14.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,所述发射器被构造和被布置来经由蜂窝通信发射所述无线信号。
15.根据权利要求11所述的系统,进一步包括所述车辆中的能够拨打和接收蜂窝呼叫的远程信息处理系统,其中所述远程信息处理系统被构造和被布置来基于所述无线信号而当所述车辆处于所述交通区中时暂停蜂窝呼叫。
16.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中,所述远程信息处理系统被构造和被布置来将指示所述蜂窝呼叫被暂停的通知消息发送给对方。
17.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中,所述远程信息处理系统包括所述接收器结构。
18.根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中,所述远程信息处理系统包括全球定位系统GPS,该全球定位系统GPS被构造和被布置来确定所述车辆是否处于所述交通区中。
19.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,所述发射器结构包括处理器,用于基于时刻或日历日来选择性地设置速度要求。
