技术领域

背景技术
为了将物品固定在基础上,经常要求使用的可膨胀锚栓具有高的抗拉出强度且允许使用螺钉或螺纹杆。为了实现这个目的需要具有内螺纹的金属制造的可膨胀锚栓。而且,在通常发生裂纹的拉力区域内的固定需要可膨胀锚栓的后膨胀性能(Nachspreizverhalten)。由于通常由敲击锚栓公知的可膨胀锚栓没有连续膨胀的能力,文献EP0995914A2提出了一种可膨胀锚栓,其锚栓基础部分具有内螺纹和在其上安装有能够轴向移动的膨胀套筒的膨胀部分。当锚栓基础部分被拉入膨胀套筒后导致可膨胀锚栓被固定,其中膨胀套筒在钻孔中径向夹紧而不会产生轴向移位。此外该文献还提出可膨胀锚栓预先装配地具有带有套筒状放置的压缩元件(Stauchelement)的螺钉。螺钉被旋进锚栓基础部分的内螺纹中,使压缩元件的一端靠在螺钉头上且另一端靠在锚栓基础部分面对螺钉的端面上。压缩元件确保在可膨胀锚栓装入钻孔时,锚栓基础部分被充分地与螺钉头很远地隔离,以使得锚栓基础部分能够被充分地拉进膨胀套筒内而不会与螺钉头提前接触。在此过程中,压缩元件沿轴向压缩。

发明内容
