Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于支承摇杆的轴承设备。
背景技术
相应的设备用于安装调整杆、尤其是汽车座椅的座椅调整装置(如纵向或高度调整装置)中的调整杆。在那里设置纵向调整轨,这些纵向调整轨构造成相对于固定于车辆底部的导轨可移动。为了操作调整机构,通常在纵向调整轨上安装可围绕横向于行驶方向的轴线枢转的摇杆。为了支承该摇杆,必须在调整轨上设置轴承螺栓。由于调整轨通常是具有大致C形型材横截面的容纳件,所以常规的螺栓不能从内部穿过为此设置的孔。
由US4,516,811已知,将螺母的端面与调整轨焊接,以便使调整轨与坐垫框架连接。这应简化与坐垫框架的安装。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种用于支承可围绕枢转轴线枢转的摇杆的轴承设备,该轴承设备节省安装空间且节省构件地构造。
根据本发明,优选构造成翼形螺母或翼形螺栓的保持元件固定在具有至少两个成角度的区段的容纳件的内侧上,所述容纳件优选构造成汽车座椅的型轨或纵向调整轨。该固定借助连接面实现,所述连接面优选是构造成翼形螺母或翼形螺栓的保持元件的翼面,其中保持元件和容纳件之间的连接设置在容纳件的内侧上并且尤其是可通过焊接或铆接形成。尤其是可规定,所述连接面不垂直于待支承的摇杆的或待设置在保持元件上的枢转螺栓的枢转轴线。保持元件和容纳件的连接在两个区段中、简言之至少在容纳件的更远离待支承的摇杆的区段的内侧上进行。另外设置有缺口,该缺口优选在容纳件的两个区段的一部分上延伸并且尤其是被待支承的摇杆的支承轴线或枢转轴线穿过。保持元件(无论是构造成翼形螺母还是翼形螺栓)具有相同成形的轴承区段,使得容纳件中的缺口也可构造成相同的并且因此只须提供一种类型的容纳件,而与应用情况是需要翼形螺母还是翼形螺栓还是其它保持元件无关。
优选地,保持元件的一部分、尤其是容纳或具有轴承螺栓的轴承区段被置入或装入到容纳件中,在此可进一步规定,保持元件以轴承区段的至少一个区域安置在缺口的边缘区域上,从而给出附加的支承面。优选地,缺口的形状匹配于轴承区段的形状,使得在保持元件置入容纳件中时可形成形状锁合。优选地,轴承区段尤其是具有大致旋转对称的、优选大致截锥形的形状。因而,容纳件中的与此匹配的缺口优选在第一区段的区域中构造成大致梯形的并且在第二区段的区域中构造成大致圆弧形的,使得轴承区段的支承在第二区段上的部分与第二区段形成形状锁合。
通过将轴承区段设置或置入缺口中,待容纳的摇杆的枢转轴线可位于容纳件的两个区段之间的角度的高度上。尤其是,枢转轴线可位于第二区段的平面中。

具体实施方式
图1A或1B中所示的保持元件1在所示例子中构造成具有连接面1b的翼形螺母,所述连接面在所示例子中在轴承区段1a的两侧延伸。轴承区段1在图中作为旋转对称体构造成大致截锥形的,但也可具有其它形状、如图2A所示。非对称形状也是可能的。轴承区段1原则上用于容纳轴承螺栓,该轴承螺栓在所示例子中例如可拧入设置在轴承区段中的螺纹1c中或以其它方式被轴承区段所容纳。优选地,待容纳在轴承区段处的摇杆(未示出)的枢转轴线A延伸经过轴承区段1的容纳部1c。优选地,枢转轴线A和轴承区段1a的对称轴线重叠。用附图标记1d表示轴承区段1a的一个区域,该区域设置用于贴靠或安置在容纳件上。
在图2A和2B中示出保持元件的另一种实施方式,其中相似的构件和区段相对于图1A和1B中所示的方案以“'”来标记。与上述实施方式不同,保持元件1'构造成翼形螺栓并且与图1A和1B所示的方案的区别仅在于轴承螺栓1c'的存在,该轴承螺栓用于容纳摇杆(未示出)。另外,区段1a'、1b'和1d'具有与图1A和1B中的部件1a、1b、1d相同的功能,因此为避免重复参见上述实施方式。
在图3A和3B或4A和4B中示出根据本发明的轴承设备,下面共同说明这两种实施方式。尤其是如在图3A和4A中可见,设置有容纳件2,该容纳件在所示例子中构造为C型轨,如其尤其是用作汽车座椅中的纵向调整轨。也可想到其它的型材,对于本发明而言重要的仅在于,容纳件具有两个彼此成角度的区段、即第一区段2a和(优选与第一区段直接相邻的)第二区段2b。容纳件2具有缺口2c,该缺口在一部分第一区段2a和一部分第二区段2b上延伸。
