本发明涉及一种胶带,具体涉及一种埋地管道用防腐胶粘带。
背景技术
埋地管道是石油行业能源供应的重要渠道,而钢制管道又是其用于输送的主要管材之一。埋地钢质管道由于受土壤环境的作用,经常会发生各种腐蚀而导致管道泄漏。解决好管道的防腐问题,延长管道使用寿命是实现行业大幅发展以及节能环保的必要条件。好的防腐蚀层是埋地钢质管道防蚀的第一道防线,它可以把钢管与周围介质有效隔绝,对减缓管道腐蚀速度、延长寿命起着决定性作用。
国内应用较多的钢质管道防腐层有石油沥青、PE夹克及PE泡沫夹克、环氧煤沥青、煤焦油瓷漆、环氧粉末和三层复合结构、环氧煤沥青冷缠带(PF型)、橡塑型环氧煤沥青冷缠带(RPC型)等,目前推广应用最广的几种管道防腐方式为三层PE复合结构、单层粉末环氧、PF型冷缠带、RPC型冷缠带。但均存在各种不足,如费用高、剥离强度低、耐久性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种价格低廉、剥离强度高和耐久性好的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,由薄膜和分布在所述薄膜上的粘弹体构成,所述粘弹体是由以下重量份的原料组成的:聚异丁烯100-200份、乙烯与辛烯共聚物3-11份、填料80-120份、抗氧剂1-10份、苯氧乙醇2-4份、石墨粉1-3份、颜料0.1-0.5份;
所述填料是由硅藻粉、造纸污泥灰和硅酸锆按照1:1-2:0.2-0.4的重量比混合制得的。
优选的,粘弹体是由以下重量份的原料组成的:聚异丁烯150份、乙烯与辛烯共聚物7份、填料100份、抗氧剂5份、苯氧乙醇3份、石墨粉2份、颜料0.3份。
所述石墨粉的粒度大于100目,质量纯度大于90%。
所述造纸污泥灰为造纸污泥在600℃焚烧所得粉末,200目筛筛分,筛余小于10%,主要成分为铝硅酸钙和无水硫酸钙。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076。
所述埋地管道用防腐胶粘带的制备方法,是由以下方法制备得到的:按重量份称取粘弹体各原料,混合均匀后,加入单螺杆挤出机中,在130-150℃的挤出温度下,直接挤出涂于薄膜上,控制粘弹体的厚度为1-4mm,即得。
所述颜料为酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、钛白粉、炭黑、酞菁红、永固黄等常用颜料中的任一种。
所述薄膜为聚乙烯材料,厚度为20-60μm,优选高密度聚乙烯。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带价格低廉、剥离强度高和耐久性好,满足埋地管道的防腐和修复需求,适用于石油、天然气工业、电力、饮用水及污水工业等的管道防腐。
2.本发明使用的填料在粘弹体中的分散状态,还可协同其它原料增强粘弹体的剪切强度和提及电阻率,从而显著提高胶粘带的机械强度和防腐性能,进而能够阻隔水汽对管道的侵蚀;具有一定的储能作用,高温不易流淌,低温粘附效果好,对酸、碱、盐的耐受力强,延长管道的使用寿命,降低维修成本。

一种埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,由薄膜和分布在所述薄膜上的粘弹体构成,所述粘弹体是由以下重量份的原料组成的:聚异丁烯150份、乙烯与辛烯共聚物7份、填料100份、抗氧剂5份、颜料0.3份;
所述填料为硅藻粉。
所述埋地管道用防腐胶粘带的制备方法,是由以下方法制备得到的:按重量份称取粘弹体各原料,混合均匀后,加入单螺杆挤出机中,在140℃的挤出温度下,直接挤出涂于厚度为40μm的薄膜上,控制粘弹体的厚度为2.5mm,即得。
其余同实施例1。
机械性能检测
根据表1中检测项目及指标,对实施例1-5和对比例制备的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带性能进行检测。

耐化学介质试验
选取平整无锈的低碳钢条(规格:200mm×25mm×6mm),分别包覆上述胶粘带(实施例1-5及对比例)浸泡于3种化学介质中(见下表3),100mm暴露于空气中,120d后观察其表面变化,每种胶粘带做三条平行,试验结果如表3所示。

耐高温试验
根据粘弹体胶带施工规范,选取直径为90mm的钢管,经过抛光除锈,顺时针缠绕实施例1-5及对比例中胶粘带(宽度:50mm,厚度:2mm),然后竖直放置于90℃烘箱中,100d后观察其变化。从试验结果来看,实施例1-5的试验胶粘带均未出现瘫软、变形的现象,而对比例的胶粘带出现瘫软现象,钢管上的胶带向下堆垛。
热水浸泡试验
取实施例1-5及对比例中胶粘带,按照要求裁成胶片(规格:100mm×50mm;数量:三片),同种胶粘带有三片做平行实验,将样片浸泡于70℃热水中,120d后,观察其表面是否鼓泡,老化,分解现象。从试验结果来看,所有试验胶粘带均未出现鼓泡、老化、分解现象。
Claims (6)
1.一种埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,由薄膜和分布在所述薄膜上的粘弹体构成,其特征在于,所述粘弹体是由以下重量份的原料组成的:聚异丁烯100-200份、乙烯与辛烯共聚物3-11份、填料80-120份、抗氧剂1-10份、苯氧乙醇2-4份、石墨粉1-3份、颜料0.1-0.5份;
所述填料是由硅藻粉、造纸污泥灰和硅酸锆按照1:1-2:0.2-0.4的重量比混合制得的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,其特征在于,所述粘弹体是由以下重量份的原料组成的:聚异丁烯150份、乙烯与辛烯共聚物7份、填料100份、抗氧剂5份、苯氧乙醇3份、石墨粉2份、颜料0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,其特征在于,所述石墨粉的粒度大于100目,质量纯度大于90%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,其特征在于,所述造纸污泥灰为造纸污泥在600℃焚烧所得粉末,200目筛筛分,筛余小于10%,主要成分为铝硅酸钙和无水硫酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076。
6.根据权利要求1所述的埋地管道用防腐胶粘带,其特征在于,所述粘弹体的厚度为1-4mm,所述薄膜为聚乙烯材料,厚度为20-60μm。
