背景技术
聚乙烯防腐胶带由聚乙烯背材和压敏胶层组成的带状防腐材料,通过冷缠包裹形成管道防腐层,管道防腐冷缠带是指用于煤气、天然气、油田、化工行业、建筑行业、矿业、自来水工业、电力行业、通信行业、海洋、城市建设中的给排水和煤气输送等埋地钢质管道外防腐的胶粘带,对埋地管道起到有效的保护作用;现有的防腐带在使用的时候,容易断裂;因此需要一种埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,具备耐酸碱,耐有机溶剂,电绝缘性优良,低温时,仍能保持一定的韧性等优点,解决了现有防腐带容易断裂的问题。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:十-五十份的聚乙烯基膜、五-六十份的丁基橡胶胶层、三-十份的隔离膜。
优选的,聚乙烯基膜的成份还包括五-十五份的氯磺化聚乙烯、七-二十三份的低密度聚乙烯。
优选的,聚乙烯基膜的成份还包括十二-三十三份的高密度聚乙烯、九-三十份的氯化橡胶、六-十二份的色母料。

1、该埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,通过在原料中添加氯磺化聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯,使得防腐带在使用的时候耐酸碱,耐有机溶剂,电绝缘性优良,低温时,仍能保持一定的韧性,耐化学介质腐蚀、抗臭氧氧化及耐油侵蚀、阻燃等性能突出,还具有抗候变、耐热、抗离子辐射、耐低温、抗磨蚀和电绝缘性及优异的机械性能,使得防腐带在使用的时候更加耐腐蚀和抗磨损,延长防腐带的使用寿命,提高防腐带的使用效果。
2、该埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,通过在原料中添加低密度聚乙烯、聚异丁烯橡胶、等规聚丙烯、间规聚丙烯,使得防腐带在使用的时候具有良好的柔软性、延伸性、电绝缘性,耐酸碱、耐臭氧,熔点可达167℃,耐热、耐腐蚀,抗冲击能力强,使得钢质管道在填埋过程中发生的机械碰撞对防腐带外带的损伤更小,使得防腐带在使用的时候更加耐用,防腐效果更好。

S2:将原料从搅拌机中输送至挤出机挤出;
S3:将挤出的材料由压制机进行压制成型;
S4:在聚乙烯基膜上复合丁基橡胶胶层,在聚乙烯基膜上复合隔离膜,聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.25mm,丁基橡胶胶层的厚度为0.27mm,隔离膜的厚度为0.15mm;
S5:对其复合后的防腐带进行裁切成宽度120mm的成品。
实施例五:
S1:准备三十份的聚乙烯基膜、四十七份的丁基橡胶胶层、十份的隔离膜、九份的氯磺化聚乙烯、十八份的低密度聚乙烯、二十七份的高密度聚乙烯、十五份的氯化橡胶、七份的色母料、十八份的中密度聚乙烯、十四份的线型低密度聚乙烯、十三份的聚异丁烯橡胶、六份的滑石粉、四份的碳黑、三份的二甲苯、十份的甲苯、三份的磷酸、六份的芳香分、十五份的等规聚丙烯、三份的间规聚丙烯,将这些原料分类进行混合。

S3:将挤出的材料由压制机进行压制成型;

S5:对其复合后的防腐带进行裁切成宽度140mm的成品。
实施例六:
S1:准备三十九份的聚乙烯基膜、四十份的丁基橡胶胶层、八份的隔离膜、九份的氯磺化聚乙烯、十七份的低密度聚乙烯、二十三份的高密度聚乙烯、十五份的氯化橡胶、七份的色母料、十八份的中密度聚乙烯、十四份的线型低密度聚乙烯、十三份的聚异丁烯橡胶、五份的滑石粉、三份的碳黑、三份的二甲苯、十份的甲苯、三份的磷酸、五份的芳香分、十五份的等规聚丙烯、四份的间规聚丙烯,将这些原料分类进行混合。
S2:将原料从搅拌机中输送至挤出机挤出;
S3:将挤出的材料由压制机进行压制成型;

S5:对其复合后的防腐带进行裁切成宽度160mm的成品。
实施例七:
S1:准备四十九份的聚乙烯基膜、三十五份的丁基橡胶胶层、八份的隔离膜、九份的氯磺化聚乙烯、十七份的低密度聚乙烯、二十三份的高密度聚乙烯、十四份的氯化橡胶、七份的色母料、十七份的中密度聚乙烯、十五份的线型低密度聚乙烯、十三份的聚异丁烯橡胶、五份的滑石粉、三份的碳黑、三份的二甲苯、九份的甲苯、二份的磷酸、四份的芳香分、十五份的等规聚丙烯、四份的间规聚丙烯,将这些原料分类进行混合。

