试说明的大体部分:
在填充有水蒸气的可加热压力室中,根据处理温度来检测根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)、非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)和不含钛的磷酸硅铝(SAPO-34)的吸附能力。
为此,压力室中的水蒸气压设定在20mbar(20℃),并且测量在不同温度(30℃、50℃、70℃或90℃)处理的材料的吸附水。表3示出,与非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34相比,根据本发明的TAPSO-34关于水吸附能力根据环境温度如何表现。

在具有恒温器的压力室中设定温度,且仅当温度保持恒定10min时,经由相应阀向压力室中添加相应量的吸附剂。
显示出,根据环境温度,吸附不同量的水。
实施例5根据本发明的TAPSO-34:
在实施方式实施例5中,使用根据本发明的TAPSO-34(具有3.4wt.-%的Ti)。
对于在23~70℃的温度处理的TAPSO-34,在20mbar水蒸气压下的系列测试示出,很多水被吸附,且所吸附水的量(表3)仅在70℃温度减少。此处,相对于本发明TAPSO-34的总重,所吸附水的值在33.5wt.-%至约34.9wt.-%的范围内。
在70~75℃的温度下,水量稍微减少,但是在90℃时,仍有超过50%的初始量的水被吸附。
开始时最大为34.9%的吸附能力随着温度增加而降低,在70℃的温度,BET表面积,即磷酸钛硅铝的活性吸附表面缓慢无定形化。然而,根据本发明的磷酸钛硅铝即使在水的存在下也很稳定,使得即使在90℃的温度下,仍有多于50%的表面完整,因而能够吸附水(参见表1)。
比较例
在比较例中,将相应量的非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)和不含钛的磷酸硅铝(SAPO-34)用于各个情况中。选择非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34,从而根据插入结构中的钛,将吸附能力与本发明磷酸钛硅铝(TAPSO-34)的吸附能力进行比较。
非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34的比较例显示出(表2),吸附能力非常强烈地受处理温度影响。在30℃的温度下,对水蒸气的吸附力就已降低。使用在70℃温度下处理的材料,几乎再没有水吸附到非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34的表面上。在90℃下处理的SAPO-34不再吸附水,因为结构完全无定形化,而非本发明的TAPSO-34在90℃处理后还有较少的吸附力(同样参见表3)。
因此,根据本发明,恒定的吸附能力(也取决于处理温度),通过本发明磷酸钛硅铝的框架结构中四面体配位钛的比例而达到。这可以通过特征IR-Ti振动带而检测,并通过结构的较高温度稳定性而示出。如果在框架结构中的钛太少,与纯的磷酸硅铝相比,吸附力保持更长时间,但是同样地根据处理温度而明显地降低。
比较例1:
非本发明TAPSO-34的制备
将76.41重量份的去离子水和73.84重量份的水铅矿(氢氧化铝SH10)混合。将110.04重量份的磷酸(85%)和200.81重量份的TEAOH(四乙基氢氧化铵)(水中,35%),以及之后的38.09重量份的硅溶胶和0.81重量份的硅掺杂的氧化钛添加到所得混合物中,结果是得到具有以下组成的合成混合物:
得到具有以下摩尔组成的合成凝胶混合物:
Al2O3:P2O5:0.4SiO2:0.02TiO2:1TEAOH:35H2O
将具有以上组成的合成凝胶混合物转移到不锈钢高压釜中。搅拌高压釜并将其加热至180℃,其中该温度保持68小时。在冷却之后,滤出得到的产物,用去离子水洗涤,并在烘箱中于100℃干燥。所得产物的X射线衍射显示出,产物为TAPSO-34。元素分析揭示出0.05%Ti、3.7%Si、17.9%Al和17.2%P的组成,其相应于Ti0.001Si0.097Al0.491P0.411的化学计量。由此得到的具有0.01%Ti的非本发明磷酸钛硅铝具有比本发明磷酸肽硅铝的0.2wt.-%的最小比例更低的钛比例。根据产物的REM分析(光栅电子显微镜),其晶体尺寸在0.5μm~2.5μm的范围内。
然后将所得产物之后在550℃煅烧1h。
比较例3:
对非本发明TAPSO-34的IR光谱学
为确定非本发明磷酸钛硅铝中的四面体配位钛原子,用IR光谱学检测磷酸钛硅铝。可以在CO吸附在钛的空闲配位点后通过IR光谱学的方式基于2192±5cm-1处的特征CO-Ti振动带检测钛的四面体配位。
