技术领域
本发明的主题是用于制造钢丝轮的方法和用该方法获得的轮子。
背景技术
本发明具体涉及轮子的生产,这种轮子包括借助辐条来彼此固定的轮缘和轮毂,每根辐条都包括杆,在该杆的相反轴向端设置相应的锚固构件,这些锚固构件能够相应地固定至轮毂和轮缘,其中,用于锚固至轮缘的构件被容纳在固定于轮缘上的基座中,且能够在所述基座中有限地轴向移位。
具有这些特征的轮子可用适于配装无内胎轮胎的特征来生产,例如在同一申请人的专利申请WO 2005/058613中有说明。
该说明基于以下事实:为了生产适于配装这种轮胎的轮子,一方面必须在钩在轮缘上的辐条部件和轮缘自身之间形成气密联接,另一方面必须考虑到使用中的轮缘会经受不可避免的弹性变形,这种弹性变形必须转移到轮缘/辐条组件和/或由轮缘/辐条组件来吸收,而不会损害气密密封。

在附图中,在技术上相似或相同的细节用相同的附图标记来标示。附图标记1整体地标示钢丝轮,该钢丝轮包括由多个辐条来彼此互连的轮缘2和轮毂3,这些辐条在图1中用附图标记4a来标示而在图2中用附图标记4b来标示。

辐条4a更加适用于用诸如铝合金之类的轻质合金的杆来生产辐条。辐条4b更加适用于用钢制成的杆来生产辐条。
用于锚固至轮缘2的装置5包括圆柱形柄脚10,该圆柱形柄脚10在其自由端具有工作键11,后跟环形肩部12,抵靠该环形肩部12支承着由进入并固定在对应基座14中的扣环13来形成的第二肩部。在肩部12、13之间的中间位置,设置第二基座以用于例如O形环之类的密封环15。
在辐条4a中,圆柱形柄脚10伸长以形成辐条自身的杆,并且在相反端具有螺纹盲孔18,具有弯头的终端部分19螺纹地拧入该螺纹盲孔18,该弯头构成用于锚固至轮毂3的装置6。
在辐条4b中,圆柱形柄脚10终止成没有任何延伸且被盲孔18轴向穿孔。在这种情况下,设置部分19,该部分19具有比先前的例子更长的轴向长度,有螺纹且有弯头。弯头可由本身已知的其它装置来替换,以用于锚固在辐条和轮毂之间。
用于锚固在轮缘上的互补装置7包括基座20,该基座20采用基本管状附件21的形式一体地设置在轮缘上,圆柱形柄脚10以用环15确保的密封方式、用汽缸/活塞型的联接容纳在该基座20中,还能够在基座中作由两个肩部12、13限制的轴向移位。通常,在轮缘自身的沟槽22的基部处,肩部12邻接抵靠附件21的根部。
管状附件21是通过对轮缘2在沟槽22处进行局部变形和钻孔来获得的。这种变形和钻孔较佳地通过用熔融尖端对轮缘钻孔来同时实施。可从各种文献中知道这种钻孔方法,例如从EP0150518或从www.flowdrill.com,这种钻孔方法涉及一种钻孔工具,该钻孔工具以相对较高的轴向压力和转速与待钻孔的材料相接触。产生的热量使材料变软且有延展性,从而材料可用钻孔工具移位且沿馈送方向输送,从而在所述的情况下形成圆柱形的管状附件,该管状附件沿着远离轮缘的方向从外部渐缩。
然而,已做好准备可用不同的技术来获得管状附件,这些技术基本上是在所涉及的区域使轮缘热变形或冷变形,诸如深冲压或冲孔技术等等。
借助上述在轮缘和辐条的相应锚固构件之间的汽缸/活塞型联接,轮缘可以在使用中弹性变形,而不会损害轮缘/辐条联接的密封,因此使轮胎的膨胀腔保持气密,由此能正确使用轮胎而不用空气腔(所谓的“无内胎”。)同时,可用简单的方式、高速的加工和低成本来生产轮子。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于制造钢丝轮的方法,这种钢丝轮包括借助多个辐条(4a、4b)来彼此固定的轮缘(2)和轮毂(3),每个辐条都包括杆,在所述杆的相反轴向端设置相应的锚固构件(5、6),所述锚固构件能够相应地固定至所述轮毂和所述轮缘,其中,用于锚固至所述轮缘的所述构件(5)容纳在固定于所述轮缘上的基座(20)中并能够在所述基座(20)中有限地轴向移位,其特征在于,所述基座采用所述轮缘的管状附件(21)的形式一体地设置所述轮缘上,所述锚固构件(5)以密封的方式、用汽缸/活塞型的联接容纳在所述管状附件中,从而在所述轴向移位中保持所述密封的联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述管状附件(21)是通过对所述轮缘(2)在其沟槽(22)处进行局部变形和钻孔来获得的。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述变形和钻孔通过用熔融尖端对所述轮缘钻孔来同时实施。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,用于所述汽缸/活塞型联接的冲程限制装置(12、13)设置在所述锚固构件上。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述锚固构件包括圆柱形柄脚(10),所述圆柱形柄脚在所述基座(20)中可以气密的方式轴向滑动,所述气密密封是借助在所述柄脚和所述基座之间插入至少一个密封环(15)来获得的。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述密封环(15)设置在所述冲程限制装置(12、13)之间的中间位置。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述管状附件的外表面沿着远离所述轮缘的方向渐缩。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于制造钢丝轮的方法,其特征在于,所述锚固构件(5)与所述杆一体设置。
9.一种钢丝轮,包括借助多个辐条(4a、4b)来彼此固定的轮缘(2)和轮毂(3),每个辐条都包括杆,在所述杆的相反轴向端设置相应的锚固构件(5、6),所述锚固构件能够相应地固定至所述轮毂和所述轮缘,其中,用于锚固至所述轮缘的所述构件(5)容纳在固定于所述轮缘上的基座(20)中并能够在所述基座(20)中有限地轴向移位,其特征在于,所述基座采用所述轮缘的管状附件(21)的形式一体地设置所述轮缘(2)上,所述锚固构件以密封的方式、用汽缸/活塞型的联接容纳在所述管状附件中,从而在所述轴向移位中保持所述密封的联接。
