技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐胶带,具体涉及一种地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国石油化工业的迅速发展及城市公用设施建设速度的提高,我国地下金属管道的建设也在飞速的发展。由于地下管道大部分都是金属材质,在土壤和细菌等因素作用下很容易受到腐蚀。地下管道腐蚀给人类和社会环境会带来巨大的经济损失和社会安全,因此新管道的建设和已有管道的维护,给防腐工程提出了重要的任务。
目前,地下管道的防腐主要通过防腐胶带来实现,聚乙烯防腐胶带是常用的一种地下管道用防腐胶带。聚乙烯防腐胶带的防腐体系为:底漆+防腐带+保护带,具体施工工艺大体包括以下步骤:基材表面的处理、涂刷底漆、缠胶带。聚乙烯胶带具有良好的抗冲击能力和耐静压力,但其抗土壤应力不好,导致粘结力下降、起泡,影响防腐性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,该胶带具有良好的力学性能和防腐性能,适合地下管道使用。
本发明还提供了该聚乙烯防腐胶带的制备方法,该方法制备简单、易于实施,所得产品具有良好的性能,具有工业化应用前景。
本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,该防腐胶带由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶30-45份、丁腈橡胶10-15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯15-25份、环氧树脂25-35份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-15份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)5-10份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯5-10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、炭黑10-15份、石墨烯5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩1-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5-1份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份。
优选的,所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶12份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯18份、环氧树脂32份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯13份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)9份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份、炭黑12份、石墨烯7份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、抗氧化剂2份。
进一步的,本发明聚乙烯基膜优选由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的高密度聚乙烯50-70%,氯磺化聚乙烯15-30%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯5-15%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖5-10%、己二酸二辛酯1-5%。本发明聚乙烯基膜由多种组分混合制成,通过各组分的搭配,所得基膜具有更好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
优选的,上述聚乙烯基膜由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯62%,氯磺化聚乙烯18%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯10%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖8%、己二酸二辛酯2%。
进一步的,聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.3-0.4mm。
进一步的,所述氯磺化聚乙烯的牌号可以为CSM3550或CSM3570;所述环氧树脂的牌号可以为E-55或E-44。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,在25℃下的粘度为2000-8000mPa·S。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为200万-500万。
进一步的,所述FRP废弃物为玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)的废品或边角料,其粒径为80-120目。

本发明还提供了该地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取聚乙烯基膜各组分,混合均匀,然后加入挤出机中,在150-180℃下挤出,得聚乙烯基膜;
(2)取胶粘剂层各组分,在140-180℃下捏合,得胶泥;
(3)将上述胶泥加入挤出机中,熔融挤出,得胶粘剂;
(4)将胶粘剂加热熔融,涂布到聚乙烯基膜上,得地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带。
上述步骤(2)中,各组分在140-180℃捏合1-2h。
上述步骤(4)中,胶粘剂在聚乙烯基膜上的涂布量为300~500g/m3
本发明防腐胶带由聚乙烯基膜和复合在其上的胶粘剂层组成,制备方法简单,易于实施。该防腐胶带具有良好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,剥离强度和耐热老化率高,防腐性能优良,适合于地下管道使用。

下述实施例中,所用的各原料均能从市场上购买得到。例如,牌号为CSM3550或CSM3570的氯磺化聚乙烯可以购自上海修远化工有限公司;牌号为E-55或E-44的环氧树脂可以购自北京德鑫恒达商贸有限公司;聚丙烯酸酯可以购自北京华益化工有限公司;聚氨酯丙烯酸酯官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为2000-8000mPa·S,可以购自上海佑季化工材料有限公司,型号可以是UT20064、UnicrylR-7495、UnicrylR-7493或UnicrylR-7107中的一种或多种;聚丙烯酰胺可以购自巩义市龙达水处理材料有限公司;高密度聚乙烯可以购自余姚市华佳化工有限公司、东 莞 市 龙 创 塑 胶 有 限 公 司、苏州昌仁工程塑胶有限公司等。
实施例1
本发明地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述聚乙烯基膜为相对密度为0.941~0.965的高密度聚乙烯片材,厚度为0.4mm;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶12份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯18份、环氧树脂E-55 32份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯13份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)9份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份、炭黑12份、石墨烯7份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、抗氧化剂1010 2份。其中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为4000-6000mPa·S, 聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为200万-300万。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)生产过程的边角料或者报废的玻璃纤维增强塑料制品,将其磨碎至80-120目,得FRP废弃物粉末;
(2)按配比称取丁基橡胶、丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂E-55、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、FRP废弃物粉末(80-120目)、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、炭黑、石墨烯、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、聚丙烯酰胺、抗氧化剂1010,加入捏合机中,在140-180℃下捏合1-2h,得胶泥;
(3)将上述胶泥加入挤出机中,熔融挤出,得胶粘剂;
(4)将胶粘剂加热至熔融状态,通过自动涂布机涂布到聚乙烯基膜上,涂布量为400g/m3
(5)将涂胶粘剂后的聚乙烯基膜切成条带状、卷盘,即得地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带。
实施例2

