Abstract

本发明提供一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方及生产工艺,该配方按照质量百分比,包括:65-70%的食品级滑石粉、26-31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。该生产工艺包括步骤:A、将聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇投入储料罐中;B、通过送料管到达上料机;C、在混合罐中混合的同时经220-240℃的温度加热融化;D、加热融化后经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段210-230℃,出口处180-200℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料;E、高温的条状材料经挤出机挤出后立刻传送入冷却池冷却定型。该配方及生产工艺既能保证滑石粉不被烧焦,也能保证聚丙烯能充分融化,且该配方材料轻、耐高温、又增加了通过该配方生产出来的食品包装容器的硬度和可降解性。

Description

一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方及生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及环保的食品塑料包装容器原料技术领域,特别涉及一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方及生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,尤其是食品安全事故的频繁发生,广大消费者对食品包装容器的要求不仅只是局限于其方便性和快捷性,而且对包装容器和材料的质量和安全性能要求更加严格,特别是随着国家禁塑令的发布,更加提醒了人们对于食品包装容器的安全性和环保性的关注。现在国内市场上的环保食品塑料包装容器的在配方上多采用聚丙烯及滑石粉复合的方法,聚丙烯是通过石油提炼的,如果聚丙烯含量过高,会增加石油的进口量,浪费能源,增加生产成本,如果聚丙烯含量过低,最终产品质量大、脆性高,不符合一次性餐具轻便的要求。
另外,现有技术中,在生产过程中,由于温度高,滑石粉被烧焦,影响后续工序及产品美观;或者,由于温度低,聚丙烯不足以融化,影响挤出成型工序。
发明内容
本发明提供一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方及生产工艺,既能保证滑石粉不被烧焦,也能保证聚丙烯能充分融化,保证后续挤出成型工序的顺利进行,从而保证最终产品的质量,且该配方材料轻、耐高温、又增加了通过该配方生产出来的食品包装容器的硬度和可降解性,且生产出来的食品包装容器在焚烧时可防止毒气二噁英的产生,可回收利用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方,其按照质量百分比,包括:65-70%的食品级滑石粉、26-31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
优选地,按照质量百分比,包括:65%的食品级滑石粉、31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
优选地,按照质量百分比,包括:70%的食品级滑石粉、26%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
优选地,按照质量百分比,包括:68%的食品级滑石粉、28%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
本发明还提供一种聚丙烯复合材料的生产工艺,其包括步骤:
A、按照上述技术方案提供的配方按照相应的比例,将聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇投入储料罐中;
B、经过真空泵的抽送作用,聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇通过送料管到达上料机;
C、聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇在混合罐中混合的同时经220-240℃的温度加热融化;
D、加热融化后的原料进入双螺杆挤出机,经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段210-230℃,出口处180-200℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料;
E、高温的条状材料经挤出机挤出后立刻传送入冷却池冷却定型。
优选地,在所述步骤E之后,进一步的,还包括:冷却定型后的条状材料经切粒机切割为颗粒状。
优选地,该冷却池的长度为3米。
优选地,该颗粒状产品的长3mm、直径3mm。
优选地,该条状材料的直径3mm。
优选地,所述步骤C中,将所述聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇在混合罐中混合的同时经230℃的温度加热融化。
优选地,所述步骤D中,加热融化后的原料进入双螺杆挤出机,经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段220℃、出口处190℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料。
通过实施以上技术方案,具有以下技术效果:本发明提供的聚丙烯复合材料的配方及生产工艺,既能保证滑石粉不被烧焦,也能保证聚丙烯能充分融化,保证后续挤出成型工序的顺利进行,从而保证最终产品的质量。且该配方材料轻、耐高温、又增加了通过该配方生产出来的食品包装容器的硬度和可降解性,且生产出来的食品包装容器在焚烧时可防止毒气二噁英的产生,可回收利用。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面详细描述本发明提供的实施例。
本发明实施例提供一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方,按照质量百分比,包括:65-70%的食品级滑石粉、26-31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
实施例一:所述配方按照质量百分比,包括:65%的食品级滑石粉、31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
实施例二:所述配方按照质量百分比,包括:70%的食品级滑石粉、26%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
实施例三:所述配方按照质量百分比,包括:68%的食品级滑石粉、28%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
上述聚丙烯复合材料的配方的加工工艺为:将按照上述各实施例提供的各组份的比例,将聚丙烯和滑石粉在高温下边混合边融化,溶化后的原液进入挤出成型机。该工艺包括以下具体步骤:
A、按照上述各实施例提供的配方及相应的比例,将聚丙烯树脂和食品级滑石粉投入储料罐中。
B、经过真空泵的抽送作用,聚丙烯树脂和食品级滑石粉通过送料管到达上料机。
C、聚丙烯树脂和食品级滑石粉在混合罐中混合的同时经220-240℃的温度加热融化,优选地,所述温度为230℃。
D、加热融化后的原料进入双螺杆挤出机,经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段210-230℃、出口处180-200℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料,优选地,该条状材料的直径3mm。优选地,该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段220℃、出口处190℃温度的条件下挤出成型。
E、高温的条状材料经挤出机挤出后立刻传送入冷却池冷却定型,优选地,该冷却池的长度为3米。
另外,在其他的实施例中,更进一步的,可以根据实际使用的需要,还包括步骤:F、冷却后的条状材料经切粒机切割为颗粒状,优选地,该颗粒的长3mm、直径3mm。

1.一种聚丙烯复合材料的配方。其特征在于,按照质量百分比,包括:65-70%的食品级滑石粉、26-31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
2.如权利要求1所述配方,其特征在于,按照质量百分比,包括:65%的食品级滑石粉、31%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
3.如权利要求1所述配方,其特征在于,按照质量百分比,包括:70%的食品级滑石粉、26%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
4.如权利要求1所述配方,其特征在于,按照质量百分比,包括:68%的食品级滑石粉、28%的聚丙烯和4%的聚乙二醇。
5.一种聚丙烯复合材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
A、按照权利要求1-4任意所述的配方和比例,将聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇投入储料罐中;
B、经过真空泵的抽送作用,聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇通过送料管到达上料机;
C、聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇在混合罐中混合的同时经220-240℃的温度加热融化;
D、加热融化后的原料进入双螺杆挤出机,经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段210-230℃,出口处180-200℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料;
E、高温的条状材料经挤出机挤出后立刻传送入冷却池冷却定型。
6.如权利要求5所述生产工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤E之后,进一步的,还包括:冷却定型后的条状材料经切粒机切割为颗粒状。
7.如权利要求5所述生产工艺,其特征在于,该冷却池的长度为3米,该条状材料的直径3mm。
8.如权利要求6所述生产工艺,其特征在于,该颗粒状产品的长3mm、直径3mm。
9.如权利要求5所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤C中,将所述聚丙烯树脂、食品级滑石粉和聚乙二醇在混合罐中混合的同时经230℃的温度加热融化。
10.如权利要求5所述生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤D中,加热融化后的原料进入双螺杆挤出机,经过该双螺杆挤出机的螺杆前段220℃、出口处190℃温度的条件下挤出成型,挤出条状材料。
