Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐热型热熔胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述耐热型热熔胶包括如下按重量份数计的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯100,增粘剂10~40,高熔点复合蜡10~50,PE-RT0~50,填充剂0~50和抗氧剂0.1~10。本发明所述耐热型热熔胶的耐热性能好,流动性佳,成本低廉,可用于制备PE-RT类钢丝网骨架管,在制备用于输送热水或其它高温介质的PE-RT类钢丝网骨架管时的效果极佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶领域,具体涉及一种耐热型热熔胶及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
现有市场上热熔胶相关产品较多,但随着温度升高,传统热熔胶的性能逐渐降低,材料的结合强度削弱,最终影响材料的强度。
现有的PE-RT钢丝网骨架管一般都通过高性能粘结剂将钢丝骨架与塑料基体连接在一起,钢丝网骨架主要依靠粘结剂固定,对粘结剂性能要求比较高,而且现有的粘结剂遇到高温后娘饥饿性能降低,钢丝与塑料的结合强度削弱,两者无法协同承载,从而影响管材的强度,所以现在的钢丝网骨架管的使用温度范围一致是应用于冷水领域,无法应用于热水或者其它温度较高的介质输送领域。
目前该领域未见到适用于高温的钢丝网骨架管中热熔胶的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据现有的热熔胶中存在的不耐高温、无法用于制备输送热水等高温介质的管道的问题,提供一种耐热性能好、流动性佳的耐热型热熔胶。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述耐热型热熔胶的制备方法。
本发明还有一个目的在于提供上述耐热型热熔胶的应用。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种耐热型热熔胶,包括如下按重量份数计的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯100,增粘剂10~40,高熔点复合蜡10~50,PE-RT 0~50,填充剂0~50和抗氧剂0.1~10。
作为一种有效方案,上述耐热型热熔胶的组分中,所述马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的接枝率为5%。
作为一种有效方案,上述耐热型热熔胶的组分中,所述增粘剂为石油树脂。
作为一种有效方案,上述耐热型热熔胶的组分中,为了提高高温下热熔胶的粘结性能,所述PE-RT为PE-RT粒料,其重量份数为10~30。
作为一种有效方案,上述耐热型热熔胶的组分中,所述填充剂为碳酸钙,其重量份数为0~10。
作为一种有效方案,上述耐热型热熔胶的组分中,所述抗氧剂为四季戊四醇酯。
本发明耐热型热熔胶的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为150~180℃,口模温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为10~50rpm,加料转速为5~50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到耐热型热熔胶。
本发明所述耐热型热熔胶由于耐热性能优良,除了作为一般热熔胶使用外,特别可以用于制备用于输送高温介质的管道(PE-RT钢丝网骨架管)。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明耐热型热熔胶的耐热性能好,成本低廉,可用于制备PE-RT类钢丝网骨架管,在制备用于输送热水或其它高温介质的PE-RT类钢丝网骨架管时的效果极佳,填补了国内PE-RT类钢丝骨架管专用热熔胶的空白;
(2)本发明为了提高热熔胶的熔点,选用了高熔点复合蜡(如氧化聚乙烯蜡等),使制得的热熔胶的软化点高达130℃;
(3)本发明耐热型热熔胶的流动性好,有利于后续的涂覆工艺,市场竞争力大。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1~3
本发明耐热型热熔胶包括如下组分:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、增粘剂、高熔点复合蜡、PE-RT、填充剂和抗氧剂。马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯其接枝率在5%左右,商品名如GR380。上述增粘剂为石油树脂。上述高熔点复合蜡为氧化聚乙烯蜡或聚丙烯蜡,商品名为AC316或XH206。上述PE-RT为耐热聚乙烯,商品名为DX800。上述填充剂为碳酸钙,商品名为BT-3。上述氧化剂为四[甲基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,商品名为1010。
本发明耐热型热熔胶的生产方法由如下步骤组成:
1、配好各组分的剂量;
2、将配好的各组分在低速下混合均匀;
3、将混合好的物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度150~180℃,口模温度160~200℃,螺杆转速10~50rpm,加料转速在5~50rpm。物料从口模挤出后经过水槽冷却后切料,即得。
根据上述制备方法制备热熔胶的三个实施例各组分如表1所示:

1.一种耐热型热熔胶,包括如下按重量份数计的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯100,增粘剂10~40,高熔点复合蜡10~50,PE-RT 10~30,填充剂0~10和抗氧剂0.1~10,其中,所述马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的接枝率为5%,所述增粘剂为石油树脂,所述PE-RT为PE-RT粒料,所述抗氧剂为四季戊四醇酯,其特征在于所述耐热型热熔胶的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为150~180℃,口模温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为10~50rpm,加料转速为5~50rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到耐热型热熔胶。
