Abstract

本发明涉及一种助力转向装置、特别是用于汽车的助力转向装置,包含:伺服电机,该伺服电机经过可旋转地、然而不可沿轴向移动地支承在传动机构外壳中的转向螺母驱动一个可沿轴向移动的结构部件,该转向螺母在传动机构外壳中支承在具有内圈和外圈的径向轴承中。在径向轴承(6)的外圈(5)与传动机构外壳(8)或与传动机构外壳(8)的盖体(7)之间,和/或在径向轴承(6)的内圈(4)与转向螺母(3)之间,设置绝热的中间元件(11a,11b,21)以用于热去耦。

Description

助力转向装置、特别是用于汽车的助力转向装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序中详述类型的助力转向装置、特别是用于汽车的助力转向装置。
背景技术
此种助力转向装置已在专利文献EP 2 049 383 B1中作了介绍。
类似的助力转向装置也在DE 103 10 492 A1和DE 102 02 483 A1中公开。
就这种助力转向装置而言,存在转向装置放热的问题。由于在径向轴承的内圈和外圈或轴承座之间的不同温度及由此造成的不同膨胀之故,可能导致产生微观运动。这一情况会对噪声的产生起到负面影响。此外,还可能导致产生摩擦腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于避免在径向轴承上特别在内圈和外圈之间的不同温度。
根据本发明,上述任务是通过权利要求1中所述特征部分中的特征加以解决的。
通过根据本发明的解决方案可以避免在内圈和外圈之间的较大温差。所提出的解决方案之一在于:视传动机构的结构而定,通过在传动机构外壳或传动机构外壳的盖体之间设置绝热的中间元件,实现向外的热去耦(thermal decoupling)。实际上,采用这种方法使得较少的热量被输往外圈,从而避免径向轴承的透热。
因为内圈是与通常为滚珠螺母的转向螺母相连接,所以基于转向螺母和与之相连的部分的大的质量之故,可经过内圈从径向轴承相应地排出热量。
第二个解决方案在于:通过在转向螺母和内圈之间所设置的中间元件,而使内圈与转向螺母热去耦。这样,在热量经过外圈流入的情况下,也快速地达到内圈的透热,从而同样可避免径向轴承中的温差。
按本发明的第三个解决方案当然也可以如此设定,即分别通过一个绝热中间元件将外圈和内圈相对于相应包围的传动机构部件实现去耦。
中间元件可以基本上设计成一件式或两件式的环形元件,并作为单独的部分或形锁合地安置在外圈的外侧或内圈的内侧。
一种形锁合的连接例如可通过将塑料注塑到内圈及外圈上予以实现。
同样也可能的是,将中间元件整合到径向轴承的侧向轴承座圈中。
这种类型的径向轴承通常都是由侧向的轴承座圈加以封闭的,该轴承座圈处于外圈和内圈之间并且防止油脂从径向轴承中泄出。通过轴承座圈相应结构延长,这种延长至少部分地包围外圈和/或内圈,同样可达到热去耦的目的。
如若按根据本发明的一种设计做如下规定,即中间元件从两侧包围外圈和/或内圈,便可达到一种非常良好的热去耦。
按照一项有利的设计,也可做如下设定:上述围挡分别终止在两个彼此隔开轴向距离地设置的股部,其中,朝向外圈或内圈的股部各自有弹性地贴靠在轴承座圈上。
通过中间元件以股部弹性地贴靠在轴承座圈上,便可避免下述现象:所产生的轴向力作用于轴承座圈,从而使轴承座圈可能不利地变形。
本发明的另一项非常有利的发展可以在于:在轴向上在两侧覆盖径向轴承的盖片分别设有轴向的凸耳,该凸耳贴靠在传动机构外壳上或盖体上。
这样,就能够将齿条的轴向负荷在不损伤径向轴承的情况下经过两侧的凸耳而被导出到传动机构外壳中或者(视传动机构的设计结构而定)导出到盖部。
根据本发明的另一项发展可做如下设定:中间元件设计成两件式的环形元件,这两个环形元件彼此隔开轴向距离地并排布置。
在产生负荷的情况下,在一件式的中间元件的情况下(该中间元件在径向轴承的整个轴向宽度上延伸),这些负荷会对中间元件起负面作用。然而如果有一个间隙即存在一个轴向间距,该间距必要时也可以仅仅是很小的,便可例如将产生的负荷通过外圈加以导引,从而不会将力进一步导入到另外的内圈中。
为了通过中间元件达到热去耦的目的,可考虑使用各种不同的材料。一项有利的发展在于采用塑料来制造中间元件,例如用加有玻璃纤维或碳素纤维填充物的聚酰胺。
根据本发明的助力转向装置可用于汽车上所有类型的助力转向装置,例如配有一种轴线平行的驱动装置的助力转向装置。