本发明地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述聚乙烯基膜为相对密度为0.941~0.965的高密度聚乙烯片材,厚度为0.4mm;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶45份、丁腈橡胶10份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯25份、环氧树脂E-55 25份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯15份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)5份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、炭黑15份、石墨烯5份、膨胀珍珠岩5份、羟乙基纤维素1份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5份、抗氧化剂DLTP 3份。其中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为2000-4000mPa·S,聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为400万-500万。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
本发明地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述聚乙烯基膜厚度为0.4mm,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯62%,氯磺化聚乙烯CSM3550 18%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯10%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖8%、己二酸二辛酯2%;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶12份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯18份、环氧树脂E-55 32份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯13份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)9份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份、炭黑12份、石墨烯7份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、抗氧化剂1010 2份。其中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为4000-6000mPa·S, 聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为200万-300万。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯、氯磺化聚乙烯CSM3550、相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯、分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖、己二酸二辛酯,充分混合均匀,然后加入挤出机中,在150-180℃下挤出,得聚乙烯基膜;
(2)取玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)生产过程的边角料或者报废的玻璃纤维增强塑料制品,将其磨碎至80-120目,得FRP废弃物粉末;
(3)按配比称取丁基橡胶、丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂E-55、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、FRP废弃物粉末(80-120目)、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、炭黑、石墨烯、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、聚丙烯酰胺、抗氧化剂1010,加入捏合机中,在140-180℃下捏合1-2h,得胶泥;
(4)将上述胶泥加入挤出机中,熔融挤出,得胶粘剂;
(5)将胶粘剂加热至熔融状态,通过自动涂布机涂布到聚乙烯基膜上,涂布量为400g/m3
(6)将涂胶粘剂后的聚乙烯基膜切成条带状、卷盘,即得地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带。
实施例5
本发明地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述聚乙烯基膜厚度为0.4mm,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯70%,氯磺化聚乙烯CSM3570 15%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯5%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖9%、己二酸二辛酯1%;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶30份、丁腈橡胶15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯15份、环氧树脂E-44 35份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)10份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份、炭黑10份、石墨烯10份、膨胀珍珠岩1份、羟乙基纤维素5份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、抗氧化剂1010 1份。其中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为6000-8000mPa·S, 聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为300万-400万。
制备方法同实施例4。
实施例6
本发明地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述聚乙烯基膜厚度为0.4mm,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯50%,氯磺化聚乙烯CSM3550 30%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯10%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖5%、己二酸二辛酯5%;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶45份、丁腈橡胶10份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯25份、环氧树脂E-55 25份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯15份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)5份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、炭黑15份、石墨烯5份、膨胀珍珠岩5份、羟乙基纤维素1份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5份、抗氧化剂DLTP 3份。其中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的官能度为1-3,25℃的粘度为2000-4000mPa·S, 聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量为400万-500万。
制备方法同实施例4。
对比例
按照实施例4的配方和方法制备地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,不同的是:胶粘剂层中不含聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、石墨烯、聚丙烯酰胺,即胶粘剂层重量份组分为:丁基橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶12份、环氧树脂E-55 32份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯13份、FRP废弃物(80-120目)9份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份、炭黑12份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.6份、抗氧化剂1010 2份。
为了验证本发明防腐胶带的性能,进行以下测试:
1、耐酸、碱、盐腐蚀测试
选取平整无锈的低碳钢条(规格:200mm×25mm×6mm),分别包覆实施例及对比例的防腐胶带,包覆防腐胶带后的低碳钢条分别浸泡于10%HCl、10%NaOH、10%NaCl溶液中,并保持温度60℃,10d后观察其表面变化。结果见下表1。

2、力学性能测试
分别检测实施例以及对比例所述的防腐胶带的拉伸强度MPa(GB/T1040)、断裂伸长率(GB/T1040)、剥离强度N/cm(GB/T2792)、耐热老化保持率%(GB/T7141),结果见下表2。

Claims (10)

1.一种地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:由聚乙烯基膜和涂布在聚乙烯基膜上的胶粘剂层组成;所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶30-45份、丁腈橡胶10-15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯15-25份、环氧树脂25-35份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-15份、FRP废弃物5-10份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯5-10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、炭黑10-15份、石墨烯5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩1-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5-1份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分制成:丁基橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶12份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯18份、环氧树脂32份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯13份、FRP废弃物9份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6份、炭黑12份、石墨烯7份、膨胀珍珠岩3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、抗氧化剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述聚乙烯基膜由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的高密度聚乙烯50-70%,氯磺化聚乙烯15-30%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯5-15%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖5-10%、己二酸二辛酯1-5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述聚乙烯基膜由以下重量百分比的组分制成:相对分子质量6万-10万的的高密度聚乙烯62%,氯磺化聚乙烯18%,相对分子质量20-30万的高密度聚乙烯10%,分子量150-250KDa的壳聚糖8%、己二酸二辛酯2%。
5.根据权利要求1、3或4所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.3-0.4mm。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述氯磺化聚乙烯的牌号为CSM3550或CSM3570。
7.根据权利要求1所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述环氧树脂的牌号为E-55或E-44;所述聚氨酯丙烯酸酯在25℃的粘度为2000-8000mPa·S;所述聚丙烯酰胺的重均分子量200-500万。
8.根据权利要求1所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述FRP废弃物为玻璃纤维增强塑料废品或边角料,其粒径为80-120目。
9.根据权利要求1所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂DLTP。
10.根据权利要求1所述的地下管道用聚乙烯防腐胶带,其特征是:胶粘剂在聚乙烯基膜上的涂布量为300~500g/m3
