Abstract

本发明提供的是一种脱油酯涂臭去腥洗涤剂工艺配方，由水、漂粉精、冰醋酸、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、硫化亚铁、苯磺酸钠、氢氯酸、乙醇、香精、纤维素配制而成。其特点是一次性处理，脱油脂性能好，光泽度强，洁白度高，手感柔软，除臭去腥率可达到95%以上。使用安全可靠，成本低廉。

Description

脱油脂除臭去腥洗涤剂
本发明属于一种处理皮毛除臭去腹作用的洗涤剂。
目前，对带有恶臭腥味的皮毛洗涤一般常用洗衣膏、洗皮膏、洗涤剂等，经反复洗涤均未能达到除臭去腥和洗净的目的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺配方，且除臭去腥而又具有洗涤作用的脱油脂洗涤剂，即可一次性处理。
本发明的目的是通过具有下述工艺配方来实现的，各组份重量比为：
水(H2O)为20～30％，漂粉精(3Ca(OCL)2.2Ca(OH)2)为0.03～0.08％，冰醋酸(CH3COOH)为0.03～0.09％，三聚磷酸钠(Na5P3O10)为6～10％，硫酸钠(Na2SO4)为15～20％，碳酸钠(Na2Co3)为9～14％，硫化亚铁(FeS)为3～7％，苯磺酸钠 为28～31％，氢氯酸(HCL)为3～8％，乙醇(C2H5OH)为3.5～7％，香精为3～5％，纤维素为1～2％。
其工艺过程如下：
将水(H2O)加温到100℃后，加漂粉精进行搅拌置清水后，加冰醋酸(CH3COOH)进行搅拌置清水后，加三聚磷酸钠进行搅拌后置稀浆液体状态，加硫酸钠进行搅拌后置稀浆液体状态，加碳酸钠进行搅拌后置稀浆液体状态，加硫化亚铁进行搅拌后置稀浆液体状态，温度为150℃，加苯磺酸钠进行过滤后置稀浆液体状态，加氢氯酸进行搅拌置20℃为白色液体，加乙醇进行搅拌后，加香精进行搅拌后，加纤维素进行搅拌置5℃，冷却包装。
本发明在上述实施方案中，处理的皮毛脱油脂性能好，光泽度强，洁白度高，手感柔软，特别具有除臭去腥的特点。与常用的洗皮膏、洗涤剂等相比，用量少，可减少50％，一次性处理，除臭去腥率可达95％。
本发明的脱油脂除臭去腥洗涤剂的最佳实施例：重量比：
水(H2O)为22％，漂粉精(3Ca(OCL)2.2Ca(OH)2)为0.05％，冰醋酸(CH3COOH)为0.05％，三聚磷酸钠(Na5P3O10)为6.3％，硫酸钠(Na2SO4)为20％，碳酸钠(Na2CO3)为9.1％，硫化亚铁(FeS)为3.5％，苯磺酸钠(Na2SO3 )为28％，氢氯酸(HCL)为4％，乙醇(C2H5OH)为3％，香精为3％，纤维素为1％。
对清洗棉羊皮时配制比例的使用方法：本发明的水(H2O)100％，原羊皮为水的10％，本发明的洗涤剂为3.3～4％，加热温度为35～45℃，经搅拌后投入原皮搅拌10～20分钟后取出，用清水冲洗即可达到所需的标准要求和效果，且不损伤原皮毛的纤维。
清洗山羊皮和羊毛的方法同上，根据用量和标准要求来确定。
综上所述，本发明的脱油脂除臭去腥洗涤剂，一次处理洗涤清洗即可，安全可靠，成本低廉，一般小型厂家及个人均可生产。

Claims (1)

1.一种脱油脂除臭去腥洗涤剂，其特征在于：包括水为20～30％，漂粉精为0.03～0.08％，冰醋酸为0.03～0.09％，三聚磷酸钠为6～10％，硫酸钠为15～20％，碳酸钠为9～14％，硫化亚铁为3～7％，苯磺酸钠为28～31％，氢氯酸为3～8％，乙醇为3.5～7％，纤维素为1～2％，香精为3～5％。
