Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于打磨在两端被夹紧的轴形工件的磨床,其包括主轴座和尾座,工件可在两者间被夹紧,还包括至少一个砂轮轴和修整装置。
背景技术
DE 10 2008 055 795 A1涉及立式轴磨床,其包括竖立的工件轴和悬置的尾座。它们对应于两个打磨单元。在工件轴的壳体上,左右分别设有一个修整单元,多个砂轮可被进给向该修整单元以做平面修整。或者,修整装置可安装在可在两个轴向上运动的刀具单元如转刀塔上。这样,两个打磨单元的砂轮可被修整。
发明内容
本发明的任务是在上述类型的磨床中简化修整。本发明的任务还在于提出一种灵活的装置,其中,成型砂轮或带有侧凹部的砂轮可被修整。利用根据权利要求1的磨床来完成该任务。有利的改进方案是从属权利要求的主题。

具体实施方式
图1示出了磨床,其包括悬置于机座1上的主轴座2和固定不动的竖立的尾座5。主轴座2可沿导轨7运动以夹紧不同长短的工件4。工件4在两端在卡盘8和尾座5之间被夹紧。尾座5连同修整轴16安置在转动台14上。通过使转动台14绕转动轴15转动,可以交替地使尾座5来到工件支承位置或使修整轴16来到修整位置。这两个砂轮轴11、11’连同悬置的砂轮12、12’设置在工件4的对置两侧并同时在支座13处介入工作。它们通过十字滑架可水平和竖向运动。这些十字滑架分别包括通过竖直导向机构3被导向移动且可由电动机驱动的竖直滑架6、6’和同样可由电动机驱动的水平滑架9、9’,所述水平滑架可通过水平导轨10、10’运动。在图2中示出了对砂轮12、12’的周面18的修整。为此,使转动台14转动了180°,从而修整轮17位于修整位置。特别有利的是,两个砂轮12和12’可移动到修整轴16的作用范围中,因此可以用唯一的修整装置来进行修整。根据图3,除周面18外,也可以在砂轮12、12’的侧面整修与周面相邻的边缘区21。因为砂轮轴11、11’可通过十字滑架水平和竖直运动,所以它们能相对于修整轮17沿预定轨迹运动。此时,通过使修整轴16绕转动轴15转动,修整轮17的工作面可根据需要垂直于、平行于或以期望的角度相对于砂轮12表面来取向。如图4所示,例如可以通过这种方式有利地修整成型砂轮20的轮廓形状。图5示出了另一个有利的实施方式。在那里示出了带有侧凹部19的砂轮12,利用修整轮17来修整该侧凹部。
通过将修整轴16安置在尾座5的附近,可以用唯一的修整轴16来修整设于主轴座2的对置两侧的砂轮轴11、11’,并且将尾座5和修整轴16共同安置在转动台14上允许获得结构很紧凑且省地的机床结构。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于打磨轴形工件(4)的磨床,其包括:
用于夹紧该工件(4)的主轴座(2)和尾座(5);
至少一个砂轮轴(11),其带有用于打磨该工件(4)的砂轮(12);和
修整轴(16),
其中,该主轴座(2)和该尾座(5)和/或该砂轮轴(11)为了在所述砂轮(12)和所述工件(4)之间获得产生期望的工件形状的打磨相对运动而按照受控运动的方式设置,
其特征是,
该尾座(5)和该修整轴(16)共同设置在一个转动台(14)上,并且通过使该转动台绕转动轴(15)转动,能够交替地使该尾座(5)运动到用于支承该工件(4)的位置,或者使该修整轴(16)运动到用于修整该砂轮(12)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨床,其包括至少两个带有砂轮(12,12’)的砂轮轴(11,11’),其特征是,这两个砂轮(12,12’)中的每一个砂轮都能够移动到该修整轴(16)的作用范围中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磨床,其中,该修整轴(16)具有修整轮(17),其特征是,该修整轮(17)的工作面能够根据需要垂直于、平行于该砂轮(12,12’)的表面或以期望的角度相对于该砂轮(12,12’)的表面来取向。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的磨床,其包括成型砂轮(20),其特征是,该成型砂轮(20)和该修整轮(17)能够沿着预定轨迹彼此相对运动,以产生预定的轮廓形状。
5.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的磨床,其中,至少其中一个砂轮(12,12’)具有侧凹部(19),其特征是,该侧凹部(19)能够利用该修整轮(17)的工作面被修整。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的磨床,其特征是,这些砂轮轴(11,11’)设置在该工件(4)的对置两侧。
7.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的磨床,其特征是,该主轴座(2)在机座(1)上能够竖向移动,并且该尾座(5)设置在该主轴座(2)的下方或反之。