所述缺口匹配于保持元件1、1',更确切地说,位于翼部1b或1b'之间的轴承区段可插入该缺口中,并且翼部1b、1b'的至少部分表面贴靠在第二区段2b的内侧上。容纳件2的内侧在图3B和图4B中示出,在其中也可看到第一区段2a和第二区段2b的内侧。与此相对,图3A和4A示出区段2a和2b的相应外侧。在所示例子中,枢转轴线A大致平行于第二区段2b的外侧。优选地,该枢转轴线穿过第一区段2a和第二区段2b之间的角度区段。
优选地,至少一个用作连接面的翼部1b、1b'与容纳件2的第二区段2b连接、优选铆接或焊接。相对于翼面突出的轴承区段1a、1a'位于容纳件的缺口2c中;优选地,在此形成形状锁合,其中在这里具有弧形形状的区域1d可安置在缺口的在第一区段2a区域中的窄面上,但并非必须如此。所述连接(例如焊接或类似方式)也可设置在其它位置上。
根据本发明,保持元件1、1'可从容纳件2或相应型材的内侧置入容纳件2的缺口2c中并且随后与该容纳件或型材固定连接。之后,轴承螺栓(其在图4A、4B的例子中已经是保持元件1'的集成组件并且在图3A或3B中例如通过拧入容纳部1c而被装入)可与摇杆(未示出)装配,该摇杆的位置面向容纳件2的第一区段2a的外侧。
因此,可简单地以少量构件实现杆的枢转支承,将保持元件1、1'内部安装在容纳件2的内侧节省了安装空间并且无需外部适配件。优选地,可设置具有相同或相似成形的轴承区段的翼形螺母1和翼形螺栓,使得只需提供一种类型的具有相同缺口2c的容纳件型材2,这同时提高了安装的灵活性。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于支承可围绕枢转轴线(A)枢转的摇杆的轴承设备,该轴承设备包括具有至少两个彼此成角度的区段(2a、2b)的容纳件(2),其中,容纳件(2)具有内侧和至少一个缺口(2c),所述内侧被限定在背离摇杆位置的第一区段(2a)内侧和面向第一区段(2a)内侧的第二区段(2b)内侧之间,其中,该轴承设备还具有与容纳件(2)连接的保持元件(1、1'),并且其中,该保持元件(1、1')以面向第二区段(2b)内侧的至少一个第一连接面(1b、1b')固定在第二区段(2b)上,并且保持元件(1、1')插入容纳件(2)中,使得保持元件(1、1')的设置为用于支承摇杆的轴承区段(1a、1a')位于缺口(2c)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,轴承区段(1a、1a')的形状匹配于缺口(2c)的形状,使得在保持元件(1、1')置入缺口(2c)中时能够形成形状锁合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,所述第一连接面(1b、1b')不垂直于枢转轴线(A)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,保持元件(1、1')以轴承区段(1a、1a')的至少一个区域(1d、1d')安置在缺口(2c)的边缘区域上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,容纳件(2)是纵向调整轨。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,容纳件(2)在一部分第一区段(2a)和一部分第二区段(2b)上延伸。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,为了将摇杆安装在轴承区段(1a、1a')的区域中,保持元件(1、1')具有与其固定连接的、沿枢转轴线(A)的方向延伸的轴承螺栓(1c')或具有沿枢转轴线(A)的方向延伸的用于装入轴承螺栓的缺口(1c)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,保持元件(1、1')构造成翼形螺母(1)或具有翼形头的螺栓(1')的形式。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,保持元件(1、1')与容纳件(2)铆接或焊接。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,轴承区段(1a、1a')构造成大致旋转对称的,并且缺口(2c)匹配于该形状。
11.根据权利要求10所述的轴承设备,其特征在于,缺口(2c)在第一区段(2a)中构造成大致梯形的并且在第二区段(2b)中构造成大致圆弧形的。