下面将参照附图从原理上对本发明的实施例加以说明。
附图表示根据本发明的一种助力转向装置的局部纵剖面。
具体实施方式
用于汽车的助力转向装置在其结构方面基本上是众所周知的,因此在下面只就对本发明而言重要的部分做详细说明。此外,还将参考开头所述的助力转向装置。
未详细示出类型的助力转向装置1经过一个皮带轮2与一个转向螺母即一个滚珠螺母3相连。滚珠螺母3在径向上经过一个作为深沟球轴承设计的径向轴承6的一个内圈4和一个外圈5而被支承在一个转向器传动机构外壳8的盖体7中。该径向轴承若不支承在盖体7中,当然也可以支承在转向器传动机构外壳8本身中。
径向轴承6是分别从侧面或在轴向上通过设置在内圈4和外圈5之间的轴承座圈9而朝外密封的。此外还设置侧向的或轴向的由合成橡胶制成的盖片10。
在径向轴承6的外圈5和盖体7之间设置了一个中间元件,其具有一种两件式的环形元件11a和11b的形式。这两个环形元件11a和11b以小的轴向间距并排布置,并各自配备一个沿径向朝内延伸的围挡12。该围挡12沿径向朝内以两个股部13a和3b而终止,这两个股部具有沿着径向处于它们之间的间隙。通过这一设计结构便可达到一种弹性,从而特别在产生轴向力的情况下,使得分别朝向所属轴承座圈9的股部13b有弹性地贴靠在轴承座圈上。
滚珠螺母3按已知方式与一个主轴的一个滚珠螺纹区段14有效相连。在滚珠螺母3旋转时,便可按已知方式滚珠螺纹区段14被移动,并且从而也使得主轴沿轴向被移动。
两个盖片10在外侧在其背向径向轴承6的一侧上设有一个轴向的凸耳15。凸耳15可以设计成环形凸耳,并被压入到盖体7的或传动机构外壳8的环形凹穴中。这样由主轴或从滚珠螺纹14引入的轴向力被导入到盖体7中或传动机构外壳8中。
为了实现热去耦,由两个环形元件11a和11b所形成的中间元件可以用加有玻璃纤维和碳素纤维填充物的聚酰胺制成。在此填充物的比例成份例如可以20%为玻璃纤维填充物且15%为碳素纤维填充物。
如若不在外圈5和盖体7之间设置一个中间元件,也可补充地或替代地在内圈4和滚珠螺母3之间设置一个中间元件21以用于热去耦(见图中虚线所示)。

Claims (11)

1.一种助力转向装置、特别是用于汽车的助力转向装置,包含:伺服电机,该伺服电机经过可旋转地、然而不可沿轴向移动地支承在传动机构外壳中的转向螺母驱动一个可沿轴向移动的结构部件,该转向螺母在传动机构外壳中支承在具有内圈和外圈的径向轴承中,其特征在于:在径向轴承(6)的外圈(5)与传动机构外壳(8)或与传动机构外壳(8)的盖体(7)之间,和/或在径向轴承(6)的内圈(4)与转向螺母(3)之间,设置绝热的中间元件(11a,11b,21)以用于热去耦。
2.按权利要求1所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
中间元件基本上设计成一件式或两件式的环形元件(11a,11b,21)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
中间元件(11a,11b,21)形锁合地安置在外圈(5)和/或内圈(4)上。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
中间元件(11a,11b,21)整合在径向轴承(6)的侧向的轴承座圈(9)中。
5.按权利要求1至4中任一项所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
中间元件(11a,11b,21)在两侧包围外圈(5)和/或内圈(4)。
6.按权利要求5所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
围挡(12)分别终止在两个彼此隔开轴向距离地设置的股部(13a,13b),朝向外圈(5)或内圈(4)的股部分别弹性地贴靠在轴承座圈(9)上。
7.按权利要求1至6中任一项所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
沿轴向在两侧覆盖径向轴承(6)的盖片(10)分别设有轴向的凸耳(15),该凸耳贴靠在传动机构外壳(8)上或盖体(7)上。
8.按权利要求2所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:
中间元件设计成两件式的环形元件(11a,11b,21),这两个环形元件(11a,11b,21)隔开轴向距离地并排布置。
9.按权利要求1至8中任一项所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:中间元件(11a,11b,21)由塑料制成。
10.按权利要求1至7中任一项所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:作为塑料使用具有玻璃纤维填充物和碳素纤维填充物的聚酰胺。
11.按权利要求1至10中任一项所述的助力转向装置,其特征在于:助力转向装置(1)设有一个轴线平行的驱动装置。
