Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:氯化EVA45-55、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂25-35、微晶蜡25-30、改性水溶性酚醛树脂10-15、混合粉3-5、蒙脱石粉23-28、抗氧剂1010 2.3-2.5、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-1.5、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯0.9-1.1、己烷基胺1.8-2.2;本发明配方合理,以氯化EVA为主料,价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了混合粉和微晶蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了蒙脱石粉和改性水溶性酚醛树脂,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

一种含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:氯化EVA 45-55、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂 25-35、微晶蜡25-30、改性水溶性酚醛树脂10-15、混合粉3-5、蒙脱石粉23-28、抗氧剂1010  2.3-2.5、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-1.5、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯0.9-1.1、己烷基胺1.8-2.2。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:氯化EVA  50、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂 30、微晶蜡28、改性水溶性酚醛树脂12、混合粉4、蒙脱石粉25、抗氧剂1010  2.4、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯1.0、己烷基胺2.0。
含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为170-175℃,口模温度为175-180℃,螺杆转速为25-35rpm,加料转速为45-55rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性水溶性酚醛树脂的制备方法为将纳米碳0.5-0.7、水溶性酚醛树脂1-3、羟甲基纤维素1-1.5和二茂铁3-5按重量份混合加热至70-80℃,20-30分钟后冷却得到。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,以氯化EVA为主料,价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了混合粉和微晶蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了蒙脱石粉和改性水溶性酚醛树脂,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:氯化EVA  50、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂 30、微晶蜡28、改性水溶性酚醛树脂12、混合粉4、蒙脱石粉25、抗氧剂1010  2.4、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯1.0、己烷基胺2.0。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为172℃,口模温度为178℃,螺杆转速为30rpm,加料转速为50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性水溶性酚醛树脂的制备方法为将纳米碳0.6、水溶性酚醛树脂2、羟甲基纤维素1.2和二茂铁4按重量份混合加热至75℃,25分钟后冷却得到。
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:氯化EVA 45-55、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂 25-35、微晶蜡25-30、改性水溶性酚醛树脂10-15、混合粉3-5、蒙脱石粉23-28、抗氧剂1010  2.3-2.5、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.0-1.5、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯0.9-1.1、己烷基胺1.8-2.2;所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:氯化EVA  50、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯树脂 30、微晶蜡28、改性水溶性酚醛树脂12、混合粉4、蒙脱石粉25、抗氧剂1010  2.4、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯1.0、己烷基胺2.0。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为170-175℃,口模温度为175-180℃,螺杆转速为25-35rpm,加料转速为45-55rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性水溶性酚醛树脂的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的改性水溶性酚醛树脂的制备方法为将纳米碳0.5-0.7、水溶性酚醛树脂1-3、羟甲基纤维素1-1.5和二茂铁3-5按重量份混合加热至70-80℃,20-30分钟后冷却得到。
