Abstract

一种膨胀套筒,有膨胀锥可退入一个膨胀套筒, 膨胀锥和膨胀套筒间有一个用塑料之类制造的低摩 擦套筒。膨胀时,膨胀套筒将低摩擦套筒的一部分材 料,在膨胀锥的锥形表面上挤碎。结果膨胀锥金属表 面上的孔眼,和互相抵靠的膨胀套筒上,覆盖低摩擦 套筒的材料。便可取得膨胀套筒和膨胀锥之间的良 好低摩擦性,和良好的事后膨胀能力。

Description

本发明涉及一种膨胀螺栓,有一个膨胀锥可向一个膨胀套筒内退入,该锥体布置在螺栓主杆的一端上,另端上有一个螺纹固定元件。
德国专利DE-OS3,420,375号揭示一种膨胀螺栓,在主杆端上有一个膨胀圆锥,可后退入膨胀套筒内。在该说明书中膨胀锥可如下述后退:一个安排在螺栓主杆另端上的螺纹件,抵靠需固定的物件,从而旋拧螺纹件时,将主杆以及膨胀锥在插入膨胀螺栓的钻孔中向外拉。同时保持膨胀套筒在钻孔中固定,被膨胀锥膨胀,强压在钻孔壁上。
这种膨胀螺栓适宜用于混凝土砌体中。假如事后钻孔扩大,例如由于有裂缝形成时,为了继续发挥其可靠夹持作用,便需作进一步膨胀。但是如果膨胀螺栓在钻孔中锚定时,事后膨胀的可能性,受到膨胀锥和膨胀套筒间压力的不利影响。如膨胀力相当大时,膨胀套筒便可能在膨胀锥上卡住。
作为本发明基础的课题,是提出一种膨胀螺栓,在金属膨胀锥和金属膨胀套筒间有良好的低摩擦性能。
问题的解决在于用开始时提及的类型的膨胀螺栓:其膨胀锥上形成一个止动件,朝向螺栓主杆,一个在膨胀锥前方的低摩擦套筒在上面依靠,可由膨胀套筒使其变形;可将膨胀套筒从低摩擦套筒上推过,到达膨胀锥上。
低摩擦套筒使用的材料在膨胀过程中可变形,因而低摩擦套筒一部分的材料被膨胀套筒携带并被锥形表面挤碎。锥形表面上的孔眼被低摩擦套筒的材料覆盖,套在膨胀锥上的膨胀套筒的内表面上的孔眼,也有同样的覆盖。就意味着膨胀锥和膨胀套筒间的滑动能力大为增高,从而事后膨胀能力提高。
在理想实施方安中,止动件上面的低摩擦套筒,伸出相邻的膨胀锥表面的外方。膨胀时由于膨胀套筒及低摩擦套筒间的高压,将伸出的材料沿膨胀锥的锥形表面扩展。在膨胀锥和膨胀套筒间产生一个低摩擦膜,其厚度取决于低摩擦套筒使用的材料,和低摩擦套筒的尺寸。有与膨胀锥的锥形对应的锥形外周表面、用聚酰胺制造的低摩擦套筒,可取得特别好的试验结果。
由低摩擦套筒在上面抵靠,将套筒保持在膨胀锥前面的止动件,最好是围绕膨胀锥的一个肩台的环形表面。低摩擦套筒的远离螺栓主杆的端面靠在这肩台上。
膨胀套筒有一个圆锥形内表面,可和膨胀锥的锥形对应。此外,膨胀套筒的锥形内表面有利于在膨胀时,取得低摩擦套筒的部分材料在膨胀锥上如薄纸似均匀分布的理想效果。
还可以使用软金属制的低摩擦套筒,例如铅制套筒而不用塑料低摩擦套筒。
现参照附图中的一个实施方案,对本发明作详细叙述。
图示金属膨胀螺栓,插入砌体2的钻孔1中。膨胀螺栓有一个主杆3,一个和主杆3连接的膨胀锥4,一个膨胀套筒5和一个紧固螺纹件6。在膨胀套筒5和螺栓之杆3之间有一个固定件,形式为环形弹簧件7,在膨胀前将膨胀套筒5在钻孔1中固定。
在膨胀锥4和膨胀套筒5之间,布置一个低摩擦套筒8,依靠形成膨胀锥4周缘的肩台10的环形表面9。于是环形表面作低摩擦套筒8的止动件。低摩擦套筒8的一个内径,与穿过膨胀套筒的轴12的部分11的直径相当。
膨胀件带膨胀锥4,利用轴12及一个螺纹部13,和螺栓主杆3刚性连接。将紧固螺纹件拧紧时,螺栓主杆3带膨胀锥4,共同向钻孔口移动。由于有固定件7将膨胀套筒5在钻孔中定位,低摩擦套筒8及膨胀锥4进入膨胀套筒5,将其撑开,直至膨胀套筒5以所要求的力挤在钻孔壁上。
在作膨胀时,在止动件10的区域中伸出的低摩擦套筒8的一部分材料,在膨胀套筒5的高压力下,在膨胀锥4的锥形表面上展开,这过程中至少将锥形表面上的孔眼覆盖,于是膨胀套筒5及膨胀锥4间的滑动能力大为增高。因此在作膨胀时,在紧固螺纹件6上仅需施加较小的转矩,而且如果事后钻孔1扩大,事后的膨胀能力也很大提高。为求有防止膨胀套筒5从钻孔1中滑出的可靠性,固定件7仅需有相对小的夹持力。
在该实施方案中,低摩擦套筒8用聚酰胺制造,而膨胀螺栓的其余部分用金属制造。

Claims (8)

1、一种膨胀螺栓有一个膨胀锥可向一个膨胀套筒内退入,该锥体布置在螺栓主杆的一端上,另端上有一个形式为螺纹件之类的固定元件,特征在于膨胀锥(4)上形成一个止动件(9),朝向螺栓主杆(3),一个在膨胀锥(4)前方的低摩擦套筒(8)在上面依靠,可由膨胀套筒(5)使其变形;可将膨胀套筒(5)从低摩擦套筒(8)上推过,到达膨胀锥(4)上面。
2、如权利要求1中之膨胀螺栓,特征为止动元件(9)上的低摩擦套筒(8),伸出相邻的膨胀锥(4)的表面的外面。
3、如权利要求1或2中之膨胀螺栓,特征为摩擦套筒(8)有一个锥形外周表面。
4、如权利要求3中之膨胀螺栓,特征为膨胀锥(4)的锥形和低摩擦套筒(8)的锥形近似相同。
5、如前述权利要求中任何一项之膨胀螺栓,特征为止动件是形成膨胀锥(4)边缘的肩台(10)的环形表面(9)。
6、如前述权利要求中任何一项之膨胀螺栓,特征为膨胀套筒(5)有一个锥形内表面,和膨胀锥(4)的锥形对应。
7、如前述权利要求中任何一项之膨胀螺栓,特征为低摩擦套筒(8)有低摩擦性易变形材料构成。
8、如权利要求7中之膨胀筒,特征为低摩擦套筒(8)用聚酰胺或其他适当的塑料制造。
