Abstract

背景技术
当例如覆盖屋顶时,惯例是在屋顶的山墙端部处安装横向木板,且用于使它们构成屋顶的山墙封檐板(bargeboard)。在屋顶覆盖材料与山墙封檐板之间出现的间隙或开口常常借助于成型金属薄板覆盖物或所谓的山墙封檐板覆盖物来覆盖和/或桥接,成型金属薄板覆盖物或所谓的山墙覆盖物在两侧绕隆起的中央部段向下弯曲,该中央部段定位于山墙封檐板的上侧边缘上方;参看图1。提供此向下弯曲以引导来自覆盖物的径流且保护上墙封檐板避免潮湿。由于山墙封檐板覆盖物以标准长度供应,通常为两米长度,它们必须接合在一起且与它们在建筑物上的安装相结合,建筑物的山墙封檐板超过此长度,通常是这种情况。由于山墙封檐板覆盖物在内侧和外侧上表现出不同角度的不同弯曲,且因为它们必须在接合时彼此重叠以便防水,从而使得水并不在安装于最低位置的覆盖物下方流动,山墙封檐板覆盖物必须被制造为两种构造,一种用于右边安装且一种用于左边安装。这需要由制造商、供应商以及在商店中制造和保持储备这两种形式。这占据一定量的存储空间,并且有相关联的储存成本。还需要在发货时对于待发货和安装的左边和右边型材的数量保持严格检查。不幸的是,实际上常常发生不正确的发货,或者订货人可能将待在安装中使用的不同构造的覆盖物的数量搞错。这涉及到退货和有所增加的搬运/装运成本以及延迟安装。
避免这个问题的一种方式是并不在覆盖物中做出切口,通常需要切口以便实现在待接合的两个覆盖物之间的良好接触,从而使得能实现防水接合部,但仍允许覆盖物彼此重叠而无论安装是右边的还是左边的。这导致在构成部件之间较差的配合和可能发生泄漏的接合部。此外,这样一种接合部看起来较为显著且凌乱/不整洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上文所概述的问题且提出一种金属薄板型材,当其安装并接合到其它金属薄板型材上时,得到防水、耐用且视觉上整洁的接合部,这种接合部适合使用,无论它们在建筑物的部分上作为左边型材还是右边型材来安装。
本发明的另一目的在于通过减少需要制造和保持储备的不同金属薄板型材的数量以及金属薄板型材的体积,来简化制造、且因而降低生产成本,这也降低了由制造商、经销商、商店和零售商人所需的存储成本和存储面积。
本发明的再一目的在于提出一种金属薄板型材,其减小了水进入和腐蚀的风险。
本发明的再一目的在于排除或减小不正确发货或不正确地制造右边安装和左边安装所需的金属薄板型材数量的风险,且由此减小了运输这些构件的需要,这也具有对环境的积极/正面的效果。
本发明的又一目的在于使得非本领域的技术人员能安装金属薄板型材而无需专业知识且无需专门的工具,且仍实现适合用于本目的的防水且视觉上整洁的接合部。
前文提到的和额外的目的和优点根据本发明借助于根据专利权利要求1的特征部分中所指示的独特特点而构造的金属薄板型材来实现。
本发明因而涉及金属薄板型材,其被构造成具有成角度或带缺口的端壁,从而使得它们能与其它相对应的金属薄板型材重叠、而不需要推入到其中的特殊轨道内且无需特殊构造的凹口或切口,特殊构造的凹口和切口会使得制造和安装较难且意味着安装花费了更长时间,因为在接合时特别是由于摩擦和/或粘着滑动效应而能使型材能变得紧密地楔入彼此等。根据本发明的一个金属薄板型材具备向下折叠的横向侧部分,其端壁相对于金属薄板型材的上平面表面以锐角切割。在横向侧部分的端部边缘与上表面之间的角度优选地为大约45度,但当然其可更大或更小。横向侧部分的最下部边缘的小部分,优选地大约1cm,朝向金属薄板型材的内侧向上折叠以便加强底边缘。这允许在接合的型材之间的良好接触,且如果例如45度的角度用于倾斜切割,当两个金属薄板型材接合在一起时,向上折叠的边缘形成用于两个金属薄板型材的挡止件。如果冲压所述金属薄板型材的端壁,也容易地在每个向上折叠的边缘上形成舌片,这能在某种程度上重叠和/或覆盖相邻金属薄板型材的一部分,且这样一来将型材锁定到彼此。

本发明涉及一种预期抵靠建筑物的部分进行安装的金属薄板元件或金属薄板型材,且涉及到特别是预期用于对例如屋顶上的山墙封檐板进行覆盖的金属薄板型材。本发明大体而言涉及金属薄板型材的端部区域的构造,从而使得仅需要金属薄板型材的一个变型,无论它们计划用于左边安装还是右边安装。金属薄板型材必须也能彼此接合从而使得在金属薄板型材之间产生耐用、防水、功能性的和视觉上整洁的接合部。

Claims (5)
1.金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25),其主要地预期用于抵靠建筑物的部分进行安装,例如用于保护山墙封檐板(2)或建筑物的其它木制构成部件,包括弯曲金属薄板,所述弯曲金属薄板具有中央部段和至少一个横向侧部分(3a,3b),且边缘部段(15a,15b)在底部处向内折叠,其特征在于
-所述金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25)在两个端部段(11a,11b; 17; 21a,21b)处具有镜像对称的构造,以及
-所述端部段(11a,11b; 17; 21a,21b)具备以一定角度切割的面向内的边缘(13a,13b; 21a,21b),即,所述金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25)的一个或两个横向侧部分(10a,10b; 20a,20b)构造成具有成角度的端部边缘(13a,13b; 21a,21b),其中在所述金属薄板型材(9)的所述上平面表面(12)与所述横向侧部分的端部边缘(13a,13b; 21a,21b)之间的角度(v)形成锐角(v)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25),

-所述角度(v)在30度与60度之间,且优选地为大约45度。

-所述外侧部分(10a,10b; 20a,20b)构造成在它们的下部的向上折叠的加强边缘部段(15a,15b)处具备舌片(18a,18b)以用于在安装时引导和/或固持另一金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项或其它项之一所述的金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25),
其特征在于
-所述舌片(18a,18b)布置于金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25)的底侧/内侧上和横向侧部分(10a,10b; 20a,20b)上。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项或其它项之一所述的金属薄板型材(9a,9b; 19a,19b; 22a,22b; 23a,23b; 24a,24b; 25),
其特征在于
-所述舌片(18a,18b)构成所述横向侧部分的外部/下部的向上折叠的加强边缘部段(15a,15b)的一部分。
