Abstract

一种膨胀套筒、有膨胀锥可退入一个膨胀套筒,膨胀锥和膨胀套筒间有一个用塑料之类制造的低摩擦套筒。膨胀时、膨胀套筒将低摩擦套筒的一部分材料,在膨胀锥的锥形表面上挤碎,结果膨胀锥金属表面上的孔眼,和互相抵靠的膨胀套筒上。覆盖低摩擦套筒的材料。便可取得膨胀套筒和膨胀锥之间的良好低摩擦性。和良好的事后膨胀能力。

Description

本发明涉及一种膨胀螺栓,有一膨胀锥可向一个膨胀套筒内退入,该锥体布置在螺栓主杆的一端上,另端上有一个螺纹固定元件。
按欧洲专利EP-A-0188172或美国专利US4556806,一种带膨胀套筒和一个螺纹件的金属膨胀螺栓已为公知。该膨胀螺栓在其端部具有一可进入膨胀套筒的膨胀锥。膨胀锥是以下列方式进入膨胀套筒的,即设在螺纹件另一端的螺母支撑在欲加固定的物体上,通过旋紧螺纹件的螺母而使膨胀锥沿钻孔口方向被抽拉。此时膨胀套筒固定在钻孔内,被膨胀锥撑开。为提高已相当于膨胀套筒两倍壁厚的最大撑开程度,在此已公知的螺栓的膨胀锥上添置了一个可扩张的锥形套筒。通过该锥形套筒的不同角度就可做到先是膨胀锥进入锥形套筒,随后锥形套筒连同膨胀锥把膨胀套筒撑开。
然而这样的过程只有在软性的结构材料中才能固紧公知的螺栓。在坚硬的结构材料如混凝土中,由于一方面膨胀锥和锥形套筒之间、另一方面锥形套筒和膨胀套筒之间的膨胀压力甚高,在较早阶段就已导致摩擦力极大,致使金属材质的部件冷焊合。由此,如果因开裂而出现钻孔扩大时,既无法实现符合规定的固紧也不能进行再度膨胀。
德国专利DE-A2418598示出一种具有一膨胀体和一膨胀套筒及一个附加套筒的膨胀锚杆,附加套筒的一个部分起膨胀套筒的作用,另一部分起膨胀体作用。膨胀体进入时,不仅此套筒、而且通过设置在此套筒上的膨胀锥使膨胀套筒也撑开,但在这种结构方案中,主要的紧固负荷也由直接被膨胀体撑开的套筒承受,这样,通过两种材质的直接接 触,特别是在坚硬的结构材料中进行紧固时,会导致具有前述后果的冷焊合。
本发明的目的是,提供一种在金属的膨胀锥和金属的膨胀套筒之间具良好滑动性能的膨胀螺栓。
实现此目的的方案是提供一种膨胀螺栓,在其一端具有金属的膨胀套筒(5)及金属的膨胀锥(4),在其另一端具有制为螺纹件(6)或类似物的固定元件;接入一个设在膨胀锥和膨胀套筒之间的套筒(8),膨胀锥可通过固定元件进入膨胀套筒,膨胀锥(4)上设置有一个朝向固定元件的止动件(9),套筒(8)即贴靠其上;套筒(8)是由一种可变形材料制成的低摩擦套筒,从而使低摩擦套筒的部分材料在膨胀过程中,在膨胀套筒的高压下分布在膨胀锥的锥面上,并同时填补锥面上的孔隙。
低摩擦套筒由一种在膨胀过程中可变形的材料制成,从而使低摩擦套筒的部分材料在膨胀过程中被膨胀套筒携带,并压碎后分布在锥面上。膨胀锥及膨胀套筒的锥面上的孔隙和凹痕就被低磨擦套筒的材质充填,从而被整平滚光。其结果是,膨胀锥和膨胀套筒之间的滑动性能在很大程度上得到提高,因而也改进了再度膨胀性能。
在一种有利的实施结构中,止动件上的低摩擦套筒,伸出膨胀锥相邻的外表面之外。伸出的材料在膨胀过程中,由于膨胀套筒和膨胀锥之间的极大挤压而沿膨胀锥的锥面分布。分别按所使用的低摩擦套筒的材质和其伸出的情况可在膨胀锥和膨胀套筒之间形成程度不一的薄薄的滑动膜。使用由聚酰胺制成的低摩擦套筒取得了特别良好的试验结果,这种低摩擦套筒具有相应于膨胀锥锥度的锥形外周表面。
低摩擦套筒支持在膨胀锥前面,最好由一个限制膨胀锥的凸锥的环形表面用作止动件。低摩擦套筒以其背向螺栓的端面贴靠在此止动件上。
膨胀套筒有一锥形的、与膨胀锥的锥形相吻合的内表面。此膨胀套 筒的锥形内表面也有利于达到所希望的、将低摩擦套筒的部分材料在膨过程中均匀地、极薄地分配到膨胀锥表上去的效果。
以下借助一个在附图中示出的实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
附图中描述的金属膨胀螺栓插入一砖石结构2的钻孔1内。膨胀螺栓由一个主杆3、一个与主杆3连接的膨胀锥4、一个膨胀套筒5和一个紧固螺纹件6组成。在膨胀套筒5和螺栓主杆3之间设有一制为弹簧环7的固定元件,它使膨胀套筒5在膨胀前固定在钻孔1内。
在膨胀锥4和膨胀套筒5之间设置有一个低摩擦套筒8,该低磨擦套筒支撑在一个限定膨胀锥的凸缘10的环形表面9上,因而此环形表面9用作低磨擦套筒8的止动件。低磨擦套筒8具有一个与穿过膨胀套筒的栓体12的截段11的内孔直径相一致的内孔直径。
带有膨胀锥4的膨胀体通过栓体12和一个螺纹段13与螺栓主杆3牢固连接。拧紧固定螺纹件6时,螺栓主杆3就和膨胀锥4一道沿钻孔开口方向移动。因为膨胀套筒5通过固定件7固定在钻孔内,所以低磨擦套筒8和膨胀锥4压入膨胀套筒5,并将其撑开,直至膨胀套筒5以所希望的压紧力贴靠在钻孔壁上。
在膨胀过程中,在止动件10范围内伸出的低磨擦套筒8的部分材料在膨胀套筒5的高压下分布在膨胀锥4的锥形表面上。此时至少锥形表面的孔隙被填平,从而使膨胀套筒5和膨胀锥4之间的滑动能力大大提高,这样不仅导致在膨胀过程中、仅须在固定螺纹件6上使用较小的扭矩,也更加大大改进了事后钻孔1扩大时再度膨胀性能。固定件7仅须具有较小的支持力,而可靠防止膨胀套筒5从钻孔1中滑出。
在实施例中,低摩擦套筒8由聚酰胺制成,而膨胀螺栓的其它部分则由金属制成。

