Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于由塑料薄膜制成的容器的可封闭的打开装置,它包括:一个下部件,该下部件具有圆柱形的浇注口和一个用于固定到容器上的法兰;和一个螺旋盖,该螺旋盖与所述下部件可旋紧地连接;以及一个具有外螺纹的圆柱形的切割元件,其中,所述切割元件在轴向方向上是两侧敞开的并且在所述下部件的浇注口中进入到一个内螺纹中,其中,在所述螺旋盖中存在至少一个携动件,所述携动件在所述螺旋盖的首次旋下运动中使具有至少一个安设在其中的携动件的切割元件螺旋形地向下运动,并且所述圆柱形的切割元件在下边缘上具有至少一个切割齿。
背景技术
上述类型的可封闭的打开装置对于由层压的薄膜材料制成的容器是早就公知的。最近越来越多的容器进入市场,它们由纯粹的单层或多层的塑料薄膜制成。这些容器被称为软管袋或者说大多使用英语术语袋。可封闭的打开装置通常包括一个直接在容器上或软管袋上固定的下部件和一个可拆卸地固定在下部件上的螺旋盖,该螺旋盖用于封闭下部件中的浇注口。为了固定打开装置,下部件的一个法兰被可拆卸地、材料锁合地通过超声波焊接固定在软管袋的塑料薄膜上。
这里所提到的类型的打开装置早在很多年前就是公知的。例如就此而言参照文献US-5147070A、US-5141133或WO2004/000667和WO2004/083055。
这种类型的打开装置以巨大数量被制造并且被安放到容器上。在这里人们最开始的想法是,原来安设在纸板层压的、与塑料薄膜组合的容器上的打开装置也可用到由纯粹的塑料薄膜制成的容器上。尽管这在基本原理上是正确的,但是打开装置在纯粹塑料薄膜上的固定仅仅借助超声波焊接才能实现并且相应地就此而言涉及改善和可更快地执行焊接连接的措施。
为了改善焊接,人们迄今为止首先注意到能量传导肋片的设计。例如文献JP200016453或还有文献JP200344264示出这方面的解决方案。
此外一方面为了节省能量,另一方面为了减少焊接的节拍时间,人们将下部件上的法兰的壁厚设计得越来越薄。因为它位于专业人员技能的范围中并且也是制造商的核心技术的一部分,因此就此而言在专利文献中找不到任何启示。
通过法兰的薄壁性,整个可封闭的打开装置更柔性。这导致存在以下风险,即切割元件相对于浇注口不仅在首次使用之前而且在首次使用之后可能无意间运动。尤其是在首次使用之后通过该相对运动产生以下问题,即切割元件在不利情况下向上或向下在圆柱形的浇注口中通过其变形或者说通过焊接在容器上的法兰的变形而这样地变形,使得切割元件在圆柱形的浇注口中或者向上或者向下运动。如果切割元件向上运动,那么螺旋盖上的携动件与切割元件中的相应的携动件不希望地又相互接触以及在再一次封闭或打开盖时也相应地使切割元件重新向上或向下运动。这是不希望的,因为由于再一次的运动而可能的是,被部分切开的薄膜(它实际上呈接片的形状向下伸入到容器中)完全被切断并且掉到容器中。因为容器经常也用于食品,例如饮料或调味酱,所以由此可能出现令人不快的赔偿责任问题。同样不希望的是,切割元件稍微进一步向下运动并且不再保持在浇注口中并且由此掉到容器中。由此尽管很少危及使用者,但是切割元件可能在进一步的使用中出现在浇注口前面并且影响其功能,从而使浇注口射束转向,这可能相应地导致污染。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是改善前面提到类型的可封闭的打开装置,使得不再出现前述问题。