S1:准备四十二份的聚乙烯基膜、五十三份的丁基橡胶胶层、六份的隔离膜、十一份的氯磺化聚乙烯、十五份的低密度聚乙烯、二十五份的高密度聚乙烯、十一份的氯化橡胶、八份的色母料、十七份的中密度聚乙烯、十四份的线型低密度聚乙烯、七份的聚异丁烯橡胶、五份的滑石粉、四份的碳黑、三份的二甲苯、八份的甲苯、三份的磷酸、六份的芳香分、二十五份的等规聚丙烯、四份的间规聚丙烯,将这些原料分类进行混合。
S2:将原料从搅拌机中输送至挤出机挤出;
S3:将挤出的材料由压制机进行压制成型;
S4:在聚乙烯基膜上复合丁基橡胶胶层,在聚乙烯基膜上复合隔离膜,聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.27mm,丁基橡胶胶层的厚度为0.26mm,隔离膜的厚度为0.15mm;
S5:对其复合后的防腐带进行裁切成宽度170mm的成品。
实施例十一:
S1:准备二十二份的聚乙烯基膜、十三份的丁基橡胶胶层、六份的隔离膜、十份的氯磺化聚乙烯、九份的低密度聚乙烯、二十份的高密度聚乙烯、十份的氯化橡胶、八份的色母料、七份的中密度聚乙烯、十四份的线型低密度聚乙烯、七份的聚异丁烯橡胶、六份的滑石粉、三份的碳黑、三份的二甲苯、八份的甲苯、三份的磷酸、六份的芳香分、二十五份的等规聚丙烯、四份的间规聚丙烯,将这些原料分类进行混合。
S2:将原料从搅拌机中输送至挤出机挤出;
S3:将挤出的材料由压制机进行压制成型;
S4:在聚乙烯基膜上复合丁基橡胶胶层,在聚乙烯基膜上复合隔离膜,聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.28mm,丁基橡胶胶层的厚度为0.2mm,隔离膜的厚度为0.15mm;
S5:对其复合后的防腐带进行裁切成宽度180mm的成品。
本发明的有益效果是:该埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,通过在原料中添加氯磺化聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯,使得防腐带在使用的时候耐酸碱,耐有机溶剂,电绝缘性优良,低温时,仍能保持一定的韧性,耐化学介质腐蚀、抗臭氧氧化及耐油侵蚀、阻燃等性能突出,还具有抗候变、耐热、抗离子辐射、耐低温、抗磨蚀和电绝缘性及优异的机械性能,使得防腐带在使用的时候更加耐腐蚀和抗磨损,延长防腐带的使用寿命,提高防腐带的使用效果,通过在原料中添加低密度聚乙烯、聚异丁烯橡胶、等规聚丙烯、间规聚丙烯,使得防腐带在使用的时候具有良好的柔软性、延伸性、电绝缘性,耐酸碱、耐臭氧,熔点可达167℃,耐热、耐腐蚀,抗冲击能力强,使得钢质管道在填埋过程中发生的机械碰撞对防腐带外带的损伤更小,使得防腐带在使用的时候更加耐用,防腐效果更好。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:十-五十份的聚乙烯基膜、五-六十份的丁基橡胶胶层、三-十份的隔离膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯基膜的成份还包括五-十五份的氯磺化聚乙烯、七-二十三份的低密度聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯基膜的成份还包括十二-三十三份的高密度聚乙烯、九-三十份的氯化橡胶、六-十二份的色母料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯基膜的成份还包括十-十八份的中密度聚乙烯、六-二十份的线型低密度聚乙烯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述丁基橡胶胶层包括五-十五份的聚异丁烯橡胶、三-十份的滑石粉、一-五份的碳黑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述丁基橡胶胶层还包括二-十六份的二甲苯、十二-二十四份的甲苯、二-七份的磷酸、五-九份的芳香分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述隔离膜的成份包括十-三十份的等规聚丙烯、一-五份的间规聚丙烯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐带,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,丁基橡胶胶层的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm,隔离膜的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm,防腐带的宽度为30mm-200mm。