Claims (6)

1、一种膨胀螺栓在其一端具有金属的膨胀套筒(5)及金属的膨胀锥(4),在其另一端具有制为螺纹件(6)或类似物的固定元件;接入一个设在膨胀锥和膨胀套筒之间的套筒(8),膨胀锥可通过固定元件进入膨胀套筒,膨胀锥(4)上设置有一个朝向固定元件的止动件(9),套筒(8)即贴靠其上;其特征在于套筒(8)是由一种可变形材料制成的低摩擦套筒,从而使低摩擦套筒的部分材料在膨胀过程中,在膨胀套筒的高压下分布在膨胀锥的锥面上,并同时填补锥面上的孔隙。
2、如权利要求1的膨胀螺栓,特征为止动件(9)上的低摩擦套筒(8)伸到膨胀锥(4)的相邻的外表面之外。
3、如权利要求1的膨胀螺栓,特征为低摩擦套筒(8)有一个锥形的外周表面。
4、如权利要求3的膨胀螺栓,特征为膨胀锥的锥度和低摩擦套筒(8)的锥度近似相同。
5、如权利要求1的膨胀螺栓,特征为止动件是限制膨胀锥(4)的凸缘(10)的环形表面(9)。
6、如前述权利要求中任何一项之一的膨胀螺栓,特征为膨胀套筒(5)有一个和膨胀锥(4)的锥度相对应的锥度内表面。