该任务通过根据权利要求1的前序部分的可封闭的打开装置解决,它的特点在于,浇注口具有一个抗旋转装置,它使切割装置在浇注口内部保持在这样的位置中,切割装置直接在将盖从下部件首次旋下之后位于该位置中,由此阻止切割装置相对于下部件的进一步的相对运动。

按照本发明的可封闭的打开装置总体上用1表示。它包括三个零件,即一个下部件2、一个在该下部件中可螺旋运动地导向的切割元件3和一个可放置到下部件上并且封闭打开装置的螺旋盖4。
下部件2包括一个形成浇注口20的圆柱形管段和一个位于末端的、与浇注口20的下边缘齐平地向外指向地设置的法兰21。在法兰21的下侧上成形上多个环绕的、相互对中地延伸的能量传导肋片22。浇注口20还具有一个向外突出的、与法兰21平行地环绕的凸缘23。浇注口20设有内螺纹24。浇注口20在外侧设有外螺纹25。外螺纹25被构造为细螺纹并且具有小的螺距,而内螺纹24被构造为具有大螺距的粗螺纹。圆柱形的浇注口20的上边缘还构造有一个环绕的密封凸圈26。

螺旋盖4被放置在下部件2上。螺旋盖4具有一个圆柱形的壳壁40和一个盖面41。至少一个携动件42向下突出地成形在盖面41上。在螺旋盖4的内侧上设有多个与浇注口20配合作用的密封装置43。因为密封装置对于本发明不重要,所以在这里不再详细说明密封装置的构型和作用。螺旋盖4具有内螺纹44。内螺纹44被构造为细螺纹,与下部件2的外螺纹25一样。在下方在壳壁40上成形一个保证带45,该保证带通过向内指向的凸块46形状锁合地保持在下部件的环绕的凸缘23下方。保证带45通过在这里未示出的给定断裂部位桥接部成形到壳壁40上。最后在下部件2的内侧上看到一个竖直地向下指向的止挡杆50作为抗旋转装置5的一种可能的、优选的实施方式。只有当在首次使用中螺旋盖4完全被旋下时,该抗旋转装置5才投入使用。
在首次使用中螺旋盖4被旋下,其中保证带45从螺旋盖的壳壁40分开。同时螺旋盖4的盖面41的下侧上的携动件42作用到切割元件3的圆柱形的管段30的内侧上的携动件32上。由此在向上旋动螺旋盖4期间,切割元件3被置于同时针方向的、但是向下指向的螺旋运动中。在这里所述至少一个切割齿34切开容器的薄膜。只有在完全旋开的状态中抗旋转装置5才起作用。为了进一步的说明,现在参照图2和3。
在图2中仅仅看到下部件2并且该下部件2的各个之前描述的特征设有相同的附图标记。下部件2如已经阐述那样包括具有位于末端的法兰21的圆柱形的浇注口20。在浇注口20的外侧上一方面看到外螺纹25,另一方面看到密封凸圈26。在这里但是尤其是令人感兴趣的是通过立体视图可见的并且从下方安设在浇注口20内侧上的内螺纹24。该内螺纹24具有一个收尾端部51,在该收尾端部上成形一个止挡凸块52。该止挡凸块52与切割元件的外螺纹31配合作用,该切割元件在图3中单独地被示出。切割元件3包括圆柱形的管段30以及在管段30下端部上的端侧33,在该管段中成形外螺纹31,在该端侧上成形上至少一个切割齿34。外螺纹31具有一个收尾端部并且该收尾端部在完全旋入的状态中在首次打开之后撞击到抗旋转装置5的已经提到的凸块52上。迄今描述的抗旋转装置在这里被称为第二抗旋转装置。一个第一抗旋转装置5通过一个阻止旋转的肋片50构成,该肋片在内螺纹24的下部区域上相对于浇注口20的旋转轴线平行地在内部成形在其壳壁上。该肋片50与一个空槽35配合作用,该空槽在这里以削平部的形式构成。当切割元件3在下部件2中无意间相对运动时,必须克服对于将肋片50从空槽35中旋出所需的力。为此实际上必须克服削平部的高度。通过使用者所施加的旋转运动企图达到的力尽管可感知但是仍以小的耗费就可克服,而该阻挡作用足够使切割元件不自动地通过稍微的相对运动就从被止动的位置中出来。