为进行比较,在CO处理后也通过IR光谱学的方式检测不含钛的SAPO-34以及由不含钛SAPO-34与3.4wt.-%TiO2(锐钛矿)构成的混合物的样品。因为非本发明的TAPSO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34具有相同的结构,后者可以选为比较物质。作为另一比较物质,用相同的方法检测由不含钛SAPO-34与TiO2构成的混合物,因为此处不存在插入磷酸硅铝框架中的钛原子。
测试过程:
将粉状样品,非本发明TAPSO-34、不含钛的SAPO-34和不含钛的SAPO-34以及由不含钛SAPO-34与3.4wt.-%TiO2构成的混合物,压制成自支承片剂,直径为13mm,重量为10~20mg,压力为约0~3公吨。在具有MCT检测器的Thermo Nicolet4700光谱仪上记录所吸附一氧化碳的FTIR测量。装置具有特别设计的与低温室(窗口材料ZnSe)连接的高真空体系。记录IR光谱,以分辨率为4cm-1的传输模式,在400~4000cm-1的范围内,128次扫描。将样品在450℃的温度在高真空(最大1×10-5mbar)中活化2h。然后在液氮的帮助下将室冷却至-196℃。之后,在10mbar下吸附一氧化碳,并再次逐渐抽空,直至CO带不再可见或已经建立恒定状态。在每个光谱之前,使恒定量的氦进入室,以保证恒定样品温度。
在图1中给出本发明TAPSO-34、非本发明TAPSO-34、不含钛SAPO-34以及不含钛SAPO-34与TiO2的混合物的IR光谱。
显示出,非本发明的磷酸钛硅铝在IR光谱中2192±5cm-1处也没有可检测的CO带。因为非常少的钛插入框架中,因此,几乎不存在四面体配位钛原子。插入框架中的四面体钛所特有的IR带应该在2192±5cm-1处可见,但是没有在SAPO-34或混合有TiO2的SAPO-34中找到。
Claims (12)
1.一种磷酸钛硅铝,具有四面体配位钛,所述四面体配位钛具有用于CO的空闲配位点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述四面体配位钛在IR光谱中2192±5cm-1处具有Ti-CO带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述Ti-CO IR带具有0.005~0.025的强度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述磷酸钛硅铝在框架中包含0.06~5wt.-%的钛。
5.根据权利要求4所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述磷酸钛硅铝具有0.01:0.01:1~0.2:0.2:1的Ti/Si/(Al+P)比率。
6.根据权利要求5所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述磷酸钛硅铝具有0.05~3的Si/Al比率。
7.根据权利要求6所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述磷酸钛硅铝在高达900℃具有水热稳定性。
8.根据权利要求7所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,其选自TAPSO-5、TAPSO-8、TAPSO-11、TAPSO-16、TAPSO-17、TAPSO-18、TAPSO-20、TAPSO-31、TAPSO-34、TAPSO-35、TAPSO-36、TAPSO-37、TAPSO-40、TAPSO-41、TAPSO-42、TAPSO-44、TAPSO-47、TAPSO-56。
9.根据权利要求8所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,所述磷酸钛硅铝包含至少一种其它金属,其选自锂、钠、钾、镁、钙、锶、钡、钪、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、钴、硼、铷、钇、锆、铌、钼、钌、铑、钯、银、镉、铟、锡、镧、铪、钽、钨、铼、锇、铱、铂、金、和/或铋。
10.根据权利要求9所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其特征在于,相对于所述磷酸钛硅铝的总重,含有其它金属的所述磷酸钛硅铝包含1wt.-%至20wt.-%的金属。
11.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的磷酸钛硅铝,其微晶尺寸为0.1μm~10μm。
12.一种用于制备磷酸钛硅铝的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)提供至少包含铝源、磷源、硅源、模板和钛源的水性合成凝胶混合物,
b)在150~350℃的温度搅拌数个小时,
c)过滤并在100℃的温度干燥,
d)在400~600℃的温度煅烧,
e)获得含有钛的磷酸硅铝,
其中所述钛源选自TiO2、TiOSO4和包含0.5~25wt.-%二氧化硅的TiO2。
