响应于该车辆中的无线通信设备检测所述第二无线信号,至少部分地禁用该车辆中的无线通信设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,至少部分地禁用无线通信设备的步骤包括在所述车辆在所述特定交通区中时防止发送文本信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,经由蜂窝通信来发射所述第一无线信号。

12.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述第二信号广播系统被配置来当所述车辆处于所述特定交通区中时暂停蜂窝呼叫。
13.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述第一接收器是车辆远程信息处理系统的部分。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述远程信息处理系统包括全球定位系统GPS,该全球定位系统GPS被构造和被布置来确定所述车辆是否处于所述特定交通区中。