肋片50形式的抗旋转装置5本身可以是够用的。当肋片与削平部35配合作用时,肋片50具有在两个旋转方向上的阻挡作用。这意味着,当肋片50和削平部35配合时,形成力锁合,该力锁合在每个旋转方向上首先必须被克服。因此,抗旋转装置5在由肋片50和削平部35组成的组合中本身就已经足够用。尤其是因为携动件在最下面的位置中通常不再啮合,所以即便在没有这样的抗旋转装置的情况下两个携动件的稍微接触在再一次旋下螺旋盖4时也导致往回运动。但是由于存在力锁合,所需的力过大,以至于螺旋盖的携动件42的尖端弹过切割元件中的携动件32的上端部。尽管如此,除了肋片50(在这里也称为第一抗旋转装置)外附加地在内螺纹24的收尾端部51上设置止挡凸块52形式的第二旋转元件是有意义的。这得到一个形状锁合的终端位置,由此确定地保证,切割元件3不能完全从下部件2旋出来。但是同时在该位置中第一抗旋转装置5、50也在削平部35的区域中作用并且由此在该位置中不仅存在切割元件3在下部件2的浇注口20中的力锁合的止动而且存在形状锁合的止动。因此通过第一和第二抗旋转装置的组合得到一个对于上述问题的最佳解决方案。尽管第一抗旋转装置已经解决了在这里提出的任务,但是因此优选不仅设置第一而且设置第二抗旋转装置。
空槽35可以不是削平部的形式而是V性的平行于切割元件3的旋转轴线延伸的槽或缺口形式,由此然后对于第一抗旋转装置5也得到形状锁合的止动。
Claims (5)
1.用于由塑料薄膜制成的容器的可封闭的打开装置(1),它包括:一个下部件(2),所述下部件具有圆柱形的浇注口(20)和一个用于固定到容器上的法兰(21);和一个螺旋盖(4),所述螺旋盖与所述下部件(2)可旋紧地连接;以及一个具有外螺纹(31)的圆柱形的切割元件(3),其中,所述切割元件(3)在轴向方向上是两侧敞开的并且在所述下部件(2)的浇注口(20)中进入一个内螺纹(20)中,其中,在所述螺旋盖(4)中存在至少一个携动件(42),所述携动件在所述螺旋盖(4)的首次旋下运动中使具有至少一个安设其中的携动件(32)的切割元件(3)螺旋形地向下运动,并且所述圆柱形的切割元件(3)在下边缘上具有至少一个切割齿(34),其特征在于,所述浇注口(20)具有至少一个第一抗旋转装置(5,50),所述第一抗旋转装置使所述切割元件(3)在浇注口(20)内部在这样一个位置上止动,所述切割元件(3)直接在将所述旋转盖(4)从下部件(2)首次旋下之后位于该位置中,由此阻止所述切割元件(3)相对于下部件的相对运动。
2.根据权利要求1的可封闭的打开装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一抗旋转装置(5,50)是一个向着所述浇注口(20)的中心指向的凸起(50),所述凸起与所述切割元件(3)上的一个空槽(35)形状锁合地和/或力锁合地配合作用。
3.根据权利要求2的可封闭的打开装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一抗旋转装置(5)是一个平行于所述浇注口(20)的中心轴线延伸的、设置在所述浇注口(20)的内壁上的内螺纹(25)下方的肋片(50)。
4.根据权利要求2的可封闭的打开装置(1),其特征在于,所述切割元件(3)上的空槽(35)是一个削平部,所述空槽与所述第一抗旋转装置配合作用。
5.根据权利要求1的可封闭的打开装置(1),其特征在于,一个第二抗旋转装置(5)附加地是一个成形在内螺纹的收尾端部(51)上的止挡凸块(52),所述切割元件(3)的外螺纹(31)的引入端部(36)止挡在所述止挡凸块上。
