Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于阻塞烟囱烟道或其它管道的可充气的装置。
背景技术
从GB-A-2251929已知上述类型的可充气装置,其是塑料袋形式且经由通过袋的壁中的密封件而开口至袋中的管而充气。固定至袋中的弹性带的一端位于充气管的口中,且另一端连接至袋的与管口相对的壁,在充气过程中该弹性带拉伸以在袋中提供正压力从而将袋保持压靠在烟囱烟道或其它管道的内表面上。
制造GB-A-2251929的可充气装置要求弹性带在管的口中的固定连接以及弹性带与袋的相对的壁内侧的固定连接。在该装置的装配中,这与穿过袋的壁的管的密封都难以可靠地和经济地完成地。本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于阻塞烟囱烟道或其它管道的可充气装置,其中所述困难可被克服。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种塑料袋形式的可充气装置,其具有充气管以用于将袋充气来阻塞烟囱烟道或其它管道,其中该充气管开口穿过该袋的壁进入袋中的挠性塑料材料的管状部件,且其中所述管状部件开口至袋中且在其各端密封至袋的壁,从而限制充气的袋在管状部件的纵向上膨胀。
尽管这里参考阻塞烟囱烟道或其它管道为例,通常的情况是,至少在涉及烟囱烟道的情况下,允许通过所述阻塞有较小程度的通气,因此这里所说的阻塞应理解为所提供的阻塞不必是完全阻塞。
本发明的所述管状部件的各端至所述袋的壁的密封可以是通过沿管状部件的管状壁周向延伸的密封的方式。在这种情况下,该充气管可在所述管状部件一端的周向密封件中央开口通过所述袋的壁。
该管状部件可通过所述管状部件中设置成与所述袋的壁间隔开的一个或多个孔而开口至所述可充气袋中。更具体地,所述管状部件至所述可充气袋中的开口可经由设置在所述管状部件中的在其两端之间中间的直径方向相对的两个孔。
所述充气管和管状部件可采用与所述袋相同的塑料材料,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)。

具体实施方式
参考图1至4,在本实施方式中的可充气装置是透明的塑料袋1的形式,其通过基本刚性的塑料管2而充入气体。结合在管2中的开关3被转至闭合位置(如所示)以将气体保持在袋1中,且在其充气过程中和在其放气时转过90度至打开位置。
管2打开穿过所述袋1的壁至袋1中的挠性塑料材料的管状部件或者套筒4。该套筒4在袋1中在其各端5和6周向地密封至袋1的壁,且通过两个在端5和6之间的中间的直径方向相反的孔7而与袋1的内部通气。
套筒4是塑料材料,例如具有0.2mm厚度的聚氯乙烯(PVC),其具有很少或没有显著的弹性,因此在充气后的袋1中限制袋1在套筒4的纵向上的膨胀。这用于将充气后的袋1的形状限制为在高度上(套筒4的纵向)稍平的形式而不施加横向的材料约束。
袋1由两个接近矩形的塑料材料片8和9构成,例如是与套筒4相同的塑料材料,即具有0.2mm厚度的聚氯乙烯(PVC)。在将充气管2和套筒4的端5密封至片8以及将端6密封至片9之后,将该两个片8和9在周缘10密封在一起,以提供袋1的封闭的壁。所有的所述密封可提供经济的且高度的整体性,其中套筒4以及片8和9,还有充气管2都是相同的基本塑料材料,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)。
现更具体地参考图4,套筒4的端5和6分别周向地密封至片8和9的中部,且管2穿过片8开口至套筒4中的密封被居中地设置成在端5内向内间隔开。通过将塑料模制盘11和12结合至管2的开口端而形成上述后一密封,结合至片8的该塑料模制盘11和12分别紧紧地夹至片8的内侧和外侧。间隔开的管2与套筒4的端5的密封有利于可充气装置的经济且可靠的制造,因为其彼此独立且在可充气装置的组装过程中需要很少的手工参与。
当上述装置处于放气状态时,套筒4塌下,其即可折叠为用于存储的压缩包装,且可快速地展开以阻塞烟囱烟道或其它管道。因此,该装置在放气或部分充气状态时,其进入烟囱烟道或其它管道中的要求阻塞的位置,且接着从使用者的嘴或者使用适合的连接至充气管2的手动或脚动泵充入气体。一旦充好气,则气体压力将袋1保持成如图5所示与烟囱烟道F或其它管道的周围壁相邻接触。袋1在高度尺寸和套筒4的纵向上的膨胀的限制,以及所导致的较平的阻塞结构用于增大袋1施加在烟囱烟道F或其它管道的周围壁上的压力,且从而提高装置的阻塞效率。
如图3所示,本实施方式的袋1的边缘10具有在平面中的结构,其在充气后的装置的三侧向内弯曲。该向内的弯曲允许较小程度的通气,与完全的阻塞不同,这在烟囱烟道的情况下是需要的。在需要完全阻塞烟道或管道的情况下,省略掉向内的弯曲。
尽管上文说明了大致矩形结构的充气装置,然而该配置可与此不同,且可以是例如圆形或最适合需阻塞的烟囱烟道或其它管道的其它形状。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于阻塞管道的可充气装置,该可充气装置包括塑料袋(1)和用于将该袋(1)充气以阻塞所述管道的充气管(2),其特征在于,所述充气管(2)穿过所述袋(1)的壁开口进入所述袋(1)内的挠性塑料材料的管状部件(4)中,且所述管状部件(4)开孔进入所述袋(1)中并在其各端(5,6)处被密封至所述袋(1)的壁,从而限制充气后的袋(1)在所述管状部件(4)的纵向上的膨胀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可充气装置,其中所述管状部件(4)的各端(5,6)通过周向延伸在所述管状部件(4)的管状壁处的密封被密封至所述袋(1)的壁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可充气装置,其中所述充气管(2)在所述管状部件(4)一端(5)处的周向密封中央开口通过所述袋(1)的壁。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可充气装置,其中所述管状部件(4)经由所述管状部件(4)中的一个或多个孔(7)开孔进入所述袋(1)中,所述一个或多个孔(7)被设置成从所述袋(1)的壁间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可充气装置,其中所述管状部件(4)经由两个孔(7)开孔进入所述袋(1)中,所述两个孔(7)以直径方向相反的方式设置在所述管状部件(4)上,居于所述管状部件(4)的两端(5,6)中间。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可充气装置,其中所述管状部件是套筒,该套筒采用与所述袋(1)相同的塑料材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可充气装置,其中所述充气管(2)采用与所述袋(1)相同的塑料材料。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可充气装置,其中所述袋(1) 采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可充气装置,其中所述袋由周向密封在一起的两个挠性塑料片形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可充气装置,其中所述袋(1)的周边的至少一部分向内弯曲。
11.根据权利要求1所述的可充气装置,其中所述充气管(2)中设置有开关(3),所述开关(3)选择性地在闭合和打开位置之间操作以分别闭合和打开所述充气管(2)。
